I'll get my stats up soon. I'm falling a bit behind on my d&d stuff for the last few days. I'm experiencing a bit of a grieving process, and despite my best efforts, it's been difficult to get through.

So I get to add 2 new spells to my book that are 5th level. I already have Suffocation. Feel free to suggest some spells, though I'm going mainly thematic. For instance, it would make no sense if Ulrich cast Angelic Aspect.
Here's my short list of what I'm interested in the most.
- Prying Eyes (cool little scout spell, I think I'd keep a jar of preserved eyes)
- Feast on Fear (interesting crowd control)
- Vampiric Shadow Shield (I don't get attacked often, but interesting)
- Hungry Earth (just so damn cool. Think undead arms pulling people to their graves. When the spell expires, what happens to those who were brought under?)
- Slough
- Undead Anatomy 2
- Spellsteal (I'm not sure about this one, what do you think?)

If you happen to have the interest, I also get another spell known that must be 4th or lower. Any suggestions? Opposition is Conjuration and Evocation, taking two slots to cast.

I'm sorry to hear that, TreasureFox. I know we're in no place to offer any real help :\

As for your spells, it seems most of the lvl5 necro spells are either for evil casters with undead minions or they're just bad. Oh no. Since there are no solid AoE disable spells that also target undead (no evocation q_q), I'd suggest Polymorph or Shapeshifter's Gift. The latter lasts 10 minutes a level and lets you morph someone using Monstrous Physique 1, but Polymorph opens up Beast Shape 2. That gives a +4 bonus to STR & Natural Armor, plus opens up some amazing beast types. This would rock for Elká and Alessandra. A size bonus *and* STR bonus is a huge boon for a grappler.

And I will try to sneak in a level up tomorrow!

OK, missed this for some reason. More loot!

I have 1,872.3 left over from my last spending spree so that means I have 9,021.8 gp to spend.

It costs 3k to get my armour from +1 to +2. It costs 4k for a belt of +2 Str

That leaves me with 2,021.8 left over. I'll hang on to that so I can get my belt upgraded from +2 to +4 at some stage.

GM, is there much in the way of time for crafting in the later parts of this campaign? I'm starting to consider whether or not I need to look into crafting magical gear.

I guess so. Elká only has two attacks, but they're both made without penalties so if she wants to stay relevant, I need to stack damage modifiers. But, I also like the idea of putting more effort into stealth and perception, so sacrificing a feat for a +3 (which goes up to +6 next level) isn't all that bad.
