After roughly two minutes of bickering, planning and healing, you guys decide to move out, each in their disguise. Post your disguises again.
You climb the ladder to the forge, there, the remains of the ice golems, still melting. The wooden door is closed, you see no light from the stairs leading up.
You can hear noises, voices, sound made by many people, muffled by the walls and doors, but you can’t discern if they are close or what they are talking about.

So changing to having similar coloring to Rose, but just to be a common soldier.

"Let's go kill us some more of these vile people!" She whoops, wiggling some fingers to let her new minions know it's time to follow her.

She places the two new skeletons on the stairs I believe. I think that's where Rose wanted them. If she wants them somewhere else, assume that Seren follows Rose's directions for their placement.

Hmm, I think I'm going to have trouble explaining away a serving girl in this part of the keep during this kind of emergency... A soldier it is, I guess.

I hate wearing uniforms like this... they don't flatter the image, they aren't comfortable... why does anyone wear this?... When I run the show things will be different...

Rose moves near the staircase to get in position, waiting for Seren to get her new minions into place. She tried to listen in on what was going on outside. However, doubt plagued her. How were the soldiers divided? Who answered to who?
After some seconds of doubt, she turns to the others and ask "Any of you remember the how the soldiers were divided?" she only got blank stares instead.
What a shame! How could her, a accomplished spy, forget about the enemy? Next time, she promised herself, I'll keep tabs of my information's on the enemy. Talking about the enemy, she remembered now, that if things had played nicely, Arman could have lead her directly into the lord's chamber! Why did she thought about him? Thank you. Looks like Sam's group was the right choice. I'm still carrying the longsowrd I took from the armory. Hound is a sword guy. Seren has a mace, but could easily say she was disarmed, and if she's copying my uniform an empty sheathe will be part of it. I think we are alright.

Rose checked herself over making sure she would be one of the first things seen. She directed Seren to lean against the wall and for Nahia to act like she was tending to a wound. She and hound were at the stairs blocking the undead from descending.

Her form shifted taking on a masculine physique. Mitrans weren't known for taking female soldiers seriously. If nothing else it would add credibility to her disguise.

Alter Self. 5 minutes.

"Just a little longer! Hold! Help is on it's way!" She barked once everything was ready. Anyone outside would begin hearing the sounds of their mock battle soon.

Mysty leaves the mock battle and go to the door, look into it's keyhole.
It does not appear to be closed, however she can't see well on the other side.
Certainly the sounds get louder, she hear voices and rustling of armor.
"Shhh! Quiet! Don't move! Wait! Stop! Be quiet! They are almost here! Follow your orders!" And so on, it appears that there's a lot of ppl on the other side.
However, it seems there's something between the door and the source of the noise.
What could it be? From where she is looking, it appears to a wooden object reinforced with steel.

Seeing that we are getting ready to enter combat, Nahia moves towards Rose and traces the tip of the wand in the air once again, lightly tapping Rose on the small of her back. Her task done, she moves to ready herself for combat.

Hound notices the slight glow of enchantment around the captain's sword and with a nod from Rose, exchanges it with his normal well-made greatsword. Giving it a few testing swings, Hound notes the fine balance and sharp edge.

This will doe xcellently. Hound says as he take up his position. We need to kill the magister and do whatever needs to be done. The longer we wait, the more forces they can trap us here with.

I'll describe the basic layout, feel free to add or remove from it in your post.

Mysty use a potion of blur, while Nahia tip once more Rose with her infernal wand. No pun intended. :P Hound swap sword with the fallen captain while Seren position her minions ahead the group, followed closely by hound and Rose.

The door is open and you see the passage was blocked by wooden placket, reinforced with steel bands. You can see shade of movement on the other side of it.
As you throw the door open someone on the other side yells.
"The enemy! The enemy!"
"For Mitra! For Balentyne!"
"For Father Donnagin! For Cap Iron Sam!" and between all the yelling you hear "Hold them off until the lord is here!"

Yes! Finally! laughs Seren "Samaul, Donnagin, break this thing!" she commands in a loud voice!

Both skeletons move foward and attack the wooden thing:

Dmg: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 2) + 6 = 12
Dmg: 1d8 ⇒ 7

Donnagin was not able to damage the barricade, however, Hound and Samaul attacks left a huge crack on it.

Rose plied a different tactic. She walked up behind the undead monster and let her disguise flicker for a moment revealing the faceless, pitiless black knight behind it. She beckoned the soldier behind the barricade.

"Come face me little soldier..."

If I beat the DC by 10 the soldier has to make a DC 17 Will save or be Commanded. The command I'm using is Approach.

Nahia turns towards Hound and begins to sway her arms, torso and hips, almost dancing, while slowly chanting:
Aklo: ”Weak flesh, hear my words: Look inward at your intense spirit and taste of its grandeur.”

With a final motion, Nahia will draw forth a handful of iron powder, hold it in her upturned palm, lean towards the already large man, and blow the dust towards him with a grin. Suddenly, Hound shines with a pale golden light, a silhouette of his form begining to radiate outward, at first twice his size, and then his body begins grow, continuing until he fills his own great projection.

Full round action to cast Enlarge Person on Hound. It completes just before my next turn.

Just going to append Seren's action a bit

Satisfied that her minions would soon give her access to the likely goody soldiers behind the vile wall, Seren spends a moment to Protect Mysty from the counter-attack that is sure to come.

"This should help stop them from hitting you. Wouldn't want you to miss out on any of this Fun!" She adds with a maniacal grin, Black mist swirling around Mysty before dispitating into the air, leaving a shimmering shield around the halfling.

Nahia starts to chant her spell, as Rose tries to frighten the soldier into submission; he is scared hell of her, but it was not enough to make him obey her commands. Missed by one Rose.
