Improved Uncanny Dodge means he can't be flanked.
At 5th level and higher, a barbarian can no longer be flanked. This defense denies a rogue the ability to sneak attack the barbarian by flanking her, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than the target has barbarian levels.
It sure as hell stops the 'stone wall thing'. No flanking is no flanking. Barbarians at high levels are basically immune to sneak attack unless the rogue has them by +4 levels.
And if you stay on your feet he will stay and kill you, which I am willing to entertain.

That barbarian must have a massive Dex bonus (at least +5) to get that many AoO with combat reflexes. Never really seen one go all in on Dex and Str, usually it is all in on Str and Con.

He had 5 AOOs. That means a dex bonus of +4 (as combat reflexes gives you 1+ dex bonus). As sauce works for the goose as well as the gander, he gets advanced bonus progression as well, so he has an automatic dex bonus, and didn't have to have all that hot a base dex score (used the elite monster stats of 15,14,13,12,10, 8 since he has a PC class). Mooks get the whimpier version of bonus progression, but I give bosses the same as you, and he is higher level.

"If we rest for a bit, I can pray to change out a couple spells which will allow me to cast resurrection. We would need a diamond worth 10,000g to cast the spell which is why I usually don't have it prepared, too expensive and no diamond."
If it was within one round I could have cast Breath of Life but I was hiding as much as healing trying not to get hit myself.
