I should have asked earlier, but did a 29 on the knowledge check against the daemon entitle D'lara to any additional information? She didn't roll high enough against the baykoks to get anything extra.

Consumptive Aura (su)

A meladaemon radiates an aura of hunger to a radius of 20 feet. Every round a creature begins its turn within this aura, it must succeed on a DC 22 Fortitude save or take 1d6 nonlethal damage and become fatigued from extreme hunger. Creatures that do not need to eat are immune to this effect. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Disease (Ex)

Daemonic wasting: Bite—injury; save Fort DC 22; onset 1 day; frequency 1/day; effect 1d4 Con and 1d4 Cha damage; cure 2 consecutive saves. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Hunger (Su)

A meladaemon’s claw attack deals an additional 1d6 points of nonlethal damage as it causes sudden pangs of horrific hunger in its foe. Creatures that do not need to eat are immune to this effect.

you manage to find a diamond engagement ring worth 1000gp and a gold pocket watch worth 800gp in the quick moments you have to search the area. 1 of you also manages to grab the 3 rifles to bring them along but notice that there is no ammunition for them. Nothing else is of value that you can find before you make haste to retreat and regroup. You all manage to get back to the Hut if you want to without trouble.

I just realized that if I got any healing overnight, I did not record it. Could anyone retcon for this aged elf a good healing prior to last night's rest?

I thought so and didn't figure it would be an issue, but it's good form to ask, right?

I will let you know in the future if something interrupts your ability to heal up completely. That way we can just proceed easier without worrying about it at this level.

Oh, man! All I can offer is that you can hurt a hand a great deal and still get full mobility back. I know two people that make their living with their hands and completely lost the use of their dominant hand for a while before getting back to full use. Here's hoping for a quick recovery.
