Vidar Ekstrand
Hmmm, the guards may make a second sweep soon, until then I could scale the outside of the building and attempt to look into the room through a gap in the boards...
Vidar steps out and tries to spot the window into the room on the above floor.
DM Devon
There is a pause in the action as Kithian and Sayniek ease up on the door.
Vidar steps out of the front door slightly to find the window in question when suddenly a small arm chair comes flying through said window on the second floor and loudly smashes and splinters apart on the street. Aldern Foxglove sticks his head out to survey the situation and then starts climbing out the window...
Sayniek and Kithian easily hear the window breaking given the lack of pummeling. Cam probably doesn't since he is technically still trying to batter down his own door...There aren't many bystanders near the house but a handful of people up and down the lane are certainly looking in the house's direction.

Sayniek
Hearing the window break, Sayniek looks at the barbarian.
Suppose it is time to check on your mage.
With that, she limps down the stairs as quickly as her deformed legs will take her.
Double move down the stairs toward the front to see what is going on. I assume that Kithian will easily outpace Sayniek if he also heads down.
Vidar Ekstrand
Vidar steps outside, standing below "Foxglove" and slowly ant impatient taps his foot on the ground, crossing his arms and giving his best Are you serious now? Look up at the descending fraud.
Then he begins to speak in a deceptively reasonable tone of voice, with perhaps a hint of deadly sweetness.
"You know, The guards will come back sooner or later, and we got proof that Aldren Foxglove is dead.
Furthermore, we are here officially empowered to make an investigation on behalf of Sandpoints Sheriff and mayor, with key and documents to back that up.
If you like, you can just come down and we can wait for them together..."
Taping his fingers against the biceps of his left arm, Vidar gives of the easy confidence of a man that is completely sure of himself, and is indeed bored with the whole thing.
DM Devon
Holy crap this site ate a post that I was POSITIVE posted. I was like "why aren't these guys DOING anything". Wow. Very sorry.
Aldern looks down at Vidar and seems to frown which turns even deeper as the steel shod steps of Sayniek resound through the house and Kithian joins Vidar outside on the front stoop.
For his part Cam yells at the door are greeted with a feeble, Oh...Oh...ohkay... As Iesha meekly cracks the door to look on Kithian.
Aldern for his part moves to the outside of the house and begins to shimmy on the out erdge of the building, obviously attempting to make his way to the back. He get about half way there.

Sayniek
Catching up to the larger, and faster barbarian, Sayniek looks up and sees the strange man climbing on the ledge. Deciding that a larger barbarian would be able to pull the man down, she begins to call on Ragathiel to aid her.
Cast Enlarge Person - to be cast on Kithian
Vidar Ekstrand
Hmmm, I suspect he is looking to reach an area where he can drop down and over a wall to escape us.
But he cannot move too rapidly in that state, I could simply walk outside the wall and head him off there.
Ugh...I may have to run for this...
DM Devon
Sayniek utters words of power and Kithian's considerable size is further increased. Laughingly, the barbarian pulls a bow and lands a well placed "warning shot" in front of the shimmying Foxglove who glowers back at the group but seems unfazed in his current course...
Vidar still has actions Cam as well...
Camillo Duin
I assume you meant she peers out at Camillo.
Sense Motive - he thinks she's putting on an act: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
"Are you OK? Aldern was so worried about you, but we told him he would not be safe if he returned."
Bluff - he is trying to put on an act: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
DM Devon
Does Vidar go through or around the house...it matters...for...reasons...
Yes she looks out at Cam, twice now I have decided to insert Kithian in as someone else during this encounter.
B: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Iesha looks about confused, But I was just with him. I do not understand what is going on here! The woman seems genuinely confused but seems moderately reassured by Cam's statement of support.
Wait to get clarity from Vidar then I will proceed...
Sayniek
Hobbling behind her much larger companion, Sayniek calls out to the Aldern lookalike.
Might want to listen to them, he is not very good at missing, and with me around you will probably be alive long enough to plead for mercy. If you, and he, outrun me, I cannot give such guarantees.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29 <-- if you consider this intimidate, then subtract 1
DM Devon
I honestly do not understand why my posts aren't posting. Normally its letting the screen idle or something but this is ridiculous! Anyway, sorry...
The Aldern imposter continues to move along the wall, apparently uninterested in any offer of leniency as Vidar moves around the building and to the back, continuing to track him.
Inside, the young Iesha Foxglove starts to bawl and collapses to the ground hugging her sides and crying, He's been so strange and so apprehensive I thought it was just me! What is going on.
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Group up.
Sayniek
Sayniek growls under her breath as the Aldern lookalike continues to ignore he demands. Saying a brief prayer asking Ragathiel for forgiveness if her actions are deemed unjust, the diminutive woman draws her bow, nocks an arrow and lets fly at the climber.
Attack-bow: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
--> if that hits, he has to make a climb check or fall.
I told you to come down, now I am forced to use excessive force. Ragathiel forgive me.
You need both hands free to climb, but you may cling to a wall with one hand while you cast a spell or take some other action that requires only one hand. While climbing, you can’t move to avoid a blow, so you lose your Dexterity bonus to AC (if any). You also can’t use a shield while climbing. Anytime you take damage while climbing, make a Climb check against the DC of the slope or wall. Failure means you fall from your current height and sustain the appropriate falling damage.
DM Devon
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
"Aldern" grunts at the impact of the arrow but ably manages to cling to the side of the building. He casts a scowl at the group but is otherwise quiet.
Sayniek
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Sayniek looks the rather large Kithian, hoping he will pull the Aldern down.
Try to grab him. I am going to check on Cam. I think that next window is the room where Cam was talking to Lady Aldern.
Sayniek will turn around and head back in and up the stairs to see what Cam is up to.
Don't forget, Kithian is big, he should be able to reach Aldern.
Camillo Duin
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Camillo readied his shield earlier but didn't draw the sword yet. He's kept the shield in hand throughout the discussion. He shifts slightly to hide as he draws the sap.
Sleight of Hand: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11 Not including any bonus from the shield, if any
Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 This is probably necessary soon
With an understanding nod, Camillo offers, "Perhaps it concerned him that you aren't Iesha, either. Two fakes living in a dead man's home to spring a trap, but why?"
If Camillo gets the drop on her or his words take her by surprise, he attacks with the sap, hopefully to knock her out quickly.
Nonlethal Attack with Arcane Strike: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Damage: 1d6 + 3 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 3 + 1 + (3) = 11 Arcane Strike, Sneak Attack
EDIT: Well, those rolls are par for Camillo.
DM Devon
Nothing beyond lighting up his pipe and looking bored.
*snicker* Such a cynic... :p
Cam winces to himself at what he probably feels is an ugly lead up to the blow but lucky for him "Iesha" is either overconfident or under-prepared as she is caught fully surprised by a sap to the back of the head. The woman stumbles forward but doesn't drop her intentions clear as she turns to Cam.
Sayneik hobbles her way back inside and up the stairs but the cursed oracle can only hear what transpires next, unable to make her way to Camillo quickly.
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18
Having successfully navigated the exterior of the building (and having forced two of the intruders outside in the process) "Aldern" breaks through the window into the small bedroom that "Iesha" and Cam now occupy. The arrival of the man is punctuated by a sudden creaking and snapping of bone and flesh as what was Foxglove instead is replaced with a leathery skinned creature with slits and whorls dominating its "face" were it to be even described as such.
"Iesha" snarls and suddenly transforms as well, dropping the knife and charging at Cam with powerfully built arms with clear intention to bind the bard up in its arms and use its strength to crush him. The attempt is awkward however and Cam nimbly escapes the attempt.
Basically Sayniek is on the landing of the second floor. Cam is one square into a now very crowded bedroom. Vidar and Kithian are halfway around the house. Kithian is now large and might have some issues coming back into the house "properly". Group up

