Don't think you can charge something you can't see If you don't have line of sight to the opponent at the start of your turn, you can't charge that opponent., but moving and attacking should work
The Artist moves forward and strikes at where she think Aram Zey is located, her blade impacts with something..it feels as if she hits a wall..but the wall is almost a foot behind where her blade stopped moving. An energy backlash travels up through her wielded weapon and up her arm until she feels an explosion inside her head (will save DC 18 or stunned for a round - stunning barrier triggers)
Lightning appears out of nowhere (unless you are the Leader, then you can see Aram Zey casting a spell) hitting the Leader first and then jumping from him to everyone else other then the dragon (who is out of reach)

Dispel magic. Caster level check against Arum. While I'm guessing that all his spells are at the same caster level, if he used a wand or potion, some may be lower. Up to you the order of the spells that are attempted, dispel keeps working down until it gets one. I normally do highest level spells first, as that fits with the highest caster level idea, but really up to you.

Just so the DM doesn't have to look up how the entangle works: He now has a –2 penalty on attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity and can only move half speed. I'm assuming he's magically flying so being stuck to the floor or having to make a save to keep flapping his wings doesn't apply. If he attempts to cast a spell he needs to make a concentration check of DC of 15 + the spell’s level. The entangle effect lasts 2d4 rounds.

@The Professional; not saying you shouldn't revive the Leader..but administering a potion to someone else is a full-round action. So you need a move to draw it and then move over to the Leader (5ft step in this case)and then spend a full round action feeding it to him..which won't take effect till the start of your next round..so it's taking about 2-3 rounds..just pointing out the action economy here
