Lyssa picks up the gold and gives everyone 4 gold. After some exchanging with coins in some of her pockets she gives everyone 2 silver as well.

"Unless anyone wants some of this, I'll carry it," Lyssa says as she opens her backpack, and crams everything in the backpack. It doesn't close anymore, but she doesn't seem to care as she places it on her back again.

Taking the bronze key Lyssa moves over to the chests. She tries the key on both chests. "I should mention the room i peeked inside also had some chests. And did you guys check the office for stuff while I moved out? while we're here we may as well see what we can take. I'm rather low on money, to be honest."

I thought the volume of loot wasn't an issue in this game, so that was for flavor. Does loot have an actual volume in this game?

Dead people don't own possessions so it's legal to take them ;)

Loot sheet No plunder, no pay Battle map--Misc info slides

A little sense of realism is appropriate if 1 single person wishes to carry it all alone ^^. Now a bag of holding on the other hand would easily put such big items away.

It depends on the GM and realism. A wizard carrying three bags full of weapons is probably carrying a heavy load, so that sense of realism should be maintained I think. However if you've got a belt and a backpack as well as pouches on your belt, you could strap most of the weapons and gear you find either to your backpack or belt or stow them inside the backpack if there's room. Usually volume isn't the problem, it's the combined weight.

Also GM are there any arrows left on the thugs?

Grint checks the bodies of the thugs together with Lyssa and keeps a clear eye on the loot division and shakes his head as she tries to cram everything into her backpack.
"You know it's better to divide those things amongst ourselves, an extra back-up weapon wouldn't hurt any of us. Also your math is wrong, we should all get 4 gp and 8 sp from that. I don't mind you taking that last gold piece if we divide the silver amongst us four. We could sell all this equipment later and divide the money we get as well."

He looks to the others with a raised eyebrow.
"You all agree on this?"

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
Grint doesn't seem to notice what Lyssa means and goes about searching the rest of the room for anything interesting.

[i]Dear doctor,

"Apparently a doctor, I'm presuming this means the alchemist, has provided a service to someone called Y. If they want to get a hold on the city, it might be best to stop him now we can."

Lyssa takes some more coins from here pocket and hands the others some more silver and gold. "Here you go. That should divide things properly. And yes, we should sell some of this stuff later. I've been short on money ever since I arrived in this city."

I divided the 16 silver from earlier as well. Totally forgot about those. So instead of 4gp 2sp or 4gp 8sp everyone gets a bunch of coins with a total value of 5gp 1sp 6cp!

She stands pondering over the questions for a while, hoping someone might give her some more ideas.

A soft *clink* as the key on your end is slid into the lock.
A voice can be heard at speaking volume.

"Whomever it is, you are unauthorized. Come in and face the consequences. It should be a mere matter of time before more of them arrive, without the doormen present.....hehehe."

Malena pushes her finger onto her lips and casts silent image, creating an image similar to her and sends it into the room through the barely opened door. An arrow immediately goes through, bouncing off the wall.

With Lyssa first you enter the room. There are workbenches and some "braziers" for the lighting. The man likely named Dr. Tromp stands behind his desk.
"You again! Good grief, this city doesn't live up to it's decent reputation at all. I was warned someone "might" seek me out. It matters little, i'll deal with you and test my latest research on you, like i did with mr Fergus. Now, KILL THEM!"

Yeah I got the hint, though somebody should just throw an alchemist's fire into the thing. Lighting an oiled arrow takes me 3 rounds to fire 3 arrows, or I could fire the arrows and someone else sets them on fire. Better use my sword for this work, in this case I need to protect the other women.

"Come on you pile of building materials."
