Colvyn, not sure where you intended to move exactly, but I've moved your token to the Hound's south. That's far enough that you could have triggered an AoO for Kargas' sake. Getting into the hallway behind it would have taken a tough acrobatics check to move through its square.

Colvyn has made quite the target of himself, and the Yeth hound pursues with vigor, this time leaping towards the wall, then bounding off it in a deadly rush. The maneuver catched Colvyn off guard and the monster's jaws bit down hard on his arm and send him down to the ground. (dealing 13 points of damage) Way down the hallway, Nualia draws back the string of her bow, readying herself to fire...

Kargas goes cold inside when the yeth hound rips into Colvyn and hurls the little hunter to the stone floor. He did that for me...

Kellek leans around the corner for just a moment and sends a magic missile at the Hound. The force bolt spins around both pillars before impacting the creature's leg wetly. It wavers and howls in agony, but doesn't fall. Colvyn braces himself.
The Hound swoops in, but this time at Flo! With the desperate frenzy of a creature on its last legs, its jaws open wide and it clamps down on her shoulder. It bites deep and holds on, thrashing from side to side until she falls to the ground (Dealing 19 points of damage and knocking Flo prone.) The thrashing slowly calms, and you all realize this was its last desperate move before losing consciousness. Flo is left with an icy cold Hound half lying on her, bleeding out over her, as she herself lies on the floor.
"You..." Nualia's baleful glare locks on Kargas. "He was my gift, my sign! ...Lamashtu will tear you to pieces! I- I'll tear you to pieces!" She fires an arrow at the bloodrager, but the cover from the corner of the hallway manages to deflect the shot. Nualia hisses in annoyance. Rig, the whip has a 15' reach so you don't need to move quite as far up as you have to get in reach...Plus the fact that the conscious people will probably scream at you not to trigger the trap by walking right on top of it...
Colvyn "Slick" Dashtail
With the dog finally dead, Colvyn stands back up and look over the situation. We are all heavily injured and that trap is blocking our only way to get to her. As he is thinking, he blesses his bow with holy energy.
The statue in the room we are in, are they attached to the floor and how tall are they?
GM Cellion
Some answers to questions while we wait for Kellek: @Rig - No weapons automatically deal damage on a combat maneuver unless you have some special ability to allow you to do so. Demoralize (or rather the shaken condition it gives) doesn't penalize CMD, but it does affect almost any d20 roll you make. @Colvyn - The statues in the northern and southern alcoves in your room are 7-8 ft tall and are made of stone. They lean on the wall of their enclosure due to the overall slant of the room.
GM Cellion
Actually, here's an update while I'm here.
Kargas plunges his ranseur through the yeth hound's neck, killing it with a single finishing blow. Flo feels secondhand the impact of the blow as it runs through the creature lying on her. Down the hallway, Nualia's face pales in outrage.
Flo pulls herself up and mends a few more of Kargas' wounds, while Colvyn empowers his weapon. Rig advances into the hallway and delivers a burning glare that sends Nualia shrinking back despite her own fury. And he follows it up with a precise flick of his whip. The end of the whip wraps around her ankle and sends her sprawling!

Okay, moment of truth here. Guiness needs a Will save on her turn and a stabilization check on his turn...if the DM is kind, perhaps others can take their turns in between if the first save is made...if the save is not made—well, it was nice knowing ya.
Save is not versus fear or spells, so no bonuses. Here goes!

@Flo: Guiness was stable at -12. With the Will save made, he took half damage and is now at -16...With his Con of 17 and his Fort Save of +5, he will need to make a DC 26 Fort Save or die on his turn. I assume a natural 20 would still work, but that is only a 5% chance. Even given that, though, do what you need to do to survive as a team.

At the same time, you hear Kellek call out in agony and fall down the stairs. His body collapses as a charred mess at the bottom landing. (DC18 Sense Motive lets you recognize that his cry of pain was merely acting)
Nualia carefully backs away from Kargas, demonic arm spasming as pain runs through her body. She raises the claw unsteadily, calling out through gritted teeth "Mend you servant, and I'll tear them apart, Mother." Moments later, her injuries begin to knit back together. AW YES!
Flo provides her last blessing, willing Kargas to somehow pull out a miracle. And the bloodrager does not disappoint! The portcullis crashes down behind him as his falchion swings with incredible momentum towards Nualia's neck. Her eyes go wide. She wasn't expecting anyone to brave the trap and rush towards her. She brings her bastard sword up, but too slow to do more than guide the falchion slightly down. Kargas crashes through her guard and cuts deep into her exposed torso!
She staggers back in disbelief, blood pouring from the horrible wound. Her wide eyes look down. She shivers at the sight of the gash and wavers unsteadily for a moment. But she doesn't fall, as though Lamashtu herself is willing her to stay on her feet.
Won't change the result either way, but I think your damage is +20, since you have Rallying Cry rather than Inspire Courage right now from Rig.

Colvyn's arrow arcs through the air over the heads of both Rig and Kargas... and buries itself in the soft flesh at the base of Nualia's neck.
She gives out a choked cry, which rapidly turns into a bloody cough. She reaches up with her claw to try to pull the arrow free. Her claw grasps the shaft. She tugs, claw trembling. But its not enough.
