Hey Cuthalian, if you cast shield of faith when you saw them and when you rolled init. Wouldn't that be the first half of the first round, so you could only make one move action instead of a double move action?

Alana is smarter than she thinks, after casting her spell she realizes that while she did not trap the gug in the pit, it is perfectly placed to effectively trap it on the other side, out of reach of her and her nearby companions.

"That was just as effective as I intended, gentlemen, pelt it with missile fire, I am going to try the same thing with the other one and give cover to our allies. Just do not get within 5 feet of the pit or it may suck you in."
