Anarak
No penalty to reflex for being slowed. Sorry. Also K5 is out of range as you suspected. I'm afraid it's a miss all around as K1 remains in the land of the living. Also on another point, I'm uncertain that you can use Passing Attack in the same round that you use your Dragon Breath. I know you don't have your books with you, so I'll let it ride, but it would be helpful if you could check (as will I).
It's up to you where you want to move to. Tell me and I'll do the narrative
Anarak's blasts of electrical energy had no effect on his enemies, earthing themselves harmlessly into the ground.
Baldrech's arrow thuds firmly into the kobold's shoulder, causing it to spin and take aim with it's spear.
Urged on by Kia's inspiring words, Whiteclaw launches herself at the nearest kobold (K1) lashing about her with her flail. The weapon wraps itself around the screaming kobold, slicing upwards and across, cutting it's chest open. With a look of mingled horror and astonishment, the kobold falls dead to the ground.

Saving throws v unconsciousness: (1d20=8, 1d20=18, 1d20=4)
Although both slingers remain unconscious, the kobold furthest from the effects of Vel's spell struggles back to wakefulness. He gazes around him horrified, beady eyes darting around the clearing and clutching his javelins. (K4)]/ooc]
The spear-wielding kobold spins on his heel to face Baldrech, the arrow still stuck in his shoulder and launches his spear at the lurking Ranger.
He strikes true, but the spear does little damage, as the shifter ducks aside, avoiding the worst of the impact.
Damage to Baldrech: (1d8=1) [ooc]IC ate the attack roll, which was 16 even at -2. I would not cheat, I promise
Chittering wildly, he flees behind a tree. (K6 shifts one square and moves to N9)
The kobold facing the united horror of Anarak and Whiteclaw, hurls his second javelin at the gnoll. Perhaps terror guides his hand and it strikes Whiteclaw firmly in the thigh. Eyes, wide and triumphant, the little horror darts behind another tree
Kobold 2 javelin at Whiteclaw (standard damage 4 on hit): (1d20 5=24)
(Kobold 2 to G18, Anarak 4HP damage)
It might be a good moment for Gobi to have a quick think about his dwarven ancestry to try and remember something useful about duergar ...
Anyone who wishes to make a dungeoneering check to search their memories is also free to do so.
Kia Rubarka
Something about the Dwarf-like creature nags at the back of Kia's mind...
"Now where have I come across disappearing dwarves before?" (1d20 1=21)
Rev DM
Vel dredges through her memory and and ancient tome found at the end of one long afternoon in the library comes to mind. Buried in a book thick enough to flatten rats was some disquieting information about duergar ...
She and Kia exchange glances as they realise that they may both have read the same book.
Vel/Kia
A long association with infernal powers has given duergar a strong resistance to fire and poison. These qualities have so thoroughly infused their bodies that most duergar have poisonous quills that grow alongside their hair.
Furthermore, long ago, duergar were a great clan of dwarves who delved deep into the Underdark and fell under the influence of the mind flayers. They endured uncounted years as thralls before rebelling and fighting their way to freedom. Duergar often inhabit volcanic areas of the Underdark.
Whiteclaw
Whiteclaw growls as the javelin strikes home and she pursues the kobold, her bloody flail whipping through the air at the dragon like creature.
I'll step up one square to G14 and target K2 with a Passing Attack. If it hits, I shift to H14 and make the secondary attack against the lizard.
Anarak
No need to move/shift me. I'll just stay where I am. That was more of just an option in case Whiteclaw wanted me to move so she could charge, or Kia wanted to direct me somewhere. I'll try to look up using multiple powers in the same round, but I'm not really sure where I'll find that. If you do, please let me know.

