Very infrequently. The most frequent posters at this point are Rath, Lureene, Suny, and myself. I'm actually getting ready to DM our second short side-trek outside the tavern. (It will most likely start early next week.)

Hey, sorry guys for the absence... it was my 30th birthday this weekend, and instead of it turning out to be a slow weekend where I could get a lot done online, it turned into a weekend that never really slowed down. I didn't even check email, much less do any posting. It looks like you guys had the important conversations handled, though, honestly. Biter will get his posts in today, though.

Just out of curiosity, what are everyone's plans for when we hit level 2?
I'm still considering a 1-level dip into Rogue to signify the additional savviness and adaptability Alexis has learned from her new companions, but given that I'm the only arcane caster we've got I want to see what everyone else is up to before I make any decisions.
Rath's 20 level advancement plans are listed on his character sheet at the bottom... level 2 - Monk. :)
Biter's dipping into a level of rogue for some necessary skill points and class skill bonuses. Then it'll beback to barb
If there is a story reason for him to do something else he might, but otherwise it's nothing but druid for me.
I'm happy staying cleric for the entire campaign. Although Radiant light of Pelor (Sarenrae in this setting) form the 3.5 complete divine seems it would fit his character as well.

Nazard: Do you know of any ways for a preparation-based casters to be able to memorize additional cantrips (i.e. feats, houserules, etc.)? I'm kind of scratching my head wondering why specialist wizards don't get to memorize an extra 0-level like they do higher-level spells and why a high casting ability doesn't grant casters additional 0-level slots.
Since cantrips and orisons are not expended the way higher level spells are, would it be possible to loose/memorize new 0-levels during the course of the day by taking the 15 minutes of down-time to do so? A max of 4/day at 2nd level is simply far too restrictive given their utilitarian nature.
Um, there are a couple of Feats and I think there's even a Trait or two. No books handy. Will post back after some research. *bows*
Okay, we have,
1) Pazio: Trait; Magic Talent: Cast one Cantrip once per day.
2) Fearune: Feat; Magic Training: May cast three 0 Level spells as if the caster were a Wizard or a Sorcerer (Must choose which method/style of casting, i.e spontaneous or studied.)
3) Fearune: Feat; Precocious Apprentice; Caster may know and cast one Second level spell. May be taken at First Level. Once caster reaches the level in which they can cast second level spells normally, they effectively have one extra second level spell slot.
Suny, I'm not familiar with the books #2 and #3 come from. What resource is that?
