Cedric ignores the squirming of the bag for now and steps around Baldrago's fallen form, swinging the sap at the Gardsman, but the pain from his wound prevents him from being effective. He remarks You sure you don't want to surrender, the big guy is getting angry and you are all alone now?

Akrem'dar steps up and brings the Earthbreaker around, hitting Maldur so hard it numbed his shoulder.
Jarrin takes a step backwards, the grate clattering and groaning under his feet, and snaps off an arrow which snaps as it hits the floor near the Reefclaw. Tooollleeeennnn! Trouble!
Hearing his cry for help, Tolenn takes a few steps forward slashing out with her sword as she says "Keep out of reach of those claws!" The sword sliced into the chitin of the creature.

The Guardsman wavers on his feet as he backs up, withdrawing from the onslaught, hesitating at the doors to the Butchers Floor just long enough to open the doors and passing beyond. In the hall he shouts Help!!!! Quickly looking about her, Ashimar notices no immediate threats around her. She looks her friend standing by the reefclaws and then up to Cedric and Akrem'dar, noticing a wounded Cedric hobbling in pain and a slightly enraged and hurt barbarian. I could care less about the rat-catcher's methods but I suppose it would go against Shelyn's teachings to let him lose his life in his filthy place...

I don't have line of sight to Maldur and since it seemed to be something like a free action to open the door, rather than a move, I'm thinking the doors are the swinging type where one just pushes them to open and they fall closed behind, so there is likely total cover too.
Ellismus fires off a volley of magic missiles at the nearby reefclaw once his allies have stepped away from it.

Ashimar takes a step top the side and calls upon the healing powers of Shelyn. The familiar burst of white light washed over all the living, including the fallen Guardsman and the lobster-like creatures on the floor, healing wounds of all alike. On the floor Baldrago's Eyes snap open with a gasp. Remember healing heals an equal amount of lethal and non-lethal so he healed 5 non-lethal and 5 lethal bringing him up 10 so hes awake
Watch that one on the floor to make sure he doesn't wake up! she points at Baldrago not realizing he already was awake. and then followed it up with Use your crossbows if you must! Back away so they can't follow
Cedric shouted Ellismus can you stop the guard who is running away? or i'll chase him down? but then realized the Wizard could not see the fleeing guardsman to target him with magic.
The grinning Giant of a man, Akrem'dar, shouted "Oh! I love seafood!" and brought his hammer down crushing through the carapace but still the creature continued to fight on becoming ferocious in its onslaught.
Jarrin took a step to his right and once more the grate rattled beneath his steps, he loosed an arrow through the open door at Maldur and it went past him to bounce of a step on the stairs going up behind him.
Tolenn hearing Ashimar's words, backs up and puts up her shield and scimitar, retrieving her Crossbow.
Cedric headed after Maldur and rounded the corner of the doorway and dodged past the extended Glaive to bring the sap once again upside his face, leaving a nasty welt along his jawline and dropped him to the floor unconscious.
Ellismus points the wand at the Reefclaw nearest to Tolenn and three balls of force strike it.
The Reefclaw nearest to Akrem'dar snaps out with a single claw feebly fighting even though it is staggered from the blow and oozes lifesblood fluids out of its cracked chitin. claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13 vs AC 13 Its claw fastening on his leg damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4 and tries to hold on grapple: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17 vs CMD 20 and failed as Akrem'dar jerked his leg back with unnatural strength from his raging heritage. FO save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 vs DC 13 and he shrugged off the effect of it's poison.
The closest Reefclaw to Tolenn crawled up to her and snapped at her with a single claw, gaining an advantage because she could not fend it off with a crossbow. claw: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 vs AC 18 but fortune was with the Paladin and it missed.
The last Reefclaw crawled up behind Cedric......remember he threatens Cedric. Take an AoO if he moves further than 5 foot step.
On the ground Baldrago slid his hand towards his sword but did not grab it as he lay on the ground prone. He did not want to provoke the big shoanti....
The bag continued to squirm and muffled noises could be heard within.
Karralo seeing Maldur fall, ran up the stairs where you could hear him banging on a door saying Boss Boss we are under attack by The Szcarni as he tried to make sense of who was attacking and seeing only a lone Varisian.

Rolling her eyes, mostly at herself as she failed to take into account how the guard would be healed, Ashimar runs up to the north wall, kicking the sword away (free action?) from the prone man to prevent him from rearming himself.

Raising her mace before her she addresses the prone man Surrender and live, neighbour. Shelyn has healed you with her compassion... but my friends can just as easily reverse the effects. I have no wish to see lives needlessly lost. Now what's in the bag?
Her message to the guard is reinforced by the mace she holds at the ready - prepared to bring it crashing down on him should he make the slightest hostile move.

Akrem'dar brought the massive hammer down hard on the strange eel-lobster and smashed it into the floor. The creature immediately went into a frenzy, lashing out with spasms of its claws. The prone deserter received a couple nasty pinches from the claws, but shrugged off the effects of the venom.
Hearing the reference to him being a Sczarni from upstairs, Cedric plays into their fears stepping back and attacking the creature first saying This is just a social warning, you should pay your protection fee for operating in our district. He brought the twin saps down hard on the creature and it squeaked each time....
Jarrin dropped his bow and moved forward, pulling his Rapier out. As he wasn't that skilled with using it, he could not also attack with it. You have to have a +1 BAB to be able to pull a weapon out while moving. So I stopped Jarrin 10 feet away as I doubt youd get that close without being able to attack...
Tolenn took a step away from the creature engaged with her and fired her crossbow, missing. If you use a missile weapon while in melee it provokes an AoO, so I figured youd move first.
Ashimar moved along the side and kicked the sword away from the ex guardsman saying Surrender and live, neighbour. I'll try one last time before shutting up for good... the reefclaws can only move 5 feet at a time on land - period. If we use that to our advantage and stay away from them, we can enjoy good things like no poison, no damage, no deaths... y'know - the stuff most people often take for granted. :)

Are they deserters or just common thugs to treat the poor halfling in this manner? And these men were Korvosa's protectors at one time! What drives them to such injustice I wonder...
