DMB:

I have the Fast Step Feat that let's me teleport as a move action so generally means I can teleport twice a turn.
I did derp on the picking up the skull as a standard action tho. Hmmm.
Alright I will do it a bit differently. I might still get hit but this should work (and I'm a little more durable then I look :)

With Midiotos plan (as detailed above) getting shot, Midioto takes a 5ft step back away from the Ettin and teleports to where the skull is (just
around the corner) then scooping up the skull.
(5ft step, then move action to teleport then standard action to pick up the skull. I don't know if the ettin can/will still attack me but I imagine it would be just before I 5ft step or teleport. Also hopefully I am around the corner enough to at least block charge lanes (tho not move and attack range))

Midio:
Oops I didn't see that feat there, sorry.
Midio succeeds in picking up the head unharmed. With a grunt, Gurrak hurls a pair of javelin at you!
"No one steals from Gurrak!"
1st javelin: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
2nd javelin: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
1d8 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
One misses, the other pierces him deeply!

Midio now has a clear escape path back to the room where the others are...

lol. There is a chance he will follow, but I believe he dosent fit through the staircase too well and even if he did, our party + 2 dragonborn + 2 harpies + a group of swimming thingies should make short work of a giant stuck in a doorway or worse, floundering in the water :)

Visibly shaken, the sahuagin answers Yessai
"We were pulled in here when the Pyramid appeared near are home.
Karvakos? He won't be easy to find.
"

She lightens up when Midioziggeroto returns.
"The Head of Vyrellis is inside that head? Excellent!"
Still a bit shaken, she continues
"If you are looking for Karvakos, you can take the Head with you. Just...be on your way. Although...if I could have a word with your two scaled friends, that would be appreciated. They can catch up with you later. The rest of you ought to be on your way."
She hops back underwater, still visibly frightened.

@Mundarion - you want to question the elf inside the drow head?

@DMB - Okay, sorry for the question time:

So we are all in the water except for Midioto, Thomas and Mundarion's bird... Is there a means of returning to the rope bridges/balconies? Via the secret door - is that in the water/half way up the wall? How much weight can Midio POP?

Are the draconics interested in talking to the sahuagin?

What is Gurrak doing?

Forgeborn map Armorist(Symbiotic Knight) / Incanter 6 || HP 53/60; g

Gemheart remains quiet now that the sahuagin backed off.

@Yessai:
The walls are rough enough to climb out easily. There is a secret door underwater, yes. There are also two other doors (one behind each harpy) in addition to the one you came in from. You cannot see or hear Gurrak. The dragonborn seem relatively indifferent to the sahuagin.

The confrontation apparently being over, Mundarion makes his way over to the closest wall (which should have him climbing up the same wall he jumped down to get in the water).

Climb Check: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

That should do it.

Once Mundarion gets to where it's nice, dry and flat he recalls Nightwing. Then he says in Common:

"Ok, first things first. Let's get everybody out of the drink and onto dry land."

Mundarion doesn't have any rope on him, but he gets ready to help whoever might need it with the last few feet of the climb.

One of the sahuagin rolls his eyes at Mundarion's climbing.
"There is an easier way up..."
He swims around to the back of the room. Anyone who follows finds a ladder The ladder is 'above' the 'T', leading onto the platform in the center of the far side of the room..

i can bring along anything up to 66lb with me when i teleport willy nilly or i can swap the positions of any two of you, so i could, for instance, throw mundarion back into the water and bring someone else back out or i could swap thomas out of melee range and put gemheart in his position. I had originally planned to do that with the skull XD
There is an even easier way than that! See?
As Midioto takes to the skies again, poping in and out of existance and heading over to one of the harpies (still under the effects of defy gravity. The thing lasts 40 minutes) POP! POP!
When he gets to her/him? he says, rather excitedly and entheusastically

"I am a harpy. I like my wings as well."
The harpy looks slightly annoyed at Midio.
"Are you not in a hurry to find a tiefling?"
The leader makes a strange chirping sound from under the water.
As if reacting, the other harpy smiles speaks
"You are welcome to come back here any time. There is a rumor that Karvokos is somewhere to the North of here. It is likely false, though."

The dragonborn's name is Nightblade. Nightwing is Mundarion's familiar.

