Apologies for all of my missed and open-ended formatting [tags] lately: due to work I've been posting several of these updates from my phone this week and appear to have not caught more missed brackets than I'd like before the editing window closed.

it's all good man....i do the same thing...but that's due do my slight impairment to my hands....but i catch a lot of my booboos and edit them....

My job just changed my securities and I can't post from work...I figured I could type up a post and message it to myself on facebook and post from my phone, but it is a process, so my posting from work is a bit less than ideal.

There is not problem. I use my phone too. English is not my first language so it helps me with some words. If you read some mistakes, sorry in advance. I try to do my best.

I'm french, so sometimes I'm struggling with words too.

GM: I just notice I never updated Lukaas's sheet after his last adventure (Between the lines, December 2015)

You are correct. There will be a record sheet given to us after we finish the module with a list of what we can acquire from it and how much it costs.

I just realized that this is the first real combat, so just to recap how I generally run them:

I've got everyone's initiative modifiers, so as a fight breaks out I'll roll the dice and see how the initiative order breaks out. Since PbP could last interminably long if everyone had to act in the exact order, if you are in bold on the order you can act. If you're faded, we're waiting on the active people to finish.

If you'd like to take an action where order really matters, let me know. Please also let me know if you have any other questions. Just ask!

I am using my cell phone, so I don't know how to show where I am moving and casting. I will take my turn tomorrow from the PC.

I guess it would be easy if we have numbers and letters and the map to describe our turn.

Hey, no problem at all Baphos. Forgetting to give a heads up about how my PbP combat are run is completely on me.

As far as posting from phones, I've had to do that plenty of times myself so I get it. If you can generally describe the action ("Move me next to Robert and I'll attack the goblin", etc.) usually someone who does have PC/map access will move the piece for you.

That said, numbered/lettered grids aren't a bad idea to try. I've added some to this map; we'll see how it goes.

I won't be online from the 6th to the 9th included.

While there will be a few more posts, the RP and wrap things up and clear up a few loose threads, we are very near the end of the scenario.

I'm going to start getting chronicle sheets ready so that once we do conclude you won't need to wait long. Please look over the character info you've posted above and let me know if you spot any errors.

The only thing changing about Killia is that he will be going sovereign court, as he is level 1.

Lukaas, can you confirm your character is -1? Also, do you want to roll your day job, or take 10 for an 18?

Can you leave the name off my character's chronicle, everything else is fine, I just am not sure what he will end up with as his name.

What do you mean by "your character is -1"? I don't understand...

Thanks, Zoomba. Just a question, or few. This was the first time I played a PFS game. Can I buy any of this things (including Gaming) any time when I have the money? I only have to show this sheet and tell to the GM?

To level up I have to play 2 scenarios, am I right?

Yes, assuming you have the gold there are two ways to purchase things in PFS:

1st - Your Fame sets the limit of how expensive of items you can freely purchase. The Guide to Organzied Play free on this site goes into the exact thresholds on that.

2nd (and based on your question) - Any item on a chronicle sheet you have you can purchase at any time you can afford it, even if your fame score normally wouldn't let you.

Also, PFS has you gain a level for every 3 XP. The vast majority of scenarios (including this one) give 1 Xp, so it's typical three adventures a level.
