Seeing people just returning to the building, while looking back from the sight of the winged demon, he turns to consider his options of those remaining.
"Celebratory tavern crawl after a life saving mission anyone? Get to know one another more?"
He smiles briefly while waiting on any takers.
Matches my short lis as well. Open offer to interact, effectively-- though, dunno Yrrin's status and Lynora is clearly busy with school tasks.

Speaking of Liches, I thought of an insanely evil, incredibly cruel(for the PCs) way for an epic Lich to totally F*&K with PCs. Like HARDCORE.
Don't we have at least two PCs who seek to defeat a Lich? bhahahahahaha
one here, a specific litch sorcerer

I hope Lyn isn't leaving us...
Pfft. Yeah, right. I'm still breathing, hon. ;D
I just want to talk about some group dynamic stuff and a couple small things that will help the game run better. But I don't have time for a lengthy discussion today.
If she dies, then Ephebe dies. I can't allow this.

OK guys, this is big. I am friends with pretty much all involved in this project, and I might even help add in some content too. Please, please, please, support this!!
Hmm not a whole lotta bang for the buck there.
I pad 100 bucks to kickstart the ultimate psionics book...that thing is 500 pages, in full color, and has the cover done by Wayne F'in Reynolds.
I'm not gonna pledge 60 bucks for one 90 page book of three.

They eventually plan to have three books, turning everything Paizo has released into Myth(spells, feats and as many monsters as possible), not to mention adding in stuff from Kobold Press, Rogue Genius, Legendary Games and...
Dreamscarred Press, adding in Mythic Psionics.
So, possibly a better bang for your buck?

*The lich rises, his dried and tattered robes hanging limply from his bones, harsh glowing eyes stare up out of the grave*
A dry rattling voice hisses up, "I live once again"
his skeletal hand reaches up.....
-clicks on light switch-
" need some coffee" Death Keeper grumbles as he pours a cup

"I'm not sure if you're an ancestor or not, but you are cute."
Tybalt finds that perfect spot cats like, knowing the feeling himself.
Jericho climbs up from Tybalt's shoulder to his head to put some distance between them. He was pointy, but that might not stop the cat from trying.

"He's just a little more gymnastic than most ancestors. They all do that."

"Ancestors are what we call the animal creatures we resemble on Alocatra. So this is an ancestor for me, the geckofolk call lizards and such ancestors, and so on."

Kodjack is definitely one of those PCs. A lich is practically the only reason he's even at the school to begin with. Without that lich, he wouldn't even want to find out how to fight against magic and completely sunder any spells that are even thought about being thrown at him.

"No, it's just a name. We don't really know how exactly the folk are related to their ancestors. It's just a name. We do honor them in the spring and fall solstices, with gifts to each other and parties and food and traditions and stuff."
For reals? Please? Mel might have interjected, though.

Perhaps. I'll look at it again in the morning.

Mel is waiting for Lyn to come back, because she wants to do a song too.

ok looking back, since the cat paid no attention to Mel (didn't even notice her actually) I doubt she would do anything but luagh at Arthur when it jumps on him. she was concentrating on speaking with Tybs, and he always is petting some sort of animal.
the reason I am waiting becuase:
1. I don't want to be rude to Lyn in a scene she was running which is in effect over the annoucement system across the school.
2. didn't want to be rude to those in the area that are directly effected by that. (i.e other firebirds / FAIN fans)
3. didn't want to be accused of rushing any scenes.
4. actively doing other things while waiting for Lyn tends to move the mood of the conversation (which Kiz will probably do anyway) thus possibly, eliminating the relevance of what Mel was going to do.

Alright, so that all took longer than expected...and I haven't even started my physics homework yet. *sigh*
But I got my paper turned in before the deadline and laundry is progressing and I took out the garbage and groceries were bought....not so much on the washing dishes. Also *sigh*.
So much to do over the weekend, so little weekend to do it. And the kidlet is a bit freaked out since his dad had to leave this morning and usually the work travel only happens during the week. But he seems to have finally calmed down about it. And he has been carrying around his trophy from yesterday's karate tournament all day. He is just so darn proud of that thing. :)
Anyhoo....on to game stuff during the few minutes I've got while the kidlet is getting ready for bed....

I'll post game updates in a bit here, but first I wanted to have a little chat with y'all about something that's becoming a bit of an issue.
We all, with the possible exception of those still in high school, are extremely busy people. School, work, life in general all get pretty demanding. It's not exactly a secret that this term has been exceptionally busy for me since I'm taking 21 credit hours of classes in one term. And the people I normally rely on to help me out when I'm super busy...are also super busy.
So, we've got a lot of super busy people and a lot of game to keep track of. And a lot of people not keeping track of their own characters. There are a lot of times where someone will be reminded of a scene they lost track of (hey, it happens to all of us sometimes) and instead of taking care of it they ask for someone to link them to the post. Or instead of looking for posts that they need to reply to and then asking to make sure they haven't missed any, someone will ask what needs to be replied to without even bothering to look. Obviously that's not inappropriate after a lengthy absence, but it happens when the person has been gone a couple of days more often than not.
Now normally this isn't as much of a problem. Because normally I just take care of it. And I don't mind at all when I have the time. But lately I just haven't. And with me not taking care of it people have started noticing that there's a problem, which in some cases has led to a bit of crankiness. Now, there's nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it, but I would really like to find a way to do this that's respectful of other people's time and effort as well. Because the way things work now, the people who take care of these types of requests are the people with the least time. And I feel that it's important that we all find a way to work together on this so that it's not stealing time away from actually working on the game. I'm certainly open to suggestions.
