Praying to the spirits for guidance each time, Petrok tries to identify the scabbard 1st then the wand spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 1 = 25 spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 5 + 1 = 18 the scabbard will enchant a weapon for a short period each day, since my weapon is not enchanted I could use it... unless another more worthy warrior claims it. GM is there some kind of check we can make to identify the creature we're talking to? Also the town near us...is it apparently inhabited?

It is a very... unique creature. You are currently in Naldak's point, the only village within sight. The village is bereft of all life, except for the creature you have been talking to.

There is nothing else to be found in the village. No items of note. None left whole anyway. Roni sees more of the details he noticed on the first pass through the village.

The group takes the overgrown eastern path. After travelling for about 11 minutes...

The mountain reaches overhead, covered in lush trees and white mist. As warm winds whip around the mount’s rises, wisps of cloud separate from the thick cover and float away. A brief plateau about halfway up the mountain features a sheer cliff, otherwise inscrutable from a distance.
The roar of the waterfall overhead explains the thick mist that covers much of the mountain. The vapors become gray clouds as they rise in altitude, but near the base of the mountain they are white wisps rolling out from the pool. The pool’s water is clear and deep, with the spill forcing white bubbles back to a rippling surface. Deep into the pool, away from the frothy cascade, a glint of gold beckons the eye.

The rocks in the water are wet. The river is flowing swiftly. As another note, the "waterfall" shown on the map is actually a flat-ish part of the river, it is just "rapids" of rushing water.

The waterfall that falls off of the mountain face is off the map to the right about 30 ft

Eorsten does not like anything when things are too tame and calm, nature is movement and evolution so he concentrates his power in the water trying to look for some kind of aura or subterfuge.

The stones are not difficult terrain, but they are rather slippery. The pond drops off suddenly at the shore. Any squares that are ~1/2 stone should be okay, but if it is mostly water, that will require a swim check, or an attempt to jump over the water. I'll say that the square that Dark Claw is in is okay for now.

Dark Claw moves up and slashes at the water. However, his foe is at the bottom of the pond 15ft below the surface. if the distance from the surface would have changed your action, let me know

Roni is on one of the rocks, so he should have good line of sight across the surface.

The glittery treasure disappears from the bottom of the pool, and a few seconds later a man with luminous skin, flowing white hair, and striking blue eyes surfaces just above it...

Roni's Readied action goes off. Hits, but no bonus from Point-Blank Shot

Reflex: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12

... this man is then hit with a fire blast from Roni, and catches on fire. As the creature regains its bearings it sets its sights on Eorsten and Touchy on the nearest shore, and casts a spell.

Saves:

Eorsten: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Touchy: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25+2 vs poisons, spells, SLAs

A large 10 foot diameter orb of water coalesces into existences around Erosten and Touchy. In a rare moment for Touchy, he decides he would not like to get wet, and jumps from the encircling water. Character moved to adjacent square. May pick another from that corner, if you would like.

Damage(NL): 2d6 ⇒ (4, 4) = 8
Eorsten: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

Eorsten takes 8 points of non-lethal damage, and has been engulfed by the orb. Gains cover against attacks from outside the orb, and is considered entangled. You may make a Reflex save on your turn to attempt to escape (you may also choose to remain in the orb, if you wish).

Elenial tells Barry to defend her in case one of the aquatic creatures decides to get out of the water and close to her.

Then she moves closer to the pond, up to one of the rocks and shoots an arrow at the one which just appeared at the surface and cast a spell.

Oh! As long as it's on fire, I get +2 ab against it, +2 cl vs SR, and +2 DC to my abilities against him. In addition, the fire burns away any resistance he might have - When you roll the D6 for him to take burning damage, the target's fire resistance is lowered by the amount rolled from the dice (without applying the resistance for this roll).
This reduction lasts 4 rounds and stacks with itself.

Elenial, does your character sheet show stats with Point-Blank Shot active? Trying to figure out the last +1 of attack/damage with the bow. As the enemy is currently out of Point Blank Range. I'll mark it down as what you said, though.

Touchy:
These are variant Draugr. Undead with the (water) subtype. 2 bits of information: Their attacks inflict negative levels (in addition to damage), and they have DR/bludgeoning or slashing.

Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

The four other creatures make their way from the bottom of the pond to the surface. One of these creatures green surfaces right next to Dark Claw and attacks with a greataxe!

Attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26
Damage: 1d12 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20+1 Negative Level

Negative Level effects:
For each negative level a creature has, it takes a cumulative –1 penalty on all ability checks, attack rolls, combat maneuver checks, Combat Maneuver Defense, saving throws, and skill checks. In addition, the creature reduces its current and total hit points by 5 for each negative level it possesses. The creature is also treated as one level lower for the purpose of level-dependent variables (such as spellcasting) for each negative level possessed. Spellcasters do not lose any prepared spells or slots as a result of negative levels. If a creature’s negative levels equal or exceed its total Hit Dice, it dies.

A creature with temporary negative levels receives a new saving throw to remove the negative level each day. The DC of this save is the same as the effect that caused the negative levels.

Another of the creatures red surfaces right next to Eorsten, and attempts to strike Eorsten through the orb of water!

Mist:
The vapor obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature 5 feet away has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker cannot use sight to locate the target).

-> Going to use my lucky number (2) to get +2 to that 2 I rolled, so that's 3 extra damage (because of empowered). 49 damage in total.

Despite the description, it's an AoE "spell" and doesn't require a line of sight, just line of effect. Like fireball.

Watching with concern as Eorsten get's stuck in the orb. "Spread out! Don't let the orb sweep several of you with it!"

Does the fire seem to burn away the mist, or is it thicker than that?