Whiteclaw
I'll step up one square to G14 and target K2 with a Passing Attack. If it hits, I shift to H14 and make the secondary attack against the lizard.
K2 is behind the tree at G18. You can still do your passing attack though and that would set you up nicely to flank the lizard.
Whiteclaw's Passing Attack (Enc Power) on K2 and Lizard: (1d20 6=8, 1d10 3=13, 1d20 8=24, 1d10 3=4)
Which is a miss, but does place you at H16 and keeps your move options open for next round.
Distracted by the pain of the javelin wound, Whiteclaw's sure control of her flail slips and the weapon snags in the tree branches. The dog-faced reptilian giggles even as it cowers back.
"Stupid hairy - can't catch me!
Stupid hairy - caught in tree!"
Anarak holds his ground against the oncoming lizard, refusing to be distracted by kobold taunts.
Anarak
The point I was raising is whether you can use two Encounter powers in the same round - i.e. Dragon Breath and Passing Attack. My suspicion is not, but I agree that it's hard to find confirmation. Will keep looking.
Rev DM
Gobi I'm being tough on the 24 hour deadline, please don't be offended
Infuriated at the affront to his dignity and his facial hair, Gobi calls upon the power of Avandra to mark his foe. His heroic principles forbid him from attacking a helpless foe and realising that the terrain will prevent him from using his warhammer, his mark falls upon the kobold lurking behind the tree just in front of him. (K6)
Balancing his throwing hammer, he calls upon his goddess, steps forward and hurls. There is a thoroughly satisfying crunch as the hammer strikes home, and the kobold hops in anguish as the weapon crashes into its leg.
"Nasty dwarf. Proper dwarves throw quills" it manages to squeal through its pain.
Gobi's attack on K6 (marked with Divine Challenge): (1d20 2=16, 1d6 2=8)
Gobi is now at I9. K6 is now marked and will take an assortment of penalties if it fails to attack Gobi next round.
END OF ROUND 2

Vel, worried about the missing duergar but determined to assault the enemies in front of her, repeats her gesture. This time, the flames are off-center and catch only the unconscious kobold.
Scorching Burst vs. Ref on L, K5; Damage (1d20 4=6, 1d20 4=20, 1d6 4=7)
Rev DM
The kobold hit by Vel's fire twists and jumps as the flames take a greater hold.
Her fears about the invisible duergar are entirely justified when a sneering voice is heard within two squares of her.
"Think you can find me yet, little caster girl? Hurry up ... you won't have long."
A handful of quills sail out of nowhere, stabbing her arms. Within seconds she feels violently ill. Whatever the quills contain, it does not bode well for the mage.
Vel
Vel please take 7HP damage. You have on ongoing 2 poison damage and a -2 penalty to attack rolls until you save.
Cackling laughter follows the hit, but the enemy remains hidden.
The duergar remains invisible. He only becomes visible when he uses a standard action, and so far has not done so. Quill throwing is a minor, moving is - well, moving and cackling random insults is free.
Goaded by pain, the lizard lunges at Anarak, grabbing the dragonborn's leg and clamping it's jaws tight. Despite the ferocity of the attack, the lizard is still moving slowly.
Lizard attack on Anarak (on hit, target is grabbed): (1d20 10=25, 1d8 4=10)
Anarak
Anarak, please take 10 damage. You are grabbed. When your turn comes around you may make an Athletics v Fort or Acrobatics v Ref check to break free.
Lizard is now at G14 and has failed another save against being slowed.

