And just when we thought the entire Order was going to be back together for once in, oh, 200 strips or so...

One of V's primary strengths has always been his logic. The soul splice is taking that away from him. He's feeling rushed and its pushing him to act without thinking it through, like he usually does.

I can't wait to see this match-up though.

Perhaps. I had suspected that letting V be present at Roy's resurrection and slipping an evil archmage into his body instead of its rightful soul was going to be their plan.

My guess: we are going to find the answer to what happened to the last soul splice very soon.
