You move on to the next room. Countless bones jut from the clay walls of this chamber. Grinning skulls peer down over the ends of femurs and ulnas sticking out at odd angles. Most of the bones are from animals—some as large as stags and bears—but some are undeniably human. You see three troglodytes, one of whom appears particularly ferocious. Near the far wall of the room are three goblins, tied up.

The leader is a 'special' trog, so you'll still need to save versus his stench. The purple circles are tied up goblins.

underfoot assault if nec:

Underfoot Assault (Ex): At 1st level, if a foe whose size is larger than the mouser’s is adjacent to her and misses her with a melee attack, the mouser can as an immediate action spend 1 panache point to move 5 feet into an area of the attacker’s space. This movement does not count against the mouser’s movement the next round, and it doesn’t provoke attacks of opportunity. While the mouser is within a foe’s space, she is considered to occupy her square within that foe’s space.

While the mouser is within her foe’s space, the foe takes a –4 penalty on all attack rolls and combat maneuver checks not made against the mouser, and all of the mouser’s allies that are adjacent to both the foe and the mouser are considered to be flanking the foe. The mouser is considered to be flanking the foe whose space she is within if she is adjacent to an ally who is also adjacent to the foe. The mouser can move within her foe’s space and leave the foe’s space unhindered and without provoking attacks of opportunity, but if the foe attempts to move to a position where the mouser is no longer in its space, the movement provokes an attack of opportunity from the mouser.

Cool, how much more healing do you need, Jarvak?

@ Alaka: Did you want to heal the others for the rest of the damage once Kwiazy makes sure the frogs are really dead?

After Trinket heals Jarvak she stands triumphantly, places her hands on her hips and exclaims loudly: "Ahahahaha! Once again the great Heroes triumph over villainy!" Then she reaches up to tip her hat at you only to realize--SHE HAS NO HAT!

"Ahh!" she gasps. "Villainy is afoot!"

Trinket dives into the pile of loot alongside Alaka. By the time she pops back out of the pile she has her gear all cleaned and made shiny by prestidigitation on. Trinket hurries back into the middle of the room, stands with her hands on her hips in a triumphant hero-pose and casts light on her armour so it shines dramatically. Her fine studded leather armour shines like a beacon of hope and heroism!

Trinket Sparkleplume is a nimble little goblin with bright green skin and big floppy ears. Her eyes are bigger than normal, and bright yellow. She wears extremely flamboyant clothes in a variety of colours and styles, a bright purple wig on her head (styled in a short bob with the ends curled outwards) and a very fine hat with a peacock feather plume that sparkles brightly despite the lack of light.

Trinket reaches up, doffs her magnificent sparkling hat and bows to the new heroes. "Greetings, fellow Heroes! I am Trinket Sparkleplume, Hero Extroardinaire and champion of many adventures!" Trinket returns to standing and places her fine hat back on her head. She gestures grandly at her companions. "These are my fellow Hero-friends! I.R. Splodeygobbo Esquire and Amazing Hero with the really big brain--so big, you won't understand his thinkings! And Alaka Zam, Princess of Hero-flames and honoured servant of the Great Queen of Fire!"

Trinket turns to the group and explains dramatically: "We met long ago! As far off as last week or two and have had many adventures! We heard of the terrible villainy in Phaendar and came to help save all the peoples and defeat the Epic Villains known as the Ironfang Legion!" She pauses dramatically. "But, lo! Villains were found even before we arrived in Phaendar! The dreaded Stinky-Trog Lord, Villain of great renown! And so the Great Heroes descended into the belly of the beast! A big cave! The fought bravely, but were captured, by cheating and tricks and really stinky smells! Oh, the horror!" she wails. "But it was a trick! The Great Heroes laid in wait for an ambush! Tricks can be done by heroes too, stupid Stink-Lord! Ahahahahahaaaaa! And we teamed up with YOU."

I'm well. I kept expecting not to be, but zero HP down, so all's good. Jarvak took 17 damage I think.

Jynnjun wears soft grey clothing with many pockets and carries a finely made spear. Her gold scales shine where they're uncovered.

