Wes waits for the first two to climb up and lower the rope to make things easier. He leaves the Tien man (and Sasha? {wasn't clear if she's coming}) to go ahead, adjusts his backpack and then follows suit.

Sorry for my delay in posting...had a lot to get caught up on...its nice when one of your games has 12 posts for you to read through made over night lol
Sasha tosses the keys to Jask and then follows everyone out of camp. You guys scale the cliff face with ease and lower the rope down so Wes, Sasha, and the older man climb up using the rope. Once on top of the cliff face you look around at the surrounding area. From your greater vantage point Apollyon, Kazok, and the Tien man are able to make out 2 more wrecked ships and another one of those large nests, but this time mama is home.
Wes:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Apollyon:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Maxwell:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Kazok:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Tien man:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Sasha:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

Once the ships are pointed out to him, Maxwell tries to evaluate the situation.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
I'm trying to gauge how long it would take to get to the ships from camp, if they appear to be accessible, whether they're in good enough condition to still hold supplies, and if they look recent.
The news of the dino-bird doesn't excite Rateliff either, but he tries to look at it positively. "That is quite a few meals on wings right there. Maybe if we tied everyone to an anchor point we can lure it into combat without the risk of being carried away? That'd be a large determent to mobility though."

"I think our best option is to head for the nearest shipwreck to look for supplies and survivors. We may find something along the way. As for the sky-lizards, I'm not hungry enough yet to pick a fight with them, so, yeah. wherever we go, keep an eye out for tracks and trails, or whatever."
I bet I could bring down one of those birds if I tied a thin length of rope to an arrow and knotted it around a tree. Or I would become tangled in the rope...

"I lost bow in shipwreck. Not sure attacking large bird is good idea, unless we starve."
Kazok definitely isn't keen on being carried away by a dinosaur bird, investigating the shipwrecks sounds much safer and useful to him.
"I agree with Apollyon."

additionally to what Maxwell is asking, I'm wondering if the wrecks are on the same shoreline as ours or are we seeing some other beach already?

Rateliff nods to the general agreement amongst the four of them. "Good, can we figure out where we are on the map from up here? Let's mark up the map the best we can with our vantage before we return to the beach." Then turning to Wes, "I'm at the mercy of your knowledge of this area, which side of island would be best to signal passing ships from? My intuition tells me this side is often avoided for obvious reasons. "

Rateliff tries to mark up the map the best he can.
Survival(Maps): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
He then climbs down the cliff using aid of the rope so he can start heading towards the other wrecks by way of the beach.
