Guys, I put you on an overland map of the caravan route, but note that the route marked isn't totally correct - you didn't cut through the Churlwood, but instead continued up to Ravenmoor then cut west. Also, there are handouts for all of the major NPCs and you should have access if you want to put notes on them or anything.

I get a couple days off work for US Thanksgiving so I took a few vacation days and am off work a whole week. You’d think that would make it easier to post but it just means the kids want more attention. I should still be able to post most days but it’ll be sporadic.

And, to expand on that - the reasons I didn't purse the relationship stuff, though I'm definitely all for it:
We didn't seem to have a stable enough crew initially - Eli, Tallvar, Ben all left, and it would have been pulling teeth to work the relationship RP through their posting rate. The story would suffer
Secondly, the rewards are XP, but I've switched to milestone based since we had all of the tumultuous turnover time - mostly to make my life easier, I'm sad to say. So, I'd rather reboot that system, but with different rewards than the XP ones listed in the Players Guide. These will be some mechanically relevant morale boosts to abilities or skills, I'm thinking. Or, maybe even an item at a certain level.
What does everything think about that? If you have any questions about it, check out page 14 of the Players Guide, linked above.

I’m totally behind reworking any of the side stuff to be smoother and work better with the group.
Making it easier for you and us is a great way to keep those aspects still involved.
Cool, appreciated! I'll figure out some more palatable rewards for the relationship system, and after Thanksgiving wknd, let's give a try and a "relationship phase", wherein you can work towards improving your relationships and perhaps getting a boon

I do something like that with my live War for the Crown group, but it's called the persona phase. It's neat for those who love to RP. Not so fun for any of the murder-hobo's out there who don't want to bother.

Does the +2 Charisma bonus from Ameiko apply to my spell saves? I know it isn’t permanent so I don’t get extra spells, but would it work like Eagle’s Splendor?

That said, forgot to give you guys one of the gifts for each of them. The others you'll need to get in-game (like asking one of the other NPC's perhaps. Please only look at the one for the NPC you're associated with through your campaign trait.

These are a bit vague, and that's intentional. Giving gifts is under the relationship rules for a way to up your relationship scores with the NPC's. As for what would be a good gift, that's up to you.
