Carl the mercenary
Lito heads into The Rock.
As he approaches he tells the gate guards:
Tell your wonderful mistress that her husband is home from a successful raid of the Sahaguin. Oh and that he do be bringing a load of men to make her life more interesting.
The guard listens to the greeting and thinks hard what that could mean. But doesn't come to a meaning he is comfortable to tell the lady of the Rock. "Please come in and feel free to tell her yourself." The guard replies.
Lito de'Anora
Lito laughs and addresses the guard.
Carl right? You must learn to trust me, she would have known what you were talking about.
He flips him a gold piece.
Here, for you good job at guarding the gate. Just be sure to spend it on something important like wine or dice once you see what we have in mind.
Then with a laugh and a joke he sweeps past the gate and up to his wife.
Agasta I'm home!
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle will seek out her other, giving her some items that she picked up while on the main land and then heading out to help with building of the town.
"OwlBear yer with me ta help, Flipps, I want ye making some siege weapons to defend this rock from other ships and sharkmen."
Both of the men go about their tasks.
Besmara __
Besmara is no fan of the life on the dry. She has always dreamt of being at the sea. And now that she has it, visiting ports is just a necessity that can't be avoided.
So she affixes a hammock on the aft deck and watches the - in her opinion - dull construction work from a safe distance. "Jessica, bring me another Pinacolada."
Besmara __
"I'm free and I'm a captain. What's to get there? Even if I get a free parrot with that, what good would it do me?" Besmara asks keeping an eye on the parrot sitting in the rigging. If you drop a s%!#-bomb on me there will be 'coq au vin' on the menu instead of fish.
Estelle Numbduster
"We could be puttin' in ta be a free cap'n, plus we still owe The Captain Harrigan and the crew o' the Wormwood a beatin'" Estelle's eyes light up at the though of beating Harrigan.
GM Foxy
Trytton
Trytton waits on the sea floor looking up at the mess.
After a while a shark with a wicked looking curved jaw swims I and start devouring the mess. It gets a single mouthful before being hit by Tryttons blast of crackling water.
Charged Composite Blast With Empower: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 228d6 + 18 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 3, 5, 3, 2, 5) + 18 = 48
Damage: 72.
The shark breaches the surface of the water... upside down. Killed by the blast.
Trytton surfaces away from the chum and shouts, "That good enough Fishguts?"
Estelle Numbduster
K. Local: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21
"Aye we do wantin' ta be come Free Cap'ns, would give us more time to pirate and less time to worry bout them lesser pirate. Plus we could be takin' out Harrington without the Free Cap'ns comin' after us. "
Estelle will make sure that the craftsman are looked after and see what else they need, after that she will gather her gear up and her craftsman kit and load it all onto the Kraken.
Noonan2
Noonan scratches his head. Why we so hate on about Harrigan? It was Plugg and Scourge that made our lives hell and we killed them. Harrigan was just some hard-ass who might even thank us for killen a betrayer like PLugg.
Estelle Numbduster
"We stole his ship and ran away with it, he will be wantin' it back you see." Estelle moves about the ship taking Owlbear with her to check on things.
GM Foxy
And it was evening and it was morning a new day. The Kraken sails away from the Rock and heads to the capital of the Shackles. Port Peril - this bustling place of piracy.
Port Peril
[ooc]We were all from Port Peril at the start of the adventure. So come up with something where you find someone to tell our application. But it's about pirates. No bureaucratic office please :P[/url]
Noonan2
Noonan writes a letter for Pluck stating as the True Captain of Pluck's Pirate Ship, he requests the Guild of Pirate Parrots to send a letter to the Hurricane King requesting that he let the dutiful servants of Pluck become Free Captains.
Pluck sends out some parrots to deliver it to the Pirate Parrot Guild.

Jessica walks into the Mermaid’s Bucket. Numerous mermaid statues, fish masks, and other paraphernalia with a nautical theme festoon the taproom of this rowdy tavern, barely 10 strides from the main docks of Crescent Harbor. A mermaid mosaic with scales of a red resinous substance covers the wall over the main bar, and is clearly visible from outside. Inside all kinds of people are drinking.
Jessica_cabin_girl
As the noise of Trytton walking down the gangplank sounds behind her, Jessica looks over her shoulder and gives Trytton a seductive smile.
Once in the bar she picks a seat at the bar, orders a drink, and watches the crowd, looking for people that are attracting attention, people around which the crowd congregates and flows.
Besmara __
Besmara gets her hammock again and fixes it on the aft deck. Lying in it she watches the life on the dock. Who allowed that insolent girl to leave? Shall I get my drinks myself or what? I'll show her what it means to leave her duty.
Noonan2
Noon heads up to deck with Pluck on his shoulder. Pluck says he can get us in to meet someone who can help us. We gotta go present ourselves to him.
*SQWAK! Don't keep the Parrot King waiting! Kin Eater's name isn't just for show. *Sqwak!*
Noonan will head out to Kin Eater when the others follow.
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle goes by her old house where she rescued her mom from, knowing that her Pa will likely be out drinking and gambling she looks in the soot stained windows, sighs then heads to the bar with the rest.
"So who knows how to get before the Hurricane king?" Estelle asks loud enough for others to over hear.
GM Foxy
Noonan follows Pluck, only to find that the Parrot King is a really famous parrot, but has nothing to do with the Hurricane King. Pluck doesn't care about the human's problems. The 'real' captain of the Kraken meets the 'real' king of the Shackles. The procedure to be accepted as Free Parrot is being free and being able to show up here at the Free Parrot's Council as well as telling good enough pirate stories to earn a hard boiled egg to bribe the parrot king. Then you might sit with him on top of the chandellier of the tavern - a large wagon's wheel with six oil lamps burning on it. "Feeeed the Kin Eater - SQUAAK. Lowlifes, Landlubbers bow down before the Parrot King! - SQUAAK"
The bartender - a half-elf woman known for her wits and good looks - explains to Noonan, that he's come to the right place.Followed by laughter of the whole bar. She offers him a tankard full of ale and a hard boiled egg for the best laugh they had in days. "But your parrot may actually be the first one to actually join the Kin Eater." she laughs.
