Gah!
Bumbo looks quite frightened as the odd creature appears beside him. He for a moment wonders if this creature comes from the same place that Toot lives in most of the time, but he doesn't have too much time to think as the creature swipes at him.
Hearing Dol's recommendation, he vehemently agrees, and he takes a few steps back into the opposite corner, behind Raz. He hunkers down, preparing to work on a spell...whenever his breathing calms.

Questions seem to have been answered for me, but yes the caster is visible and 20 feet off the ground, the elemental is ground level. Also, I presume the -4 is because of the creature now in combat with the caster.

Landing a solid hit, the small ice elemental deals 6 damage to Mizzug. Almost as bad, the numbing cold seems to invade every joint and muscle, slowing her down. (Mizzug is staggered for 1 round)
The quasit (as this is what you now recognize her to be) turns her full attention on the pest attached to her.

At the end of the turn it will drain a second point of CON
The stirge then begins beating its wings furiously spinning and driving the quasit to the ground.

I should have taken a -2 penalty to those attacks, but there isn't anything that stops you from making a full attack action. Even the "can take no actions that requires two hands" is a grey area in the rules. But the -2 still hits the crude out of the stirge.

Staggering slightly under the Stirge's unwelcome ministrations, the creature tries to finish off the pest before turning her attention on the summoner.
Full attack action, starting with the Stirge, if/when it falls, moving onto Razkiv.
Bite attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Bite damage: 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2
Unless this Stirge has higher than normal HP, that should bring it down. If so, the rest of these attacks go after Razkiv. If not, then however many more of these attacks will go after the Stirge as nessecary.

The first claw misses the mark, but the second one scores across Razkiv's upper arm, leaving burning claw marks across the flesh that sears with more than pain. Luckily, Razkiv difficult life has toughened his body beyond what this poison is able to infiltrate.

Turning away from the elemental, Mizzug's face elongates into a toothy maw as her face goes red with righteous fury. "I come fer ya and we's show tribe honor!"
Ignoring the elemental entirely, Mizzug rushes to meet the winged beast.

For those asking; Panicked condition requires you to flee with every available resource away from the source of your fear. You cannot move closer to it. If unable to flee, you cower. If you're attacked by it, the affect ends. Etc, etc, etc. Since a "run" action has to be done in a straight line, that usually means moving away with a double-move action. Also, you drop anything you're holding. You will be in this state for: 1d4 ⇒ 1 round(s). So not very long.

Seeing her opponents staying back from her, and fewer fleeing her presence than she had hoped for, the creature utters arcane words and disappears from sight once again.
@Razkiv: Not ignoring what you said about SR (and I will forget about that again, guarantee it), but since you rolled a 1 on the attack, I'm just not messing with it.
A tough battle so far. A lot of attacks going both directions, but not much happening so far. Current MVP is the summoned Stirge...

Bumbo grunts, then yells at Toot. Toot, c'mon...get back to it! Toot, for his part, seems quite ashamed of himself. He turns back to the creature, seething in anger.
The creature is up in the air right? If so, Toot will delay in the hopes that it comes down into range...there's nothing he can do against it up there.
Bumbo, having few options, decides he'll try a longshot. He cracks his knuckles and slaps his hips, then jumps and spins, shouting. Lookie!
Casting Daze on the critter, though I'm doubting it works. DC14 will save.

She then hurls a shiny metal dart at Razkiv.

Razkiv, you see what is now apparently a very small knife land in front of you after bouncing off the wall. It was so poorly thrown that it actually takes you a minute to realize that she might have even been aiming at you.
