I'd like to apologize for my lack of posting as of late. Been having a difficult time focusing on RP. This is turning into a difficult month for me.

My Dad passed at the beginning of July, and October is a favored month in our family, especially for him. I keep finding myself thinking about him on a more regular basis lately.

So heads up, Jen and I will be taking Lana to National this week. So I may not be able to post.


As far as I can tell, the Aid rules in PF2 are a bit different than in PF1. The only reference I can find in the CRB2 is on pg 470, where it is written that the Aid DC is typically 20, and the bonus for success is only +1, for critical success +2.

LMK if I am missing some other reference.

Also, in order to use Aid, you must explain "exactly how you are trying to help" any given task.

It'll definitely be Northwest cold (30s F), but not quite midwest cold (0-20 F) :)

Hey GM. Per the recent Core Rulebook errata, it looks like they left a mistake in the initial printing, and did not intend for Wizards to get a class feat at level 1 (aside from those granted via ancestries, arcane thesis, etc. etc.).

To account for this, I'll give up the Widen Spell feat, and Danalf should be back to valid.

Oh and apparently he's allotted one more language (not sure if this was errata or a corrected bug in herolab).

The choice of Sylvan has sailed, so I'll avoid that. Would you be against him choosing Goblin?


If you can come up with a reasonable story about why your Ionian character would speak Goblin when they haven't ever really encountered goblins, I might buy it.

I guess I would allow you (or anyone) to hold a spot to learn Goblin or Sylvan or any other Novan language as needed given time and someone willing to teach you. The sprites might, for example, after you help them.

Actually, let's go with that then. I'll hold it and we'll call it sylvan after the requisite time with them (admitting that this may be a while).
