<p>Another player and I had linked characters, identical twins. Mine was a bard. She was a bright-eyed idealist coming to organize the timber workers against the Lumber Consortium, a Woody Guthrie type "Wobblie". Her (minutes older) sister is the more practical of the two, a fighter who's coming along to make sure her sister doesn't get into too much trouble.</p>

High Guardian, a fighter archetype from <i>Heroes of the High Court</i>, has a bodyguard feel to it (and as an added bonus, it was designed by our mutual acquaintance, motteditor). I'd enjoy giving such a character a try.
