Horus Ilakta is happily hosts you for a meal, spending most of the time in conversation with the eager necromancer. Though he offers much advice, the most valuable aspect would be his comfort around the undead. "Those of us who have the power to grant a second life should know above all else the responsibility that entails. Twice-Born who cannot care for themselves rely on us to curb their more destructive impulses. Otherwise they become a threat to public safety and must, unfortunately, be destroyed."* As a leader he has made this section of Maagnimar a model of undead integration into his district.

A day or so later, as the Pathfinders finish their studies and spell-trading collaboration a letter from Sheila Heidmarch arrives. It thanks the Pathfinders for helping out one of the leaders of the city. I am told he has granted us access to the city and opportunities for the future. Well done.

Zaarah's Diplomacy is +10 so 'take 10 result' is 20.

For those familiar with the scenario, please weigh in on the scholar point?

I am not sure. He is the leader of a city district, a city that doesn't necessarily allow Pathfinders. A point called out in the scenario. Is he a scholar or just a person with a lot of free labor because of his skills?
Maybe the troll augory might fit?