Kobold crew - yes, I've moved them to make updating the map a bit easier
Kia Rubarka
Move action:
Kia moves up to square K13, next to the unconscious Kobold (K3).
Minor action:
She relieves the kobold of its sling and a firebomb.
Standard action (assuming that Anarak is still next to the lizard thing):
"Go on Anarak, give it a good one!" as she exercises her Commander's Strike yet again, in encouragement to hit that lizard.
Anarak
Anarak struggles to break free of the Lizard's grasp.
Athletics (vs Fort): 1d20+9 = 14
I'll be online again in 4 hours to post the rest of my action (bit of a rush at the moment). The result of this roll might affect Kia's action though, since I don't think I can attack if I fail to break free.
Rev DM
Kia is now the proud possessor of two firepots and a sling. Strangled noises come from the kobolds ducking behind the trees and they do their best to look very small indeed.
Despite his efforts, Anarak fails to break the lizard's grip.
Anarak
I looked this up earlier today and couldn't find a conclusive ruling either way. Which was annoying. I think it is reasonable that if something grabs you, you're going to flail about and try to hit it, so I've decided to treat it this way. You are Restrained, which means you can attack, but at a -2 penalty. (See p277 Conditions PHB).
With this in mind, please feel free to take advantage of Kia's help. Your attempt to free yourself is an Escape (a move action), so you can take two attacks at -2 (Kia's extra and your own standard) but remain grabbed. Obviously you can use a minor action as well if you want.
Baldrech the Unkind
Seeing the trouble that Anarak is in, Baldrech curses, drops his bow and advances towards the lizard. As he does so, he draws both his swords lashes out with them at the reptile. "Who am I to get between fighting lizards," he mutters beneath his breath.
Move action to F13, followed by use of Twin Strike at-will exploit. Attacks: d20 + 6 = 13 and d20+6 = 11; damage, if successful, is d8+3 = 6 and d8 + 3 = 7 http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1691925/.
Anarak
Rules Spoiler:
Though he fails to break free on the first attempt, Anarak continues to pull against the lizard's might, trying desperately to free his wounded leg. Escaping is only a Move Action, so I can try twice.
Assuming the escape was successful, Anarak steps gingerly to H14 (I'm allowed a free shift as part of a successful escape). Before he can lick his wounds, Kia commands him to strike and, sensing the urgency in her voice, he wastes no time, slashing down on the lizard's back.
Basic Attack: 1d20+7 = 17 vs AC (15 if I didn't escape the lizard)
Damage: 1d12+7 = 10
Rev, I think the note in your profile about Kia's Commander's Strike is wrong. Unless I'm mistaken, the INT bonus only applies to damage (PHB 145). If I'm wrong, please add +3 to my attack roll.
Also fyi, I moved to H14 before Baldrech takes his action, so he might want to move to F14 instead of F13 in order to get flanking.
Rev DM
Anarak
You are correct about Kia. We established this in the discussion thread and I forgot to change the profile. It is now amended.
His advancing companions give Anarak the impetus he needs and with an angry roar, he rips his leg free of the grasping jaws. Between them, he and Baldrech shower the creature with blows, which bounce off the beast's thick scales.
Rising unsteadily to it's feet, a kobold (K4) unleashes a javelin at Kia, taking advantage of the warlord's attempts to help her comrades. It lands well, jabbing Kia viciously in the thigh. Cackling at it's own success, it skitters to its fallen comrade (K3) and grabs the sling and two remaining firepots. The marked kobold K5) chitters angrily, draws its dagger and joins forces with it.
"Kobolds fight together, yes they do."
It's not clear whether this is an instruction or a criticism.
The kobold confronting Whiteclaw (K2) sneers up at her and jabs gamely at her foot, just missing. Looking petrified as the gnoll towers over it, it squeals and dashes to hide behind another tree.
So, current position is Baldrech F14, Lizard G14, Anarak H14.
K5 and K3 remain unconscious. K4 to M13, K6 to M12. K2 misses Whiteclaw and moves to K20.

To start, I'm curious about something. In the text for the attack on Whiteclaw it says the kobold missed, and in the spoiler it seems to say he hit her for 4 damage. If he did hit her, then that drops her to 16 and she's bloodied. The would activate her Blood Fury racial which gives +2 to damage. It won't change my action this round, and I'm assuming the spoiler is correct, just seeking a clarification.
The darting kobold has Whiteclaw angry, but the situation around Anarak has her more concerned. The gnoll darts over to attack the lizard, her flail swinging in powerful arcs.
I shift to I16 and Cleave with the Lizard being the main target and the kobold next to it being the secondary, and then burn an action point to cleave again with the kobold being the main on the second cleave. Hits on either of them will mark them.
Vel
Rules Spoiler:
** spoiler omitted **
Rules:
Hit: The enemy is immobilized until it escapes
or you end the grab. Your enemy can attempt to
escape on its turn.
Looks like you can still attack -- "immobilized" just prevents movement
Baldrech the Unkind
Also fyi, I moved to H14 before Baldrech takes his action, so he might want to move to F14 instead of F13 in order to get flanking.
Yes, F14 sounds good, didn't realize that Anarak would be breaking fee and he would have done so before I posted my action. I don't think this changes the outcome of my missed attacks, though... unless a 15 (first attack) would have been sufficient to hit the lizard?
Anarak
I shift to I16 and Cleave with the Lizard being the main target and the kobold next to it being the secondary, and then burn an action point to cleave again with the kobold being the main on the second cleave. Hits on either of them will mark them.
You can choose to mark even on a miss. You can also choose not to mark if you wanted to leave a pre-existing mark on the target (Anarak was marking the Lizard, for example, and if you are bloodied you might want the additional protection of my mark to be in effect). I know that a new mark on a target negates any previous ones, but does anyone know if one fighter can have two targets marked at one time?
Rev DM
Gobi
Raising his warhammer and invoking Avandra, the dwarven paladin strides to his marked opponent and strikes. His deity must have guided his hands as the blows lands hard.
The kobold screams but manages to duck so most of the damage lands on its arm rather than the chest Gobi was aiming for.