Round 2 (I assume)
Hearing the noise from upstairs, Sayniek calls back to Kithian and Vidar.
Get inside. Cam's making all sorts of bad noises.
I assume that Kithian saw Cam enter the area.
The tin can warrior then continues to hobble forward toward the sound of battle, making sure her shield and sword are in hand as she does.
Move/Double move to get to Cam. If she can attack, she will.
Vidar Ekstrand
"Bad" noises? Now that WAS said by a Paladin, which are well known for being guardians of morality, master Duin IS a bard, and he was left alone with a woman...
Not sure he NEEDS any help for THAT!
Snickering a little, Vidar hurries back towards the door.
Camillo Duin
Generic Knowledge roll: 1d20 ⇒ 11
Knowledge (arcana) +4, Knowledge (dungeoneering) +4, Knowledge (history) +4, Knowledge (local) +5, Knowledge (nobility) +4, Knowledge (religion) +4; Please apply as appropriate - he wants to know what these things are...
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13 Exit stage left - to somewhere behind the tank with all due haste; or I would if I could get a decent roll
"Look, I got her to take off her mask. Liked her better dead and screaming at the house, though..."
DM Devon
Cam is positioned in a way to move behind Sayniek without issue.
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Cam retreats while Sayniek takes the doorway. The creatures respond by moving in to attack the oracle who rebuffs their blows (though one comes shockingly close to find an opening).
Meanwhile Kithian's size and speed do indeed present a problem as the building does not easily support his size...You basically would need to crawl through the interior of the house. Do you want to do that?
Meanwhile Vidar circles back around only to see the enlarged barbarian effectively jam up the way (though he could pass through if he wanted to)
Let me know how much you want to jam yourself in the house Kithian aside from that you are free to act on Rd III
Sayniek
Round 3
Sayniek, despite nearly feeling the blow land, stands tall, relatively speaking, and swings her small sword at one of the strange shape changing creatures.
Ragathiel shall guide my blade. Evil body snatchers such as you have no place in this society.
Attack-bastard sword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Unfortunately fighting through the door is not as easy as she thought and her blade catches on the door's trim, creating a hole in the wood, but no damage to the enemies.
Vidar Ekstrand
As Vidar moves towards the front of the house he notices the screaming from within.
Ah, drama...how I love...drama...
Looking around quickly he attempts to spot any nearby guards.
Now that the proverbial cat is out of the theoretical bag as it were, it might be a decent idea to alert the local authorities, rather than wait for them to arrive at an inopportune moment and ruin the...festivities.
Sayniek
That was what I was asking before. She will end the enlarge as soon as she can see him. It is a standard action, but she will just stand and block the door while she dismisses the spell. If she can see him coming up the stairs, she will end it then. If she can dismiss it without seeing him, she will.
Sayniek
No, pretty sure it is the caster. Otherwise the unwilling recipient of Reduce Person and many other debuffing spells could simply dismiss them, effectively rendering them useless.
Camillo Duin
He could climb up the outside of the building and reach in through the window and take the fight outside. ;-)
Dismissing would have to be the caster (in some cases, even the caster doesn't get automatic dismissal) or someone casting some form of dispel magic.
DM Devon
Right what I was saying is that I don't think Sayniek needs LOS to terminate the effect. She can guess it s a problem and turn it off or she can "wait" and see its an issue. I suppose she might wait to see IF Kithian does something like tear an exterior wall of the house down? LOL So Kithian why don't you act for the round assuming its still up and Sayniek can play it be ear based on what happens next...
