I leveled Troxell up to 9th. He now has the power to teleport via plants and is immune to poison.

As for the Feat, I wanted to get GM approval before I picked one up that's not in the main core books. I'm looking at Versatile Summon Nature’s Ally. If you don't approve that one, then the next choice is Superior Summoning. Let me know if there are any issues, otherwise I'll just pick up the Versatile SNA Feat.


@Troxell: teleport via plants is through the Walk the Lines ability, right?

Leveled up and took expanded arcana one 3rd lvl spell for the lvl was confusion and the second was exquisite accompaniment that i got with expanded arcana if those are ok and got inspire greatness at 9th lvl bard

I believe Palombier gave us transportation to Marascar. Did this assistance count as the favor owed to us? I just want to make sure I remember the facts correctly before commenting in character about it.


You have not yet cashed in your unicorn favors. The unicorns were not able to normally leave the Feralwood, so they couldn't have taken you to Marascar.


I was camping this weekend. Plan to update this evening. We are approaching the end of the story arc I had planned, and I know some were interested in continuing on with further adventures, so if there was any kind of story or plot people are interested in let's start a dialogue and see what the future holds.

Although it probably doesn't matter, I just wanted to note that I moved the ice symbol back behind the other images on the google slide in order to move Troxell's icon to another location.

Myhm's AC is 13 raging. Yikes, that rider turned Mhym into a porcupine in one round. Shanee only has one round of Fly left, does that mean he's grounded and will be stuck? I think we should do a flying retreat out of range while we still can. Thoughts?

Thanks for the heads up. My dad went through some heart issues. I hope everything goes well.

This is an event long in the making, and we are on the home stretch for this campaign. Not that we are flying along at top speed, but I’ll hold off on the conflict until you have the time to participate.

I’ve talked to Myhm. I’m in the process of updating him on a few things so he can rejoin knowing what is going on.

Just to be clear, this combat is occurring on the same day without rest as the Cold Rider battle? I'm asking primarily to verify which spells I still have access to. I'll post Troxell's actions once I get confirmation.

Can Stroud attempt to Stealth to get a Sneak Attack on Hedera?


Not in this round, though he could move to cover or concealment (perhaps slipping into that water like Rambo) in order to set up stealth to allow a sneak attack in a later round. This is slow and time consuming though, and Myhm is already on the move.

FYI guys, DM Rah is moving this week, says he'll return around the weekend.


Thanks for updating everyone Myhm. The group has made it to a turning point that leads towards the end of this adventure. I’ll try to get a post up soon.


When this campaign comes to an end I’ll be starting back up the original Kingmaker campaign it is tied to - it is at the start of Book 4. I began that campaign a few years ago as a live tabletop game, but have since moved out of state and away from the group of players that were making their way through it. Myhm was originally in that campaign and his player plans to return to it. Another player, the one behind Duke Bronin of Syradel, is very active online and wants to continue the campaign as well. I know Stroud in real life and I think he will join as well.

To Troxell and Teena: you two have stuck with this adventure for quite some time, and I’ll understand if you want to wrap it up, but you are both great players and the invitation is open for both of you to move over to the adventure path if you wish.

I’ll probably move over to the AP when it fires up, DM. Kingmaker is a really good one.

The bad guy fight at the end of Varnhold Vanishing is legendary, if you decide to run us through that one.

Myhm will transition into the new, though later on there may be a character switch under the right circumstances.


The players had just finished Varnhold Vanishing and they barely survived. The big bad has a worthy reputation.

As can be seen with the maps I’ve posted here I’ve made more than a few location changes, though most of the story remains true to the AP.

Lately I've been trying to reduce my involvement in PbP as I've gotten quite busy irl, but that being said, I'll give some consideration to continuing further with the Adventure Path and let you know when we get closer to finishing. If you need an answer sooner, I have no issues with you finding a replacement.

The server downtime kinda stalled us. I got cleared of 3 Gameday tables, along with a mess of IRL issues. Sorry for the delay guys.

I think it is clearer now to Myhm and he would decidedly not go into the Lady's Realm. Myhm is in the First World now where Brue is held in a castle, so no reason to move away from that, unless there is some divination persuasion that says otherwise.

The real problem is even though the grimoire is in Myhm's possession, it is the party's item. Xerexis wants to stay but with different goals for the orb.

But maybe I'm missing something, there were two other questions:

The grimoire is basically a computer but there's was no signal in the Prime, that's why we came to First World. Why can't it connect now?

The Lady (a Sihde) wants to enter the Prime -causing disaster. Any connection to the grimoire? This is critically important. If there is no connection, Myhm sees no reason to not part with the group and search for Brue alone if he has to.

As a player, I would like to stay in the overall canon in some capacity. However, I might stay with Myhm or be looking for a new experience with a different PC in other parts of the campaign.