Yeah, you can. Both someone at WotC and Keith Baker, in his blog, have talked about having fighters with mage multi classing marking every monster in a group with a fireball. And yeah, I know you can mark on a miss, I just find that very cheesy. I'd forgotten you'd marked the lizard, though, so if it's ok with Rev, I'll not mark it to leave yours on.
Vel
Vel straightens, draws in a breath, and then swings her arms together in front of her making a tremendous clap, from which a gust of wind moves forth.
Rev DM
A cackling laugh breaks out behind Vel as the duergar re-appears.
"I hope you didn't think you'd seen the last of me little girl" he chortles, swinging his warhammer at the mage's head.
Duergar attack on Vel (with combat advantage): (1d20 8=10, 2d10 2=9)
Perhaps he's over-confident or perhaps he's too busy gloating to concentrate, but despite having every possible advantage, the hammer misses her completely.
Snarling at his own failure, he snaps out like a light and can no longer be seen.
Invisibility recharged.
Roll to see if duergar can go invisble again (4,5,6 means he can): (1d6=5)
Duergar appeared at C10
Thunderwave missed him - he was not within the area.
The lizard, baulked of its prey, bares its teeth once more and snaps at Baldrech as the shifter flanks it. For some reason, the monstrous jaws just fail to connect.
The lizard is not smart. It went for the nearest moving thing it could see and took the penalty (I rolled to decide if it went for Baldrech or Anarak). Anyway, it's missed and failed its save to stop being slowed and is still marked ... I'm really rolling rubbish for the bad guys at the moment. Even the duergar missed with combat advantage. Sigh.
Block 2

Kobold crew
Baldrech the Unkind
Baldrech whirls around furiously, slashing at the lizard with both of his swords, but again, the blades bounce harmlessly off the creatures thick hide.
Attack: d20 + 6 + 2 = 14; d20 + 6 + 2 = 15... Damage, if Anarak's mark brings the lizard's AC within reach: d8 + 3 = 9; d8 + 3 = 4 (http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1693874/). Note: I forgot to add the +2 flanking bonus on invisible castle, so I add it it here... not that it makes a difference, even with Anarak's mark.
Anarak
When the lizard attacks Baldrech, Anarak gets an opportunity attack as an immediate interrupt (because it's marked).
Opportunity Attack: 1d20+10 = 21 (including flanking and combat superiority bonuses)
Damage: 1d12+7 = 12 (including +3 from potent challenge feat)
Maybe that will draw his attention!
Anarak
Anarak performs a series of quick slashing attacks on the lizard.
At-Will Power: Reaping Strike
Reaping Strike: 1d20+9 = 23; Damage: 1d12+4 = 7 (4 if miss)
He maintains his flanking position, but when Baldrech misses, he snarls, "Out of the way, Baldrech. Whiteclaw's turn!" Hopefully, that's enough to convince Baldrech to shift, but Anarak doesn't pause to see if his instruction was followed. Instead, he focuses on maintaining his mark.
As an aside, maybe we should all let Kia make the attack rolls when she uses Commander's Strike. It seems like she's missing out on the action. Anarak's basic attack without bonuses for flanking, etc. is 1d20+7 for 1d12+7 damage (including the +3)
Also, Rev, you can feel free to roll my opportunity attack if the Lizard shifts or attacks someone else. That roll would be 1d20+8 (without flanking) for 1d12+7 damage.
Rev DM
Taking heart from Kia's words, the dwarf swings at the kobold in front of him (K6) but his aim is less sure than usual and the blow falls short. Facing the infuriated dwarf is too much for the unarmed kobold and he flees, heading towards the southern exit of the glade.
K6 to P20
Surrounded by enemies, the lizard is unable to fend off Anarak's frenzied blows. Baldrech's deft, if ineffective sword work confuses the creature and it is now looking a bit the worse for wear.
Lizard is now bloodied.
The pain of Vel's flame attacks finally rouses Kobold 5, although Kobold 3 remains unconscious. The scorched kobold seems barely able to believe what has happened to his party in such a short time. He looks around despairingly, slapping at his burned body.
Note that neither kobold has their sling or their firepots any more. Kia has one set, Kobold 4 the other. Kobold 5 is bloodied.
Kobold 4 goggles at Kia and launches a firepot at the warlord. The pot hits her, sending sticky flames pouring up her body. The sneaky little beast snickers and runs into the trees behind Whiteclaw .
"Pretty sticky flames. Hope they hurt!"
K4 to F17
Kobold 2 takes courage from Kobold 4's hit and throws its final javelin at Whiteclaw, taking the gnoll by surprise and hitting her in the leg.
Kobold 2 javelin throw at Whiteclaw (standard damage 4 on hit): (1d20 5=23)
4HP damage to Whiteclaw, which I believe makes you bloodied with all that that entails.
Realising that it is now defenceless, it also heads to the southern exit of the glade.
K2 to O20

