I'm Hiding In Your Closet
Is this 'evergreen'? An introduction like that certainly sounds like it, but just to be sure.
If not, I'll prefer to play one of my 2nd- or 3rd-level characters (assuming I can get between-tier rewards for the latter).
I'm Hiding In Your Closet
Right, then! Here's what I can presently offer in the way of 1st-level characters:
- a Half-Elf Bloodrager
- an Undine Ranger <-- I see we've got a Ranger, so probably not
- a Halfling Ninja
- a Tiefling Paladin
- a Kitsune Samurai

I'll post what I have in the 1-2 range as well.
Avendar - Arcanist/Swashbuckler 1/1 (melee combatant + arcane caster)
Darren - Swashbuckler 2 (melee)
Fahr Mathon - Ranger 2 (ranged)
Finwe - Occultist/Inquisitor 1/1 (melee)
Lissaya - Hunter 1 (melee or range; rides a flying animal companion)
Rachel Sophia - Paladin? 1 (she's a blob right now)
Seleena - Skald 2 (melee)
Silver Warden - Vigilante 2 (caster with combat skills)
Veilblade - Samurai 2 (melee)
Making this list more for myself than for anyone else. While I'm at it, I'll enumerate, for myself, the characters that I need to revisit to make sure their crunch is all up-to-date (otherwise they would also be on this list)
Korvalis Kembai - Bloodrager 2 (need to make sure I have all his chronicle sheets together)
Shadraz - ?? 1 (need to rebuild as an Undine druid)
Uriah Firehands - Gunslinger/Swashbuckler 1/1 (need to make sure I'm happy with his setup for 2WF)
Terevalis Unctio of House Mysti
As I posted on Recruitment:
2L: Vladamir Dufau (Sorcerer; Wild-blooded(Sage)); Oded Fardeth (Cleric); Kam Yuen (Pyrokineticist); Salvadore Mattero (Wizard; Evoker).
1L: Erlandel (Druid).
Willing to play any of them, (I mean, I did make them for a reason), but will choose from what is needed/wanted by the party.
I dotted in as Silver Warden / Glomtin Weol, but then decided to play Veilblade. GM, would you remove the other two from this campaign please?
Character profile needs to be updated - will do so tonight when I have time to go through his chronicles. Sorry!
GM, do you want our character information (#s, faction, day job, etc.) here, or in the shared Recruitment thread?

Handouts & Slides for this table has been updated to include Mercival's picture. I don't currently have room to include links for all tables in my header (unless someone knows a way I can do so)?
If it's just character limits holding you back, I had luck with tinyurl.com when I had 4 tables briefly during RetroCon.
I'll be pretty busy until probably next Thursday. I'm not sure what my posting rate will look like day to day. Don't hesitate to bot me if I haven't posted yet on a given day and am holding things up. There should be a Bot Me spoiler at the bottom of my profile but if there is not, recent posts should be indicative.

Welcome, caps. You have a spot.
@ I'm Hiding - Yes, this is an evergreen.
CORRRECTION: This is NOT an evergreen, but, as a series of quests, it is replayable by 1st level characters.
The touch AC on these things is nuts for a tier 1-2 game! I can safely say I've never been a fan of them having swarms in such low level games, its almost unfair if you don't have aoe spells.
True, the touch AC is very high for the CR and I understand the dislike of swarms, particularly at low levels. However, this party has been very effective with only 4 PCs taking actions so far!
If there is interest, I'd be happy to share my thoughts on the encounter design after this initial quest has concluded (so that I don't possibly spoil anything).
Yes please don't take my opinion personal, in no way do I put any of this on you, just low level encounter designers. Or maybe how they rated swarm CRs in general. Looking forward to your thoughts after the fight.
As an aside: thoughts on finding at least a replacement for Closet? Maybe Ynam gets a bit more time to show up.
Not to be too metagamey, but our status resets after each quest and I've yet to see a quest have more than one combat encounter.
I am confused. Is this a series of missions? The Mage Armor spell is not needed?
From the scenario description:
"What the Helms Hide includes four 1-hour adventures that send the PCs across the Inner Sea region to uncover the secretive Decemvirate's past. The series includes a finale adventure, but players can experience the other parts in any order."
We are playing it as if it were a single full length scenario, but it is actually four mini scenarios in a row.
Player Name: I'm Hiding In Your Closet
Character Name: Jezebel Gemblade
PFS ID Number: 40025-26
Faction: Liberty's Edge
Day Job Roll: Perform (Sing): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
This character began her existence as a joke. I have now elected to make her my attempted homage to the classic "Robert E. Howard-style swords-and-sorcery-and-sexiness adventuress" archetype...so think 'Red Sonja meets Jessica Rabbit'.
No worries - thanks for letting us know, and best of luck with the flooding!
Thanks for your support with the flooding. Most of it has been cleaned up. We did lose some irreplaceable photographs and children's artwork. I also lost some long-out-of-print Babylon 5 magazines and game books (which you may have guessed from my GM handle, I was rather fond of). Still, nearly all else can be replaced. Others in the area and elsewhere in the country have suffered far worse.
GMs have been asked to start reporting games, including those that have not yet completed. To that end, I will need folks email addresses for reporting purposes. If you do not wish to post here, feel free to PM them to me.
I will be at a conference for work next week (M-F) with very limited time to post. There should be a Bot Me spoiler in my profile (please let me know ASAP if it is missing or empty) that you can use to bot me if any actions are waiting on me.
The quest assumes that the party will make some sort of report back to Kreighton Shane, whether by missive or in person. I would assume that some sort of report back to the Venture-Captain is customary/expected after every Pathfinder mission.
However, what you wish to include in the report (or if you want to make one at all) is up to the party.
Otherwise, the party has successfully finished the first quest.
The next two quests also start with missives from Kreighton Shane (both are now posted in the Handouts) and the party chooses which to tackle first.
