as the bear is picked up, it looks around quickly.
"hunh? what? who?"
it pauses for a moment.
"you must be ephebe."

"Well, this brings back childhood memories. Though you do seem to be more independently sentient than most of the animated toys I dealt with in my childhood." She just barely managed to not say out loud 'And a lot less homicidal.' Being raised by a demon came with some...unique hazards. No need to scare the children unnecessarily.

"Alright, then I'll meet you at the Sim rooms in a few," Tami said, giving Dom a quick kiss before heading off to find Zren and Rikken.

Turning to Morrivan with a friendly smile. He makes a gentalmanly gesture toward the lunchroom. Once on there say he asks. "So you know everyone better than I, what does everyone like to eat? And should we get snack foods or enough for a picnic for everyone. I doubt Ginni's going to want eat in the lunchroom."
"Hmm...I'm thinking picnic. Ginni was probably on her way to get lunch when she found out about the rumors. And you can't really go wrong with a picnic," she added, laughing.
She led the way to the cafeteria and helped pick out food that should hopefully be pleasing to everyone.

"Yes, but once we got there the three children," she said, pulling Ignace out from where she'd been hiding behind her mother, "triggered some sort of magical door. They were gone by the time I turned around. So most of what you'll want to know, you'll have to ask them."
Ignace curtsied politely, trying and failing to hide how intimidated she was by High Seer Denulia.

Ignace curtsied politely, trying and failing to hide how intimidated she was by High Seer Denulia.
Lang reaches out and takes Ignace's hand and gently urges her to stand beside him

"That is most definitely the truth. And especially troubling when they pop off to visit other planets because you happened to turn around to look at something," she said dryly.
Lang speaks up I am sorry to interupt but there is information that I would like to share and possibly you can help me understand it
Lang bows again out of respect to his elders in the room.
"i see. well, I'm caribian. I'm an animated toy? alright. that works. i started existing when she (gestures to midori) sewed this eye on."
He returns to the group after checking the other tunnels.
"I guess the book locks our answers. Come down this way." He leads the group down the far right tunnel.
"Watch your step." He illuminates the trip wire with a line of dancing lights.
He stops a few feet short of the doors.
"Someone else know the Open magic? We can do them both on three."
"So you know what happened?"
She asks, encouraged by her apparent familiarity.
"Sorry, I figured it was either a scanner or a teleporter or both, and I figured I was being smart, I was right and also wrong I forgot about ignance's parents and as a result almost got her killed..." He is wearing some dragon lether combat gear that he probably thinks is a lot more B.A. Than it is.

"Nah, you're cool. Very laid back. And if I did have a problem with you it would come out pretty quick in waterbending class," she said, shrugging her shoulders. "But it doesn't hurt that you're obviously good for Tami. And she's head over heels for you."

Lang takes a seat.
We were transported to a planet called Haven. into a fire temple to Avatar Voltaire Del Sol. from what we saw the temple was high above a great city made of what appeared to be crystal. I didn't get much of a good look at the city though
We made our way through several chambers within the temple finding a room of statues. it became apparent that these were all statues of me. well actually my past lives. and the last one was of Voltair.
It was Ignace that notices the crest. and it matched her own. anyway, we found another doorway that led to a chamber with a large bowl. and I don't exactly remember everything but somehow Ignace became very distressed and I managed to channel her fires into the bowl.
at that instant I entered into the Spirit world and Avatar Voltair showed me what needed to happen.
Lang looks at them to see if they are at least interested. seeing that they are he continues.
There are 4 other worlds like this one. Haven, Annwn. Nibiru, and Lemuria. Voltair told me that as the Avatar I am to unite the 5 worlds to stand together. we had less than a year before this Imperial fleet would detroy each world and everyone on them.
There was some other stuff concerning me and my training but that was the main task I was given.
Lang pauses a moment
when I returned Ignace was in trouble and grim was trying very hard to save her. Lang lowers his head in shame I became angry and...I killed the man harming Ignace he says this last part softly ashamed of what he had done.
Ace holds Ginni for a few moments, just offering her his quiet strength and confidence. "I'll do whatever I can to track down the truth and whoever started this dumb rumors. I want to go check on the puppy at some point, but other than that, I'm yours until girl's night, if ya want me around that long" He says with a grin.
Grim puts his hand on lang's shoulder he says quietly "you weren't the only one who got too angry, I can't even remember it hardly at all, just this haze"

When they first get down there dave casts open on the door, if that doesnt work he then pulls out a scroll of knock and casts it.
Tybalt counts down to three and he and Dave cast open on a door each simultaneously from about 15 feet back.
"I'll try to arrange that" He says quietly in response.
"Sounds like fun. I'm all for listening to you perform" He says with a big, encouraging grin.
She smiled approvingly. "That's the spirit. And I'm sure after a few days you'll get used to the pain," she added, trying to be encouraging.
'That's what the infirmary is for, right?' he replied with a somewhat forced smile. 'Besides, I need to be able to stand up for myself if we ever do go talk to the tribes. I mean, what if they try anything with you?'
"Nah, you're cool. Very laid back. And if I did have a problem with you it would come out pretty quick in waterbending class," she said, shrugging her shoulders. "But it doesn't hurt that you're obviously good for Tami. And she's head over heels for you."

