Rogue Talents: 'Combat Trick' vs. 'Feat'

Rules Questions

The Rogue Talent 'Combat Trick' doesn't specifically mention anything about whether or not the prerequisites need to be met for the Combat Feat that the rogue takes. The Advanced Talent 'Feat' specifically states that the rogue must qualify for said feat. So does the 'Combat Trick' feat you take have to have all prerequisites met?

The reason I ask is that taking Combat Expertise just to gain Improved Feint seems like a waste. A rogue's BAB isn't really good enough that I would want to sacrifice attack for AC. I have never, and probably will never use this feat as a Rogue. Thoughts?

unless it specifically calls out "does not need to meet the prereqs for the feat" you always have to meet the prereqs
