Sorry, I'll try to be clearer next time.
Kyras stabs at the under in the sarcophagus. The blade of his ranceur digging deep into the dried flesh of the undead creature. A living foe would be down for the count from such wound, but the undead just slide off the blade as if nothing happened. Not caring about the consequence, the wight then stands, giving Kyras a second chance to put it out for good. If it isn't dead from the AoO, the wight walks over to where Hoga is after having climbed out of the sarcophagus.
The other wight, after having suffered from Maffei's magical attack, walks over to the Shae. It tries to land a blow against the outsider, but Maffei proves to be too nimble for the undead creature. While fighting the two creatures, you notice that the whispers are getting louder. There is also noise coming from the last alcove, stone grinding on stone... again.

Kyras takes another swing at the undead creature. With a nice and clear slash, he cut the head of the thing. In the main room the group manages to decimate the other one. With the death of those two, the whispers in the room increase again, and it almost feels like the sound is making the room shake. A bit of dust fall from the ceiling, making small ripples in the water.

Half of the group retreat to the first room, while Kyras stands his ground. Kakrish and Hernvet climb on the sarcophagi in the center of the room. From there, they are able to see another wight coming out of the northern alcove. It would seem this fight isn't over yet.
I went through the forums, and I didn't see anything about side effects of casting lightning related spell while standing in water. So the wand will work like normal.

Hernvet Starknife hits the undead creature directly in the chest. The blade cuts the exposed dry skin, but no blood leaks from it. With a vast choice of target, the creature just shifts its position, trying to land a blow on the bloodrager. The attack, however, was too slow and Hoga dodges out of the way.

Kakrish's greatsword dive deep in the undead creature and virtually cut the thing in two. The two halfs almost seem to want to recombine for a second, but then the negative energy that was animating the creature leaves and all movement stops. At the same time, all the whispers quiet down to nothing. The light seems to dim a bit and the water gets colder as a dark shape rises out through the cover of the center sarcophagi.

Hernvet looks over his shoulder, then his large fox tail poofs up and his fur stands up, he then jumps off the platform that the new enemy is on and into the water then draws his wand of cure light wounds and uses it on the creature.

So what I read was its a automatic hit but you can make a will save for half damage, let me know if that is not the case(DC 12).

Almost sure you have to make a touch attack Hernvet. Unsure about positive energy damage and incorporeal undead. I think it hurts them but I bet they get the save for half. Might even be half or quarter.

It is an automatic when you are healing an ally, but an attack when using it to harm an undead. So, yes, you need an attack roll.
You are indeed facing an incorporeal foe. The enemy before you is a Wraith. By touching its foe, the undead creature can drain stamina out of its target. (Constitution damage) Non-Magical damage doesn't affect it and magical only do half damage. Their main weakness is sunlight... which is kinda far from where you are.
Hernvet vs Creature: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Hernvet tries to heal the creature, but he can't seem to get a good hit to discharge the spell. From further back, Maffei also misses while Kyzen gets a direct hit. Part of the mist that forms the creature vanishes as the attack goes through.
With an enemy right in front of it, the creature attacks the Kitsune. Just like the cleric missed the creature, the creature misses the cleric.

It now seems unwise to not have waited for my weapon enchantment but also a good thing that I have this one oil. If your weapon is not enchanted back away from the creature and aid others.

Maffei sends another beam of fire, but the wraith seems to ignore most of its effect. Kyzen manage to injure it again. Hoga's lightning bolt is mostly avoided, and both Kyras and Kakrish enchant their weapons for the fight to come.
