Mortimer Talinth
Mortimer begins rummaging through his shirt with a faint bit of annoyance. "Yes yes, now where did I...ah. Here they are." He pulls out his illusion invitations and spreads them so you can see all four. And he's asking to hold them. Well, here goes. "As Mortimer moves to hand the invitations over he shakes his head. [b]"I really should have just stayed in the Isles of Eden" He lets the illusion fall right through Targ's hand, then shrugs with a smile. "Illusions, eh? Never know what's not really there." And with that he says a word and disappears.
Casting vanish. Pretty much 5 round invisibility, I don't intend to get clobbered to death by all these fighter types.
Erianna
Mortimer, at least you could have pulled that one away from us, leaving us more room to move tactically, now I'm pinned down. Kind of... :D
Ok, now we need to know a couple of things: if this is a surprise round (Erianna probably casts a spell), if we are on initiative (the action will depend on her initiative count), etc.
Also important is that Erasmus acts ;)
Mortimer Talinth
I'm hoping that we can get a surprise round off since we had a keyword to act on. And I got the big bad boss man to walk right up next to you, have fun melee combatants!
I'm going to spend a round or two invisible to get some buffs going (I would have done it earlier but I wasn't sure how much time we would have to wait) then I plan on appearing in the sky above them, raining down all sorts of hell

Erianna, Esther, and Erasmus (So many E's) each have a surprise round. That is one standard OR move action. Remember, drawing a weapon is a move action unless you are moving or have the Quick Draw feat.
Party
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Average = 15.5
Bad Guys

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Average = 9.25
Good guys first! That means, Full rounds for everyone, plus the surprise round action for everyone but Mortimer.

...are some of the things heard from the screaming masses as the rush for the large doors.
Erianna
In that case:
Erianna bursts into movement as soon as Mortimer vanishes, her body swaying to some unheard tune, filled with grace and rhythm. Spinning in place, almost as if ignoring the others, she speaks to her sister only - "Where should we begin sister? We risk flanking by the paquiderms, and I believe this one will reach me from where he stands"
Surprise round: Starting Inspire Courage.
As her dance continues, words of magical power escape her lips, as she draws on her power for speed and quickness of action.
Round 1: Casting Allegro and, if the boss weapon has reach, she moves on the table behind her. If not, she stands her ground.
"If we maintain our positions, we cannot be flanked sister" - she adds to Esther again.
Erasmus Randall
Erasmus draws his cutlass (on guard) and moves to N4, pulling out his dagger as he moves..
He attacks the Elephant in O3. Well, don't act like you haven't been wondering the same thing.
Attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Sneak Attack: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 5, 5) = 18
Full Round, now?
Erasmus unloads on the slower man, attacking with both weapons.
Cutlass: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
Cutlass Damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Sneak Attack: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 1, 5) = 10
Dagger: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Dagger Damage: 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Sneak Attack: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 1, 2) = 12
Total Damage (if that somehow all hits): 64. AC is 26

Voi, (O3) two arrows in him and sword wounds to boot, smiles and begins a low, rhythmic chant. Fluidly and in one hand, he draws forth a tulwar large enough for a giant. Surely some sorcery besets the scabbard to belie the size of the monstrous blade.
Voi cuts at Erasmus, moving with the momentum of the massive blade.
1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18 for 2d4 + 20 ⇒ (4, 4) + 20 = 28
the cut is clumsy, lazy even, behind the tremendous weight of steel and Erasmus is able to avoid the blow.
Then, quick as a cat, the big man reverses the cut and step into Erasmus, drawing the blade along the sailor's belly.
1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32 for 2d4 + 20 ⇒ (1, 4) + 20 = 25
Doesn't confirm. :)
Landing his hit, Voi slides past Erasmus, safe from counter-attack.
_________
Gajah laughs harshly, and draws his own gleaming tulwar as he edges closer. Suddenly, his hand flashes a steel grey and, before your yes, his weapon's heft seems to have increased substantially. Gajah looks to Targ the Twice Taken, who rolls his shoulders and unlimbers his great hammer. He nods to Gajah.
"The lord is wanting the exits blocked, I think." His grin broadens as the guards rush to secure the exits.
Targ calmly steps up to Erianna, swinging his hammer horizontally, his prodigious strength evident in his bulging arms.
1d20 + 20 ⇒ (1) + 20 = 21 for 2d6 + 25 ⇒ (6, 2) + 25 = 33
The graceful dancer is able lithely to duck the slothy attack.
"I could have crushed those fine breasts with that swing. Perhaps it's best I let you bounce a bit longer!" His sneer is the very visage of misogyny.
Erasmus takes 25 damage. Mortimer is already down 22 hit points from the encounter with the Dark Naga. You guys are up. Remember to update the map please.
Mortimer Talinth
Mortimer speaks, hoping his disembodies voice sows more fear in those that remain. "I'm sure you all have heard terrible stories about destruction mages with no regard for the damage they cause." He suddenly appears well above Targ, small red bead in hand. He smiles, then throws the bead down and it accelerates as fast as the eye can follow, crashing into the table and exploding outwards in a burst of fire, stopping just short of the girls.
Damage: 7d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 4, 3, 4, 3) + 3 = 31
"The stories don't do us justice."
Dropping a fireball at the midpoint of H-I-5-6. From this template, it should hit Targ and Gajah, set some things on fire, and not hit either one of the girls. DC 20 Reflex for half damage.
Edit: Corrected bonus to damage for Evocation school
Erianna
Erianna's face is dead serious as she meets Targ with a fierce look in her eyes - "We have just met, and I already think you talk too much" - she retorts - "Enjoy the bouncing, and your final days as slave driver!" - she finishes, launching two attacks with blinding speed at the huge man, her weapon enhanced with magic.
Scimitar Attack: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (12) + 15 = 27Damage: 1d6 + 17 ⇒ (5) + 17 = 22

