My father passed peacefully last week. I'm so glad that I could be there with him and help him make that transition. Because of the pandemic we couldn't have a funeral and now I'm self-quarantining away from my daughter for 2 weeks. Whew, crazy times we are living through. I hope you are all doing ok.

I feel bad for leaving the group over there, but with the mind fog and black tentacles behind him and his hotheaded nature, it makes sense that he'd move forward and try to take out any giants who might target the wizard.

Dividing those potions is going to be a mess bc 90% are useless at this level. I'd also like displacement and fly. Those are really the only two I'd be interested in. Should we do a rolling pick?

Here's my suggestion, just to keep it moving: each roll 1d1000 for order of picking (highest picks first), then list 5 potions in order of preference, then I'll go through and process the list in picking order.

I just went ahead and adjusted Hector's position by 1 square. Hector, Tytus, and Caduceus are now all haste-able, though Heccan and Anen are out of range at present.
Still waiting on Tytus and Heccan for any actions. Will move us forward tonight if they haven't posted before that.

Correct. Typically it includes language such as "usable every 1d? rounds" Unfortunately for all of you, I rolled a 1 after its first attack, meaning the breath weapon was useable again the next round. You don't know yet what I rolled for the next interval.
And I agree, it might be a matter of life or death. This is a tough fight and the tactics given in the module as written probably make it even tougher. I would encourage you all to review your various chronicle boons (and don't forget all those potions the wizard giant gave you) for any possible help and don't pull your punches. Obviously you don't know what might happen after this fight, but fyi you don't have any reason to believe that you will reach the Hill Giant settlement today, if that helps you determine how to manage your resources.

Yeah, if we learned anything from before, any dps is going to be good dps. Going to start going through my chronicles as soon as I can. Never know what might tip the scales.

Yeah this thing is tough. With regards to last spell, is the linnorm resisting with a spell resistance or is Heccan unable to tell?
Re your fireball, you think that it did not "resist" the spell, but that nevertheless it had no effect.
Re your glitterdust (which doesn't allow for SR anyway), you think that it managed to fight off the blindness.

Agreed that party composition is not optimal. An extra blade would be helpful. Too late to pick someone up, but maybe liberal castings of Summon Monster X?

No worries, GM. With PF1 on the way out, I doubt I'd have a chance to play him again anyway. Ironically over 8 years of PFS play, I've only been killed twice - both on Hector, both via PbP. He died in the last scenario he played, so I barely have enough Prestige to rez him (19 Prestige) I'll have to looks through his boons as he might have some that reduce the cost of it or the restorations.
