I'm good at knowing what is being said or what is written, but not understanding it. Plus, I've already said I just get to skip learning how to read and write because I know how to already. If I was in a academically advanced class for my age, I doubt they would still be learning how to read or write.

First thought was of another wall lol...
Sorun bables "I didn't what...." Looks down "oh! " turns slightly darker blue and sits down

If I was in a academically advanced class for my age, I doubt they would still be learning how to read or write.

Dara, Chara, and Ignace are. The rest of the class gets reading time while they're learning basic reading and writing skills.

Lnag seems a bit alarmed at the growl, but quickly calms himself.

apparently the breathing exercises do work.

Lang turns to Sorun, just take deep breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth. stuttering a bit on the insrtructions wondering if Sorun does breath like that when out of the water.

so, Lang isn't difficult, nor emotionally disturbed, so I guess he falls under the what the heck grouping

Hew keeps to himself just watching the things that are happening around him. Every once in a while whispering to him self. Anyone that can hear him will relieve all he is doing it explaining what is happening around him like he's a spy giving updates.

yes... Vriskra. I... Scare them?" she tries smiling at the kids, not helping in the slightest.

"I bet there's not a blemish or interesting mark on you, nothing to tell tales of where you've been or what you've done"

He pulls down his shirt a bit to reveal raven tattoos on each shoulder "See these? I got them after I met a messenger raven from my deity. It revealed to me a few important tidbits of knowledge that helped me become who I am today."

He rolls up his right sleeve, and bares his forearm where there's a scar that kind of looks like a dragon "I got this scar battling a squad of inquisitors bent on killing me and some of my friends. At first, it was just an odd swirl from when I threw up arm to block my face from a spell. Its since changed to what it looks like now"

"It's okay, Vriskra is really nice!" Gareth tries to get everyone to calm down. the "I know she looks scary, but so do dragons, and Headmaster Blackscales is really nice!"

He listens intently. "You don't need pain and blemishes to mark things you've done." He jingles some as he gestures to all of his sparkly collection. Some are oddly shaped some shine with bits of unimportant magic (if you can see it) some isn't even real metal jewelry. "Everywhere I go I collect something like this so I can look back and remember people and places and events. Like this one." He lifts a bracelet filled with Japanese yin coins "a new years festival." He pokes at a simple yet intricate ear stud "took out a pirate captain and ran a boat for a week." He twists an adamanite ring "got tricked into getting engaged to a tribes princess. All these things were great and I'll always have them. Without getting injured." He loves telling his stories.

Dommie Melody yells with a sigh of relief.

Melody stops her dancing as the Thugs now have some new opponents.

she still has lingering song, so, for 2 more rounds the thugs are shaken and all of Dom's attacks deal an extra 1d6 sonic damage for those two rounds

unless there are other plans by Lyn or DB3 I envisioned these guys as simple street thugs easily handled

Ace dips into some of the pouches on his belt, pulling out all sorts of things: several ornate daggers, an exotic looking coin, a few colorful feathers, a twisted piece of dark glass that kinda looks almost like a flute, an oddly shaped rock that shines when he turns it just so, all of this and more.

"Truth my friend, but I have them anyways, and I don't regret them. But I also have collected my fair share of interesting items as you can plainly see and there's plenty more where these came from." He smiles at Ty then "And the tattoos? They didn't hurt, and I got them out of love and respect."

Dommie Melody yells with a sigh of relief.

Melody stops her dancing as the Thugs now have some new opponents.

she still has lingering song, so, for 2 more rounds the thugs are shaken and all of Dom's attacks deal an extra 1d6 sonic damage for those two rounds

unless there are other plans by Lyn or DB3 I envisioned these guys as simple street thugs easily handled

Tamina blows a powder into one of the thug's faces and he screams clutching at his eyes.

"Oh, hush you big baby. It was just chili powder. Be grateful I didn't use a spell powder on you."

Tamina blows a powder into one of the thug's faces and he screams clutching at his eyes.

Morrivan uncorks the water bottle she always carries and pulls out the water inside into a whip which she uses to trip one of the other thugs.

"You know, I'm pretty sure that this is one of those discretion is the better part of valor times....that means you should run, by the way."

despite looking quite nervous at the 'smile' jr feels the need to say "I wasn't scared," bluff 1d20 + 11 + 3 + 10 - 15 ⇒ (18) + 11 + 3 + 10 - 15 = 27

Tybalt looks at his furry arms sceptically. "I don't think I can get tattoos anyways. And scars don't show under fur anyways."

despite what others say Lang just looks at Grim I know you weren't. Those spirits gave you alot of courage Lang tells grim reassuredly, backing up his roommate's claim.

jr looks surprised, then chastised, "er- um maybe a little," was there no reaction to the fact he can speak alklo, granted that he sucks at it, or was that buried?

In her unarmed combat class, Jaiye was not enjoying the sparring like she usually did. She had Jorge for her sparring partner which would not normally be a problem, but today was different.

