You did target Orange, and a 19 on the die + his Will save modifier suggests that he has no interest in going to have a nap, despite the kindness of your invitation - he's not actually raging though, my error in the descriptor :) On a side note, this is why I don't think the Slumber Hex is actually all that overpowered, despite the claims people make.
