Hello, I placed order 9362542 earlier today for the items listed here and received an order confirmation email. However, the items did not leave my cart, and when I manually deleted them from the cart the order in my history changed to show just the total amount but no other details. Please confirm if this order was received properly and that it will be shipped out/charged accordingly.

Something very strange did happen to that order. It seems to have exploded and thrown all the items into oblivion. I collected them all back into the order and sent a new confirmation email. Everything should be alright now and it will ship out soon. If you have any questions or concerns about what you see in the new confirmation email, please let us know. Thank you!

It looks like all of those items have once again appeared in my cart. Since removing them may have caused the issue last time I will leave them in the cart until my order ships. Hopefully things work out OK.