Erianna, I assume you drew your sword as your move action following your casting of allegro. In future, please be clear on this stuff as I may hold it against you (plural) in future instances. No harm done this time since you had the action :)
WHAT DID I JUST SAY!?
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
Roiling flames leap up around an obliterated table. Charred meat and fruit fly as the couches begin to catch fire. Despite the conflagration, both Gajah and Targ seem to have avoided the brunt of the flames. Nonetheless, they have noted the wizard.
Erianna leaps forward with a lightning cut to Targ's chest whilst his eyes take in the wizard. The initial resistance of his skin to her blade is uncanny, but the blade bites all the same. DR
Leveling his gaze on her, Targ parries the second blow, but barely.
Esther and Erasmus are up.

Apparently, my post was eaten...I will summarize.
Voi slashes as Erasmus moves away, but misses. He follows the sailor And cuts him across the hip: knocking him back a step which saves him from the Isterothi's backswing.
Gajah raises his left arm, and on it appears a fighting shield of deep bronze rimmed with stains of what could only be dried blood. Cleary prepared for battle now, he stalks toward Erainna.
Targ disengages from the melee and, letting his hammer hang in one hand, draws a hideously barbed lash and cracks it above his head in a gesture of intimidation.
You are all SHAKEN for 1 round. Also, make a DC 12 Fort save or you are deafened for 1 round.
Erasmus takes 14 damage.
You're up guys :)
Erianna
Just in case this was not evident yet, Erianna is in Crane style mode :D
Fortitude: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
The sound of the whipcrack is unsettling, but Erianna does her best to shake it away, as she faces her new opponent with a grim look in her eyes - "Shall we dance?"
Clicking her heels together, she bursts into movement, dancing around Gajah and Targ, trying to avoid their expected incoming attacks.
Free Action: Activating Boots of Daredevil for +5 on Acrobatics to move without taking AoO, then adding the +2 to the attack against Gajah if successful.

Scimitar attack on Gajah: 1d20 + 16 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 16 - 2 + 2 = 25Damage: 1d6 + 17 ⇒ (2) + 17 = 19
To Erasmus, she shouts - "Over here Erasmus!" - trying to call his attention to the potential flanking possibility.
We need to start focusing them down.
Mortimer Talinth
Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Mortimer is barely able to hear himself after the crack, but he speaks his next words carefully. "Cierda!" A line of fire reaches down to strike Targ, then it leaps to Voi.
Damage: 7d6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 1, 1, 3, 5, 3, 5) + 3 = 22
Secondary Damage: 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (3, 4, 4) + 3 = 14
Casting Burning Arc. First target is Targ, DC 18 reflex for half of 22 damage. Second target is Voi, DC 16 reflex save for half of 14.

Erianna slips past Gajah and Targ. Targ curses as he does not have enough time to bring his hammer to bear against the dancer.
Erianna swings her sword, arcing straight for Gajah's kidney. The Isterothi proves more agile than expected and throws his shield before the blow.
Erianna did not beat the Acro DC, thus no +2 on the attack, which means you miss :(
I SAID NO!
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Both Targ and Voi are able to withstand the worst of Mortimer's sorcery.

Ok, think. You could potion up, but that'd leave you vulnerable and the girls as well. You're supposed to be the prodigy, dammit! Can't take any more hits, though... I guess I'll just have to move and hope for the best.
He turns and grins to Esther You're lucky you're so pretty and moves in to fight the other elephant, flanking with Erianna.

Targ points up at Mortimer and shouts.
"Don't just stand there you morons! Bring that Wizard down!"
He then stalks up to Esther: seething rage burning in his eyes. Gripping his hammer in two hands, (He dropped the whip) he swings. Muscles bulge as the hammer crashes down on Esther's bow!
1d20 + 24 ⇒ (11) + 24 = 35 for 2d6 + 30 ⇒ (3, 4) + 30 = 37
The weapon bends to a full draw against the belly of the bow, and finally shatters.
"Crochet will suit you better than such needlework."
Esther's bow is BROKEN. It has three hit points left, so because it's hardness is 11, 14 damage will permanently destroy the weapon.