Mundarion shakes his head and joins the group by the top of the ladder as they climb out of the water. He says, "Nightwing goes everywhere I do. I'm not quite so concerned about Harska and Nightblade, though I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to them."

"We'll be fine," says Nightblade, "We'll catch up with you soon. Or, barring that, we'll find the rest of our group somewhere in the pyramid."

Yessa is wet, bedraggled, sore and annoyed.

I would that we look for a fortifiable space from which to base ourselves. We have just arrived in a strange place and find ourselves beset by strange allies and fierce creatures.

It is plain she wishes to rest and regather her strength.

"Let us leave this chamber and move outward, but if we could rest soon that would at least allow me to dry myself… [*sneezes*] Water is not my favorite element, let alone when it surrounds me. Oh for the Astral Sea…."

Yessai took 15 lethal from the dragonborn back in Sigil, and another 10 non-lethal from the Sahuagin. Additionally, she also has almost depleted her Terror Pool. If outvoted she will merely shrug, accept her lot and move on.

Midioto sends a missive to the skull.
Missive, 1pp

Missive to Skull:

Sure. Would love to hear your story! What's your name?

Missive does not allow for a telepathic reply (it has also been updated to be a talent, so it doesn't cost pp if you spend focus).

Waiting to hear from Gemheart if he needs me to prepare a "Repair Light Damage" spell. I've got no problem doing it if he needs it, but if not there are other spells I'd like to have available.

If Paddfoot wants to say that she took advantage of my offer before we all went to bed then at the very least the cantrip I would have used would have dried her hair better and she might not look so disheveled this morning. Her call there.

Forgeborn map Armorist(Symbiotic Knight) / Incanter 6 || HP 53/60; g

technically, I dont think Repair works on Gemheart. He can slowly repair objects, not useful for combat.

Male Elf Rogue 3 / Wizard 3 | HP 25/25 | AC 17, T 13, FF 14

The spell in question was specifically designed to work on Warforged in the Eberron campaign setting. As far as I can tell, Gemheart is simply somebody else's "clone" of a Warforged for their setting. So unless there's a very good setting specific reason for the spell not to work on Gemheart, I think the default assumption should be that it would work. Hopefully the GM can chime in here and give us a ruling. At any rate, I ought to be able to fix Gemheart for 1d8+2 points of damage repair, twice if necessary, before I'd want to reserve spells for other uses.

Forgeborn can be healed by normal healing magic, so Repair may not be needed. I'll allow the Repair spells to work on forgeborn as well, though.

ya I kniw that missive is only one way, it also has a cap of 10 words meaning things have to kind of be scrunched together. I also know I could cast i t for free by expending my psionic focus, but I would only do so in dire circumstances. To much rides on me maintaining focus :p

Forgeborn map Armorist(Symbiotic Knight) / Incanter 6 || HP 53/60; g

Forgeborn are Half-Constructs, not Living Constructs, so there is an important distinction. That said, I think DSP goofed up a little when they did not specify what is good on the heal/repair spells.

Male Elf Rogue 3 / Wizard 3 | HP 25/25 | AC 17, T 13, FF 14

Another way of looking at it would go something like this: Warforged in Eberron are living constructs that get full benefit from "Repair" spells but only 1/2 the benefit of "Heal" spells. If a half-construct is going to be able to get the full benefit of "Heal" spells, then maybe it ought to be able to get 1/2 the effect of "Repair" spells. It is still at least partially a construct so the "Repair" spell ought to still have some effect on it. Regardless, I still don't know if you want me to try. I haven't been tracking your damage that closely and if you've healed enough of it naturally then it's moot today. Down the road, however, it might be important.

Midio, De'Arv'Ki:
As you hold it you find the drow head is hollowed out. The head itself is completely nonmagical. Inside, is an orb. This orb of darkest obsidian easily fits in the palm of your hand.
As you stare into its inky depths, the severed head of an eladrin
princess floats into view and you hear her sing-song voice, “I am
Vyrellis, and I offer my assistance to whoever carries this orb.

Continuing, she explains
"You have been drawn into this prison by its most
celebrated inmate, Karavakos the would-be king and conqueror. The only way to escape is to
destroy that most-hated wizard. But to accomplish such a
task, creatures the likes of you will need my help.
I shall explain more when your allies are awake...and away from the sahuagin.