Yes, she's exactly bloodied. Yay +2 damage. Downside is none of my moves are any good against the lizard - cleave's useless with one person and I do not want to move him with Tide of Iron, so, time to be reckless! On a side note, were last rounds cleaves ever resolved, I don't recall seeing a post describing them. If I missed it, sorry
Whiteclaw growls in pain. She decides that the others have the lizard contained and she spins away towards the fleeing kobold!
Ferocious Charge! Move to K19 as the move part of the charge and then swing at poor K2, marking him. Basic attack at +1 to hit (from the charge), and +6 damage (two from the Ferocious Charge power, 2 from Powerful Charge Feat, and 2 from Blood Fury. Here's where a crit would hurt, lol!
Rev DM
My bad. You clouted the lizard and missed the kobold.
Enraged to a point previously unknown to her, Whiteclaw howls to the sky and charges recklessly after the fleeing kobolds. Flail whirling round her head, the weapon slices ruthlessly through the scaly hide and the kobold (K2) drops where it stands, neck very competently broken.
Whiteclaw's attack on K2 (Grumpy gnoll warning): (1d20 7=24, 1d10 7=17)
K6 still lives, K2 is mincemeat. Whiteclaw is at O19 (go for that move of 7) because K2 moved and shifted after chucking the javelin at you. You took it down to -16 which is about as dead as you can get.
Vel
Vel suddenly sprints into the fray. "Stop him before he gets help!" She gestures at the fleeing kobold, but to no apparent effect.
Kia Rubarka
Kobold 4 goggles at Kia and launches a firepot at the warlord. The pot hits her, sending sticky flames pouring up her body. The sneaky little beast snickers and runs into the trees behind Whiteclaw ."Pretty sticky flames. Hope they hurt!"
"How dare you" shout Kia hopping up and down in considerable discomfort. "Don't let it get away Whiteclaw!" she yells while bouncing.
This is not Kia's action since her block isn't up yet, just flavour.
Rev DM
The battle seems to be turning against your foes at last. Although Vel's attempt at derailing the escaping kobold fails, her sudden move provokes an infuriated shout from behind the trees C12 as the duergar pops back into view, this time wielding his crossbow.
Grinding his teeth in rage, he fires a bolt at the wizard, missing her by inches. His bad luck continues as he snaps his fingers and to his horror remains visible. Frustrated, he re-loads his crossbow.
"Don't think you'll get away that easily little softie. Is the poison working yet?"
Duergar is at C12
Meanwhile, the lizard, thoroughly confused by the antics of Anarak and Baldrech, makes another grab at the dragonborn and misses completely.

Put those flames out. (1d20=15)
Her jumping is obviously effective as the flames stop, but she still takes 2 HP damage.
