One of us put the dretch at the door west of A3 when you mentioned north of A4 so I described that. The door north of A4 leads to steps down.
Noticed that door in A4 after moving the icon to the door outside A7 and forgot to move it back. But the order does not really matter.
There is one more door on this level to explore and the Dretch is sent to open it while Runt waits outside the door to A2.
"After we finish this level, do you all want to move up or down? I'm thinking up."

If this keeps up, I swear I'm never leaving civilization again. First the ghoul farmhouse, now this house of horrors? Oh let's not forget the insane asylum in the middle of no-where... The dretch goes down to the door at the end of the hall and tries the handle. It is locked.
Most have moved their tokens but Z is still in A5. I have put open and closed door icons on the board. I left the doors open unless there was a particular reason to close it such as the one leading to the privy.

Camil steps back as the dretch approaches the door with Forest close behind. When the dretch opens the door a lightning bolt screams out from within the room and engulfs those in the hallway and blows a hole in the wall. (DC 16 REF save or take 37 electric damage) Vale is overwhelmed by the lightning bolt and collapses to the ground. The dretch jiggles a bit as the electricity passes through it but is not injured. Inside the room you see a hideously fat small sized woman floating in the air, the apparent caster of the spell. She is flanked by four heavily muscled but freakishly deformed, like many of the ogrekin, zombies.

Forest leans to the side, the lightning bolt skipping off his shield and continuing its journey without harming the range. Anger flares up inside him when no more ogres present themselves to be slain. All those traps for two ogres? Forest ignores the ugly zombies, waltzing past them to swing his longsword at the flying lady.

After the lightning bolt sizzles through the hall Forest moves past the dretch and the zombies to strike the flying lady (hit). As he does so, one of the zombies, large brutish things of ogrekin stock, slams him in the back as he goes by (dmg 10). Mammy flies away from Forest (AoO) and throws out several small objects. They spring into being as ghouls. The zombies surround Forest and beat him mercilessly with their heavy fists (two hits, 16dmg total).

Forest turns his back on the larger horde of undead, cutting off the grasping arm of the zombie behind Runt with one slash of his adamantine blade, beheading it with the next. He follows through the second slash, using the momentum to twist and slam his shield into the second of the zombies Zherxikas had burned. The blow with the shield would have toppled most men, but it seems to have had little effect on the undead monstrosity. With the zombie flanking Runt killed, the wall to Runt's right and the bed to Forest's left forms a reasonably defensive line against the zombies, but that doesn't solve the problem of the spellcaster. Forest raises his shield, ready to defend. "Isa! There's still a lot of undead in here!"
Full Attack zombie to the SE (O) of Forest. Since Z killed one with 28 F damage, I assume O will die from the longsword attacks. Forest's first two targets go down from his mighty swing. Finally, he bashes a third zombie that is near Runt.
Mammy creates a spectral hand that floats next to her shoulder. The ghouls step up and attack the dretch and Forest. As the ghast closes the gap Runt and Forest are assaulted by the thing's stench (DC 15 fortitude save or be sickened). The dretch takes a couple of wounds that exceed its resistance (8pts dmg) but none are able to pierce Forest's defenses. Kizzy sees an ogrekin with greasy, stringy hair come out of the dining room attempting to sneak up behind Isabella. She calls out a warning which saves Isabella from a life ending strike. As it is, she is still cut deeply by the monster's ogre hook (dmg 20).

As he was reaching for another elixir, instead Camil whirls as the ogrekin attacks Isabella, Dammit! Where'd you come from?!? Isabella, try to get out of there! he sizes up the ogrekin, quickly analyzing its weaknesses and strengths, and snapping the bladed scarf into the creature's throat as it bellows its challenge.

Ghasts are undead, they can paralyze people, not even elves are immune to their touch, they have a nauseating stench, they carry ghoul fever, they have darkvision, and they have turn resistance.

Undead traits in general so they do not breathe, immune to poison, immune to fatigue, do not bleed
Mammy and Hucker are ogrekin, crossbreeds between ogres and humans by way of nasty rituals. Like people and ogres, they have no particular weakness or strength. In this case, since they are of ogre stock they are very strong and healthy.
Runt injures the zombie and the dretch finishes it off. The ogrekin in the hall fends off the dretch. Vale rushes into the room to help Runt and Forest. He jabs at the ghast with the rapier but misses. "Good grief this thing stinks!" he says shaking his head.