Looking up to Trinket - she's shorter even than a goblin - Jynnjun answers "I'm Jynnjun, retriever of the stolen and dragon-blooded magician extraordinaire. We came to these caves seeking shelter for the people we're leading. Sort of. The trogs were here first, but they were so inhospitable that we had to jump in before they ambushed more travellers. Like you were I guess?" She shrugs. "If you can be sneaky they don't seem to have good answers to that, aside from some of them being tough as dwarven boot leather."

As Trinket explodes with introductions, I.R. puts his head in one hand and thinks:

Gods, here we go again. That expository blowhard has already compromised our identities. Now I have nothing to talk about. Why did I settle on a name like "Splodeygobbo" to begin with? I indeed to still enjoy the trappings of combustion and it's associated sciences, yet it now carries such an undignified air... This is what I get for trying to be ironic.

Oh well. These Kobolds seem to relate to each other in common, so back to that clumsy tongue it is...

"Yah, greets to you! We haz big bonbad stuffs dat Trogs took. You seen?"

Ugh, Commmon makes me sound like a complete nitwit. I really need to get a better handle on the language.

Kwiazy is unhurt.

omg, trinket.. that was an awesome intro

Kwiazy laughs and steps forward to Trinket.. "Me Kwiazy, boldest slicer and dicer gobbo of all... You talk pretty. You help us kill stinkies and make cave safe? Then we kill bad hobbogobbos!"

Nice to meet you, Jynnjun. What people are you leading?

Hi Kwiazy.

When she sees that Jarvak is still hurt, she channels:

Channel: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 6) = 10

With Trinket's healing that should bring Jarvak back to full I hope. ... And 10 to anyone else that needed it.

Trinket nods happily up at her new Hero-friends as they introduce themselves. Her smile's joyous and her eyes are wide with innocent excitement!

Suddenly she hops up from the ground (after Jarvak and Xakroo introduce themselves too) and extends her hands in a welcoming gesture. "Well met, fellow Heroes! Jynnjun, retriever of the stolen and dragon-blooded magician extraordinaire! Kwiazy, boldest slicer and dicer gobbo of all! We have a great many, many, number of tales to share of our Epic Hero Deeds! But, lo! Time is short! Villains still reside deeper in the caves! The time has come, for HEROING!"

Despite Trinket's pronouncement, she doesn't just run off. Trinket answers the questions posed to her, and makes sure everyone else is healthy, equipped and prepared to go on.

"Wonderful, Jynnjun! I'm an expert at Hero-Ambushes! Though a dynamic Hero's Entrance is much more fun! I like your scales! Are they always so shiny, or do you magic them that way?" Trinket waits eagerly for an answer, wide eyed and curious.

"Uh-huh! I do, Kwiazy, boldest slicer and dicer! I grew up in Tamran, raised on tales of Epic Heroes and Bold Adventurers! Am very, very expert on human talk and tales! But I.R. says my goblin talk is not good. Says it sounds like whelp! Haha! That's cause I'm not a goblin. I'm a HERO. And heroes save people and kill bad guys and stuff! Of course we will help you kill the villainous and dreaded Stinkies, and make the cave safe for Jynnjun's peoples and stuff! The bad hobbogobbos will fall to our epic hero-ness! Ahahahahaha!" Trinket poses dramatically!

Trinket hasn't spoken goblin since she was a whelp and is atrocious at it. She uses common grammar in goblin, speaks with all the wrong inflections, and can't make a gargle to save her life, which makes her sound very, very stupid, indeed.

At the sight of I.R. putting his hand to his head Trinket strolls over to him and throws her arm around her dear friend's shoulder. "Ahhh, yes! His brains are working very, very hard! Hero hard! What clever and brilliant thoughts are you thinking, wise I.R.?"

After Alaka heals everyone with a channel energy, Trinket nods happily. "Amazing, Alaka Zam, Princess of Hero-flames! Praise to your hero-mother, Queen of Fire!"

Trinket looks at the group and asks "Does anyone else have the hurts or dangerous wounds left? I am very good at removing splinters, bandaging boo-boos and saving lives!" Alaka already mentioned she's healing everyone, but Trinket asks anyway. Seeing the wounds have been taken care of by Alaka Trinket nods at Alaka Zam and proclaims. "You beat me again, Great Hero Healer! Well done, my friend!"
