You take the hellknight known as Chaid DiViri back to Fort Inevitable where her order raises her back to life rather quickly. You discover that she is a pretty high ranking member (wizard 6/Hellknight Signifier 3).
She thanks you for raising her and explains that the bladed ball is her Augur Kyton familiar named Aoz. He will appear as a boon on your chronicle sheet as a new improved familiar option!...and none of you have familiars...thats PFS for you
The book states you get an experience point bonus for bringing her back and nothing else. I'm going to take a small liberty here and say she offers you free spellcasting services as a 9th level wizard for bringing her back to life for the remainder of the spire.
You then return to the magma vault floor of the spire and continue your adventure!

The tunnel here narrows so much that Medium creatures must squeeze to pass through the last 15 feet of the easternmost bend. The whole tunnel smells disgusting, but in its tightest area, the gases condense and blow through this tunnel.

As you make your way through the tunnel, some of you can feel the gas sickening you.
Everyone needs a DC 18 fort save vs poison from passing through here.
A narrow flow of magma writhes through this broad cavern. To the south, a promontory of jagged stone juts out over a magma lake.
Two creatures are here...they don't look friendly.
1) This hulking beast has slick, gray, hairless skin. Its numerous yellow eyes and wide toothy maw are its only facial features.
2) This smoldering mass of metal-encrusted goo sports half a dozen pseudopods, each tipped with a burning-hot sword blade.

You forgot to include the drain and damage in your saves. So your first save is at -1 since your drain put you to 15 CON, then the 3 damage put you at another -1 for the next save, but you don't suffer the effects of a poison on a pass, so you don't take the damage from that one. The next two fail and put you at 1 drain, 7 con damage for -4 saves. Of course the natural 20 passes, but the 11 does not with all the penalties so you'll take 1d3 more con damage, otherwise its pretty close and I'm just going to ignore that 1d3 extra damage.

Oh! Thanks, I completely forgot about that! I rolled in a the dice in lot. However, since I would have time, I think Gudule would have cast lesser restoration each round, lessening the effect of the damage.

The problem with that is that lesser restoration takes 3 rounds to cast, so you'd only get 1 finished before the poison ended.
Barm and Regnum tear into the Grey Render, but it's planning on tearing into Barm.
