What happens if I use Inspiring Boost on someone with 0 HP?
I am not the DM, obviously, but since Inspiring Boost is - among others - 'sense dependent' - I imagine the person should have to be conscious to be able to hear you to benefit from it, thus at 1 HP or more.

Yes, the target must be able to see and hear you, which he cannot do if unconscious, but Rril does act before everyone else, so if he has an ability that lets him stabilize and get back in the fight in the same round, he would be conscious.

AC can be increased by +1 (3 points), +2 (6 points), +3 (9 points), and +4 (15 points).

Thrusters, just a suggestion since you're kind of slow, can be upgraded from a speed of 6 to 8 for 1 point, 10 for 2 points, or 6 (with a -1 to piloting) for 3 points.

Or other stuff. :)

You'd have to improve your Power Core. Arcus Heavy is the next step up for 3 build points, raising your PCU to 130 and leaving you with 20 PCU to spare.

Could increase shields to Basic 40 for 1 BP and no change in PCU consumption.

And then nothing really to add for your weapons with that budget, but you could add either a Mk I tetra node (+1 bonus x 4 tasks) or a Mk II mononode (+2 bonus x 1 task) for 4 BP and either 10 or 15 PCU respectively.

Leaves you 2 BPs. Escape Pods (1) (2 PCU) and either Recreation Suite/Tech Workshop/Science Lab.

...as an idea.