Midori and her family watch silently, apparently enraptured by this new wonder in a new living thing.

"Well, not exactly. I've seen similar magic before, though. That was done with er...ghosts. I would venture a guess that some sort of spirit...perhaps a tree spirit or something...I'm really just guessing here, but whatever kind of spirit it was, it was in the button most likely and transferred to the bear when you put the button on. It's beyond rare for something like this to happen spontaneously. I would venture a guess that one of you two girls unknowingly supplied the magic for it. Since it's your bear, Sara, and this seems more like your sort of magic, I think it was probably you."
"I'll try to arrange that" He says quietly in response.

"It still scares the bejeebers out of me to play in front of people," she said, definitely feeling nervous. "But at the same time I'm excited to actually get to play where other people can hear."
She kissed him. "Thanks. For encouraging me. It helps. I'm braver when you're around."
The imperious elf had nodded graciously when introduced. The corner of her mouth twitched ever so slightly at Ryo's comment about illusion class, the only hint that she had found it amusing.
She had looked into each of the children's eyes for a long moment. Her gaze seemed to pierce right through any defenses the children had. It seemed to see into their very hearts. Of course, the High Seer says nothing, and after her brief inspection of each of the children, the High Seer pays close attention to Lang's story, her intense gaze fixed on him for the duration.
Even after the story is complete, Denulia doesn't say anything, instead glancing to Ryo, obviously deferring to him. These are his students and his school after all.

Midori smiles quietly to herself, taking silent pride that she had guessed it was Sara's magic that had brought the bear to life.

"No, but with good reason. She's way behind on her homework because of all the time she's been spending subbing for the light blades prof while he was 'away'. So she's spending all day today getting caught up so she and I can spend the whole day together tomorrow."
She looks at her hands and through her materials pouch to see if anything was amiss.
" I don't remember doing anything."
"This is mixed news. Could you know which planet is the target of the fleet, Lang?"
"i don't remember her doing anything either. my first memory is the button being sewed on."
"Well, it would certainly be helpful to have someone who could watch my back in that situation," she agreed. "It's harder to fight groups."
'If only my voice was actually useful the way it is. Not that I think I would want to use it in a fight like that. Too many bad memories. And hopefully I won't have to worry about it much longer. Maybe I should talk to Professor Sunwake today, see if she's made any progress.' He displays, still looking concerned, despite the laidback words on the pad. 'And maybe after we're done studying, we'll get some comic books. Sound good?'

I don't know. these were merely visions presented to me by Voltair's spirit. I can't be sure. the only warning he gave me was that I had less than a year to bring the five worlds together. to unify them as one unless that happens then each world will be destroyed.
Lang seems upset that he cannot provide more information. he tightens his grip on Ignace's hand slightly as though she is helping him remain calm.
Having a conversation with Bradley is an interesting experience for Vare as he can hear,almost at the same time, answers from the inner Bradley and the outer Bradley. The outer Bradley seems to be a fairly simple person, young, eager to help others, entranced with the beauty of the world around him. He mentions that his accidents have gotten worse as he has gotten older and speaks about his twin sister, Ursula. Inner Bradley seems strangely silent about Ursula.
Vare eventually wraps his head around the strangeness of Bradley's communication and is able to focus on /what/ Bradley was actually saying. "Interesting. Bradley, can you tell me about your sister a bit more? What is she like? Did she attend Avalon as well?"

The High Seer finally breaks her long silence. "Ryo, this is most definitely a matter that needs to be brought the council."
Her eyes once again fix on Lang, with an intensity that would cow a lesser heart. "So, you are the Avatar of legend then? This is a great deal of responsibility to have been placed on one so young, Lang Fei. I will do what I can to assist you, though I do have many responsibilities otherwise."
"No, but with good reason. She's way behind on her homework because of all the time she's been spending subbing for the light blades prof while he was 'away'. So she's spending all day today getting caught up so she and I can spend the whole day together tomorrow."
"Sorry to hear that. Tell her she needs to find someone to help her. I'll volinteer to help, but I'm not that great with a blade. I at least can watch over them to make sure they don't get hurt. I understand If she says no to my offer, but she should look in to getting some sort of assitant to take a class order two for her."
He returns the kiss "Glad I have that affect on you babe and like last time, if you want, I'll turn myself invisible."
She looks at her hands and through her materials pouch to see if anything was amiss.

Ephebe smiled. "It's okay if you don't remember how you did what you did. And I don't think you would remember, Cariban. Sometimes innate abilities just happen like that when you're first learning."
