Feldspar nods curtly and follows after Idrian, pausing only to grab his crossbow and sling it over his back before continuing on with shield and warhammer at the ready.
Tania blocks Feldspar's way, letting some time for Idrian to move ahead without making noise. She smiles at the dwarf as she moves in front of him and whispers: "Stealth before beauty..."
She then follows Idrian, 20 feet behind.
Mikka puts her bow away, drawing the scythe she keeps strapped to her back and moves forward with the others.
Watching his two stealthy companions descend first, Jo'no moves in behind Feldspar following him down the stairs along with the rest of the group.
Algus follows suit, staying behind feldspar in case anything should want to ambush them all.
Having allowed the more stealthy pair to lead tehm down the stairwell, Feldspar cringes slightly at the sound of more glass breaking as Idrian acciedntally stands on some. The goblin had left the stuff strewn everywhere, making it almost impossible to walk without breaking it.
Given the sudden silence that had followed the combat upstairs though, this had seemed to echo through the cool stonework of the rooms below the glassworks themselves.
Again a voice called out from ahead, this time in query.
Goblin
Idrian and Tania found themselves at a junction between two pathways at the bottom of the stairs. To their left, a short corridoor, strewn with rubble, to the right a wider path, seemingly well used. The voice had come from the left.
Tania's eyes narrow and she crouches, mimicking the goblins' stance. Quickly, she moves her fingers in an effort to create a spell that would reproduce faint noises of glass being broken. Not as loud as it was before though.
In goblin, mimicking the voice too:
She motions to Idrian to proceed further towards the voice.
Idrian switches weapons so that he is now wielding his sword and continues toward the voice.
Feldspar continues onward with the others.
The sound of the goblinoid words coming from the beautiful Tania was a little disturbing for most of the group, however she seemed quite skilled at the task. Her gutteral words rolled along the corridoor even as Idrian and Feldspar continued to move ahead, hoping to catch their opponent unawares.
The voice from the down the way shouted back in consternation
Goblinoid
A disastisfied grunt of acknowledgement accompanied his words then a door opened, revealing a large goblin dressed in leathers and wileding a bloodied dog slicer. As it moved out, its eyes widened at the sight of the group moving down the corridoor.
Jo'no advances forward with Feldspar (or with Tania if the map icons are correct).
Initiative:
To short a distance for me to charge, so, if I go before Feldspar, I'll move behind him so he can charge. If I go after him, hopefully, he'll delay so I can get behind him so he can charge. Otherwise, I'll move up to the goblin.
Tania moves quietly, sword in hand, to the nearest door.
"Step back, Idrian!" Feldspar says, raising his hammer and shield.
Feldspar watched as Idrian pressed against the wall and allowed him to charge teh surprised goblin. With a grunt of satisfaction, the dwarven holy warrior's hammer connected with a meaty thwak, crunching into ribs and knocking the creature sidewards. tIt screamed in anger adn pain, remaining on its feet byt seriously hurt.
Tania quietly moved around the other corner, hoping to come around behind the combatants and find whatever entrances she could. She was followed by Mikka and Alus, the alchemist having grabbed one of his vials while he moved. The bard could hear the bubbling from the thing even as she crept forward.
Jo'no moeanwhile moved forwards to see if he could support the two fighters as they egaged the goblin.
Ahead of her, she heard swearing in what sounded like elvish, and another door opened, not from where she could see. The sounds of booted feet rushing along the stone work told her whoever it had been had gone towards the fighting as well.
Feldspar's attaention was momentarily distracted by the appearence of a half elf at the end of teh corridor. The man held a bow at the ready, but had not the time to release before the dwarf could act.
Hearing the chaos, Mikka charges forward scuthe in hand to the end of the hall where the others are engaging.
Tania moves the other way, hoping for an opening allowing her to flank whoever's there. She turns the corner and gestures quickly with her free hand, letting a bit of fat material to spread to them: "Olio!"
Jo'no proclaims, "Great, someone to question." The Shoanti follows up with a casting to daze the half-elf.
Idrian preps his bow to fire at the half elf
As the half-elf comes into view, Feldspar decides his bow is a greater threat than the goblin. He turns to the side, lifting his shield up to block the arrow and sparing less attention on his second strike at the goblin.
Mikka turns and rushes back down the corridor, hoping to support her new companions in whatever fight they are in now. She watches as the shoanti caster utters his words of magic, unleashing an enchantment upon whover was his target.
Jo'no swore under his breath as he watched the half elf shrug off the effects of his spell. He had a nagging feeling about the man, but couldn't quite place what it was that bothered him so much.
Idrian drew back on his bowstring, holding the tension while he waited to see what effect his friends would have on the combat. The hunter smiled when he saw the rear of teh corridor fill with a slimy grease, causing his target to falter briefly, but mirraculously he remained standing.
The moment Tania had finished her casting she gasped in shick. The man she had targeted with her spell was Tsuto Kaijitsu, the older brother of Ameiko and a boy whom she had grown up with in her youth. He was a scandal in the town she rememberd, since neither of his "parents" were elvish. He had left town not long after Tania had apparently, having fallen out with his father. Now here he was, giving orders to goblins.
A touch on her shoulder had her turn as Algus closed in behind her. The alchemist directed her attention into the room that now stood open near the young bard. Lying on the floor in that room was Ameiko hersef. Tied and gagged and beaten senseless, her clothes torn from her body.
Feldspar swung his hammer with great might, but missed badly as he also tried to protect himself from the threat of the archer. The goblin he faced had no such troubles though, striking back at the big Paladin and causing a vicious gash across his midriff
The man Tania had identified as Tsuto turned to face hisnew threat, easily avoiding slipping over and stepping up to attack the bard with his fists, discarding the bow as he moved. There was no recognition in his eyes whatsoever, only a cold determination to kill the people who had interfered with his plans. He snapped a hurried kick at the woman, but the remnant grease from her spell threw his aim off completely.
Tania frowns. Tsuto clearly will not be reasoned with, she has run out of spells and has already suffered multiple wounds. She doesn't stand a chance against someone so skilled.
I must try to kill him swiftly, or else he'll kill me!
Tania brings her sword to bear, holding it with her two hands. She wills arcane power in the blade, then pushes forward with her legs, hoping to surprise him with the tip of her sword.
I'd switched to the sword before coming down stairs. Going back to the bow takes my action.

