Farzinel and Akhenethys know that is a Carrion Golem, a fearsome construct! Akhenethys obviously isn't scared because he's throwing glittery dust at them and making them sparkle like horrible vampires in some sort of ridiculous setting made up by a feeble mind.

I moved Nitre, assume that the spaces below the center room above are the "path" inward. Assume the two side rooms are blocked.
The golems and zombie move on the obvious target, Stormy. The one already in melee with her attacks, as does the construct.
Blue Zombie Smash: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Golem Smash: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Both are extremely ineffective. The blinded zombie tries to free himself of the influence of the dust while he stumbles forward.

Not certain if "activating as part of the attack" can happen here I just don't want to provoke from activating the wand right next to the zombie.

Activating a wand does not provoke, but you can also activate further away and move up, as casting a touch spell lets you make a free action touch attack in the same round.

Well, activating the wand is an action, and has the effect of casting the spell. Casting the spell gives you a free action touch attack during the same turn. So the attack is a separate action but can be done in the same turn as the activation of the wand.

Nitre moves to Iago's side, trying to console the fighter over his sudden illness. "I guess we knew that was going to happen, didn't we? I only really fight hand-to-hand, up close. Maybe I should have stayed back so we could have tried to defeat it at range instead. So sorry you got sick! You're such a good fighter too, that was really impressive!"
She'll happily wait around until Iago indicates he's healthier before moving on. Once everyone's stomachs are settled, she approaches the stable door to the side. "We should probably check in here first, right? Make sure we don't have any surprises following us in?"

"Hmm. Downside of that spell is that it takes a little while to cast, so sometimes the battle is done before it takes effect. On the other hand, it lasts for about three minutes, so we should head in and see if we encounter anything else where being large will help."

Opening the double doors, the crew finds the following:
A profound quiet has settled over this timeworn hall. Elegant stone columns line the passage, and hieroglyphics and colorful art depict scenes from a distant age. A small wooden door stands at the east end of the hallway, while a larger door leads south. The sound of steady splashing water is audible through an open passageway to the north, and large stone doors lead outside. One of the pillars has collapsed, and a crushed human corpse lies pinned underneath. The distinctive shape of a wayfinder peers out from under the body’s hand.

While Stormy guards the double doors into the larger building, Nitre quickly throws open the door to the stable, looking inside for trouble. She didn't want the party to be surprised by something sneaking in behind them, after all.
