Is this a surprise round (only one action)?
I'm assuming the entire area is dark.
On the map the creatures are 5 squares from Talvek. Are they supposed to be right above him?

I thought about calling it surprise, but since they had a full round action, and Lubella at least heard them, I decided to go into regular rounds. So take full actions at this point. Surprise already happened.
And they are where they show on map - but 10' up in the "dim light" of the night (not totally dark tonight due to a bit of moon and few clouds).

"Talvek! Look out!", Lubella shouted. She sprinted towards the young Tiefling, drawing her blade as she ran, the brilliant steel lighting up the street. As she reached the street corner, she spun into the whirling dance of the desert dervishes of her native land.

Talvek never heard Lubella as his eyelids close and he slumps to the ground snoring heavily. There is a high-pitched giggle from the pair until they see Lubella charge forward with her blazing blade. Definitely not what they expected.

I presume this commotion is loud enough for the rest of us to hear? If not, strike the following. :-)

Aldren hears Lubella's shouted warning and... someone giggling!? What in the Nine Hells is this madness? He stands and throws off the blanket in a single action, then moves south as he draws his morningstar. When he reaches the street, he looks about and sees the tiny winged things, his jaw slightly agape. Definitely not a serial killer. This is... worse?

Lubella's warning shout can be heard by all within 4 city blocks of her, so yes, you are all aware something is happening .

Lubella :
standard fey resistance to normal steel weapons. Cold iron would be preferable .

Julessa jolts awake at the sound of Lubella's distant shout, and with a muttered curse climbs to her feet, her knees gone stiff, and races out into the street. Nothing. She's on the wrong block.

Cursing quietly beneath her breath, she puts on speed, hiking up her skirts and racing over the cobblestones, praying to Milani that she won't be too late as she takes the long way round.

Double Move, going to say she doesn't know to climb the wall into the courtyard and instead runs around it.

Lubella shouts a warning as she rushes to aid Talvek, but she sees the tiefling fall to the ground.

Julessa hears the sound of Lubella's cry and likewise dashes to the location of the sounds.

Since it is the weekend, I will give Arcos until tomorrow before going into delay.
Aldren you will come up in a bit, I will queue your actions...

Arcos delays as he is a bit groggy himself.

The small flying creatures are not used to seeing more than one lone victim. Two more pop into view as they decided to hit their new foes simultaneously.

Two more of the creatures pop into view just before Aldren come down the alley. They try to stab/grab at him with a pair of wicked looking pliers.

Lubella's faith helped her shake off the enchantment. "Tooth fairies: wicked fey!", she shouted to the others. "They're resistant to regular weapons; use cold iron if you can!"

Aldren felt the tugs of slumber as well, but his elven blood saves him.

The sleep DC is 13. I am trying to find if diminuative creatures can flank with zero reach.
They entered Aldren's space to attack, and would hit him just with their invisibility bonus alone,
but flanking may become an issue later.

So, dumb question... Does Aldren take 2 points of damage, or 3 (with 1 point as minimum)?

Aldren isn't entirely sure what's going on, not having any knowledge of these creatures, but he knows they are not friendly. "Get your stinking claws off me!" He takes a step towards Talvek and Lubella while swinging at the closest of the little beasties.

Lubella danced across the street, spinning as she went, and lashed out with her scimitar. "Your sick, murderous game stops now!"

Aldren tries to smash one of the lower flying ones harassing him, but the heavy weapon misses the nimble fey.

Lubella starts her spinning dash across, and with a swift flash of her blade, cleaves the green faerie; its lifeless body dropping to the ground, motionless.

Julessa doesn't even notice the fae's attempt to ensorcel her, and instead races around the corner and almost trips on Talvek.

For a moment she simply gapes down at the sleeping tiefling, and then she gives him a firm shake of the shoulder to rouse him from his slumber.

If Julessa's shout awoke Talvek, Julessa will instead cast Bless on all allies within 50 feet.

Julessa is able to shake the sleeping tiefling awake, but it takes several seconds of effort before he regains his composure (normal noise will not awaken from sleep).

Arcos turn is up, and Talvek is now mostly awake and prone...will be able to act after the fey go...at the top of round 3

Arcos rushes onto the street and announces in his vigilante voice, full of pomp and bravado, "Wicked beasts, your terrorising is at an end! A cordial message from the Blue Warlock, ready yourselves, you're in for a shock!" He points a finger at the best closest to him and fires a small bolt of lightning.

Arcos hears the commotion and bursts onto the scene with a jolt, literally.

The lightning hits the blue tinted fey near Lubella (the invisible ones he did not yet know about, even though they are closer).

Two more of the fey pop into view on the newcomer, and try to grab him with their pliers.

Talvek groans as he is shaken awake, then yelps as the fey swoop in with their wicked pliers. Trying to fend them off with one arm, he unsheathes his rapier and attempts to skewer the flying pests.

Arcos is hit twice by the tiny pliers as the two fey pop into view near him.

Arcos, could you add a status tag-line in your header with HP AC Saves etc?

Unable to fend it off, Lubella is hit by the injured blue one, twice as well. crit: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15 and narrowly misses hitting her in the eye as it goes for one of her teeth.

It chomps its toothy maw on her shoulder and she starts to feel her muscles tighten to the point she cannot move (paralysis for 1d3 ⇒ 3 rounds)

Aldren is able to bat one of the two fey as it approaches, but he does not deter it and both score wounds with their pliers as well.

Finally,Talvek is raked by a set of pliers as he lays prone and Julessa, tries to bring her crossbow to bear (no Aoo with a range weapon unfortunately). She is able to call the blessing of Milani upon the party however. Talvek draws his blade and pierces it crit: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (3) + 6 - 4 = 5 but does not quite drop it.

Is it obvious what kind of reach these creatures have? Trying to figure out if I can take a 5' step back and cast without having to make a concentration check.

Aldren curses as he sees the halfling dervish go stiff with paralysis. Wounds are bad enough. Worse still if they manage to get me like that. He takes a careful step back, drops his shield to free up a hand, then draws his holy symbol and prays to Calistria for her protection.

Standard to cast Protection from Evil (the subject gains a +2 deflection bonus to AC and a +2 resistance bonus on saves).

Armor Class will be the same due to loss of shield, but bonus to saves should stack with the +1 morale bonus from bless.

Assuming they're evil. Hard to tell with Fey sometimes but this doesn't seem like even a neutral fey's idea of mischief.

Lubella's muscles failed her as the poison took hold. She stopped moving and stood motionless; helpless and at the killer's mercy.

Arcos grunts as the fey attack him. He steps back and fires another boot of electricity at the one flying above him.

Aldren steps back and bolsters his defenses with a divine aura of protection.

Arcos goes on offense, and stepping back unleashes another bolt of electric energy, which drops one of the pair of fey nearest him.

When killed, the tooth fairy explodes into a cloud of sparkling white fairy dust that clings to creatures within 5 feet.
This glittery substance has a stench so foul that it sickens any creature coated by it for 1d4 rounds (Fortitude DC 10 negates).

Two of the eight have dropped and a few others injured but they continue the fight.

The remaining one on Arcos plies its pliers

Aldren grimaces under the pain of the feys' attacks but sees one of the demonic sprites going at Lubella's mouth. He takes another tactical step back, circling the halfling's form, then swings his morningstar at the beastie attacking her.

Aarvid, in a perhaps misguided effort to help, I already rolled (in the spoiler box) for AoO and Saves. AoO missed but first two saves were decent, third probably failed. Sorry for confusion.