"You can't tell me you actually enjoyed yourself with that puny elf can you? Scraping the bottom of the barrel aren't you? Maybe we should teach him a little lesson about what happens to uppity elves who overreach themselves," he sneered.

She took the opportunity to throw him to the ground and pin him, her elbow on his throat. "Ehos is worth ten of you, at least, you mangy mutt, and if you ever harm so much as a hair on his head, I will end you. Don't think that because we used to run with the same pack that makes us friends," she growled.

At that point the teacher broke things up, but she was left with an unsettled feeling. It looked like last year's pack had really broken up for good. She'd have to watch her back from now on.

Dom called out. "Luna's tear!" The decanter started pouring out water which floated up and in to Dom's hand. Then froze into the shape of a sword of some sort. Through out the blade the was holes. Every movement it made created an enchanting sound. "You will leave them alone." With that he starts twirling the sword creating a magical song that takes the attention of the thugs away from the others. Melody, Tamina, and Morrivan are now under the effects of greater invisability.

The sword is a masterwork elven song sword.

As the two girls show thier skill Melody ends up just standing there her hands on her hips. giving Dom one of those "you naughty boy" smiles

she looks at the two girls again. then back to Dom holding up two fingers.

then the third thug as he get ready to run Melody whips out her little wand again and with a quick sonic buzzz a door flies open whacking him in the face.

No reaction. With everyone speaking at once she didn't really hear you. And yes, there was a reason she heard you out of everyone the second time.

She nods her head a little, and looks back at ms. Blackscales. "hope.. I didn't enter important thing."

I was under the impression that you two especially disliked each other.

While in the History class, as it was just close to ending, Anahita suddenly seemed to recall something.

For the most part, though, she kept trying to avoid 'seeing' Johnny using her hand or someone's head and her position in the seat.

Glancing at the Professor, and then to the door, at just the right moment, she slips mightily fast out of the class, finger tips touching the walls to conjure arrows which lead her to the Headmaster's office.

Once there, she uses the door panel to get the interior office's attention.

As the thugs all scramble to get away Dom Stops his twirling the sword. The girls all start to appear once again. "Are you ok Melody? Hey don't look at me that way. Seeing the her hold her fingers up Dom shakes his head.

"Pretty sure we could find some ink strong enough to show through your fur." He smiles when Ty points out the chain "Um, hmm. Oh. I remember. That's part of a chain that once restrained me as a prisoner. You like it? I shall let you have it, for the low, low price of one million platinum pieces" He says, his grin growing.

Once there, she uses the door panel to get the interior office's attention.

The door opens after a few moments, and Ryo beckons for Anahita to enter.

"What can I do for you, Miss Tariq?"
Has Anahita been in the office before? If so, there wasn't a door that looks like a gate here last time.

"Light manipulation? Come on sis you know that was just mt Arcane music, or are you still trying to explain away magic." Dom caps his decanter and drops the ice sword which quickly melts away.

Johnny lifts shows s/he arm,

Looks again at Act blinking with a Questioning look.

Tybalt makes a futile attempt to contain himself. He ends up with that snorty trying to hold a laugh in sound. "You shoulda told me you cut yourself. I woulda fixed it for you." He is still laughing from earlier but is actually concerned.

"Oh yes of coarse." Dom steps over to Tamina and Morrivan. "This is Morrivan"[b] Dom motions to Morrivan, then he looks to Tamina and smiles to her. Melody recognizes the smile he is give Tamina, but the look in his eyes is quite different than the usual. [b]"And this is Tamina."

Walking into the office, Anahita looks over at the 'gate' and seems to suddenly space out (for the remained of her round) ..then she blinks shakes her head and focuses on the Headmaster.

"Uh.. yes, Bradley. He appears to have some sort of innate talent to affect probability. I would like to request, on his behalf per his request to do so, two things-- if you are willing. First, a test to see if he has some innate mental ability that does this, psionic, maybe? Opposite of what his sister can apparently do, succeed. And second, when he is calm and relaxed, say, by watching pigeons and birds flying around as he did with his grandfather-- perhaps even meditation, I feel he might be able to stop affecting his immediate area." That said in a slight rush, she suddenly seems to 'remember' something and gives him her best charming grin.

She doesn't sit though, perhaps too excited by the looks of her face.

"Hi," Morrivan said with a little wave. "Umm....I'm not....you seem to have some misunderstanding, Melody. I already have a girlfriend, so I'm sure Dom is nice and all, but.....errr.... not so much."

Melody raises an eyebrow at that introduction. She pulls Dom aside.really? you choosing her now, in front of the other one, come-on Dommie, your loosing your edge.

turning back to everyone So which way to this school. she says as she sligs her guitar over her shoulder.

Ohh, my duffel, ahhh there it is She dashes back to get it where she dropped it.

Tamina chuckled. "Your description of your sister, while accurate, was....sadly inadequate to the reality," she said, eyes dancing with merriment.

The now one eye'd thug cannot scream out because of the gloved hand over his mouth...
"you failed, the punishment for failure is death....."