Feldspar turns his full attention back to the goblin. "Foul beast," he roars, "You shall feel the might of Torag!"
Limited by her allies clogging the hallway, Mikka points once again summoning the wind and rain to inhibit the enemy's attacks.
Tania responded with a vicious slash of her sword, drawing a bleeding line and a scream from the half elf. Having done so, she stepped back into the room where Ameiko was lying on the floor hoping to avoid death at this mans hands.
She watched as a vial from Algus flew threw the air and sailed just beyond Tsuto. The man smiled a mocking smile at the Alchemist, thinking he had a useless aim, but then whinced as the vial exploded behind him and sprayed the area with flame. sTsuto's reflexes were superb however, and he curled into a defensive ball against the wall while the flames washed past and he managed to avoid any burns.
Back along the other corridor, Idrian aimed his bow and fired at the goblin attacking Feldspar, skillfully missing his ally and thudding the arrow into the armor of the goblin instead. He sighed in frustration as he noted the arrow merely scored the armour rather than punching through it. His sigh turned to a satisfaction a moment later when he watched Feldspar heavy hammer crush teh creatures skull to so much paste and bone.
Behind, both Jo'No and Mikka were stymmied in their attempts to help their frieds by the press of bodies and lack of sight to their target. Both of them had spells they could use, but neither had a target to use them on.
Having taken a serious wound from Tania, Tsuto stepped forward and attacked her again, ignoring the Alchemist in front of him for the moment. "You should have stayed in bed this morning Tania Teg. This is no place for little girls" Tania was a little shocked that he had remembered her and yet the hatred in his eyes had not diminished at all. Her shock at the revelation distracted her momentarily and Tsuto's blow snuck past her defenses to strike her solidly on the chin. It was like being struck witha ball pane hammer and she felt the teeth rattle in her mouth, even as her vision swam. This man was dangerous indeed.
Tania sways, her mouth filled with blood.
Feldspar steps past the goblin's body and moves carefully through the grease in the direction the half-elf had been, shield and warhammer carefully gripped in his hands.

Tania went down hard after the man's punch, leaving Algus to face his ire instead. The scarred alchemist stood looking with a kind fo disconnected interest as Tania collapsed, then stared at the man before him. He calmly drew his dagger and smiled behind his mask "Let's see if you bleed shall we?" he asked calmly, snaking the waepon out. Tsuto avoided the blow almost casually, preparing to counterattack when Jo'No appeared behind Algus. The mage frantically chanted his spell, and Tsuto's eyes lost focus as his thoughts were dazed by the shoanti's magics.
Behind all of this, Feldsapr and Idrian moved as fast as they could to try and close the gap. Unfortunately, Tania's continuin grease spell held up their movement too much. Mikka, moving behind the two of them swore quietly under her breat as she was again stymied in any attempt to attack or help.
I'll move after Feldspar does and fire at Tsuto.

Fearing what Tsuto may do to Tania, Jo'no conjures forth a small orb of acid and throws it at Tsuto.

With Tsuto Dazed, the others lept into action. At least tehy tried. Feldspar inched his way through the greasy area, heavily booted feet slipping and sliding as he did so, but he eventualy got into a position where he could attack. His great warhammer thudded into the stone wall beside Tsuto, barely having missed the man who seemed able to dodge attacks, though not much more. Idrian aimed down the shaft of his arrow and let fly. The shot was good, but barely caused any damage to the man as he twisted with the shot at the last moment.
Behind him, Jo'No chanted again and unleashed a bolt of acid that sailed past his target, and nearly struck both Feldspar and Idrian as it hissed its way down the corridoor to splash harmelessly against the rear wall.
With Tsuto flanked, Algus again tried to stab the man, this time hitting with his dagger but barely grazing his opponent.
Mikka moved into the greased area as well, easily stepping along teh magically hindered area, but still unable to target their foe.
The sting of Algus' blow seemed to bring him back to his senses, and Tsuto made a solid attack on the paladin he now faced, again trying to stun his opponent. His fist struck hard, roacking the dwarf on his feet, but his race were'nt known as the stone men for nothing. Shaking his head, Feldspar growled away the blow and prepared to press the attack once more.
Tania, getting her sense back, feels a whole bunch of pain wracking her brain, yet, she sees, from Tsuto's position, that her spell is now more in the way than anything else.
She dispels the conjured grease.
Jo'no conjures forth another ball of acid and tries to aim a little better...
