Corisan got skipped - all that she did was on the ghosts turn
Corisan take a 5 foot step away from elemental shown on map. The she will attack the ghost with her guisarme
pa guisarme to the ghost: 1d20 + 11 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 11 + 1 - 2 = 19(bless wasn't up yet) for damage: 2d4 + 15 ⇒ (1, 3) + 15 = 19 magic which gets halved vs incorporeal - 9 damage
haste pa guisarme to the ghost: 1d20 + 11 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 1 - 2 = 11(bless wasn't up yet) for damage: 2d4 + 15 ⇒ (1, 2) + 15 = 18 magic which gets halved vs incorporeal - and a nat one miss
for the elemental later hit save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

No longer trying to trip the large outsiders Droogami continues to attack the elemental before it with tooth and claw. First Attack is aided so I am adding +2
Bite: 1d20 + 14 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 14 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 191d6 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
Claw: 1d20 + 15 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 15 + 1 + 1 = 321d3 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Claw: 1d20 + 15 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 15 + 1 + 1 = 331d3 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Hasted Bite: 1d20 + 14 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 14 + 1 + 1 = 191d6 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
Meanwhile Lini picks up the wand and flies as indicated, avoiding the reach of the elementals.

Droog manages to get a couple of solid claws into the elemental. As the last moment it also manages to bite a hunk of flame, though Droog seems less than enthralled about the taste. The elemental doesn't seem especially concerned though.
Corisan manages to get another blow into the ghost. Who then carefully rises above her.

I need to get someone in the air.
Standard Action
Theodore will cast Fly. Shouldn't be in anyone's threat range right now.
Move Action
Theodore will move past yellow. Movement indicated on map.
Free Action
He will touch Corisan with his Fly spell, granting Corisan the ability to fly for 5 minutes. Using the free touch gotten from casting the spell. Cast-move-touch.
Theodore is provoking an attack from Yellow. Here is the reflex save for being on fire, if needed. Reflex Save (On Fire)?: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

@Siddhartha true - but perfect only gives a bonus to the fly check (+8) - you still have to make all the checks (the turn checks, less than half speed, vertical climb, etc) - I've found enough NPCs in GMing games who can fly still have a poor fly skill. Since i have more than one flying PCs, I know the fly rules very well. For example - although Theodore has given Coissan fly, her maneuvering will be poor and I will likely be unable to hover.
has anyone knowledge religioned the ghost yet?

To make life simpler on the flying and as I didn't roll a check as such, the ghost has move through the elementals square (its ally) as part of a 45o bank. This doesn't take it through any more threatened squares but does give a little more space to the ground.
Sioni continues to thrash the ghost with magical missiles.
Amina burns a little burn: 1d8 - 5 ⇒ (7) - 5 = 2 (and will continue to burn for another 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3 rounds. Luckily her heritage protects her from most of the damage. She heals herself slightly and then lays into the red elemental. She scores two hefty hits on it, but it is like pouring a teapot on a bonfire.
Narad provides tactical aid for his heavier hitting allies.
Theodore moves too close to the yellow flames which last out at him landing a hefty blow on the little gnome.
AOO: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32
crit?: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (16) + 12 = 28

He catches on fire! (but the flames will never be hot enough to get through his divine protection - so he looks darn cool but isn't getting hurt by it).

Sorry Theodore - but I have to double move to get to him, he can just 5 feet away to cast spells - and adjacent to him is inside the reach of my polearm - which means I can't hit him either. and with only a +4 fly skill, it is a good chance I half to fly at least half speed or fall 45 feet - chances are I can't make the check for a more than 45 degree turn, let along the DC 20 for a 180 degree turn.
Corisan takes advantage of Narad's flank (but she doesn't know elementals can't be flanked - so I have not added that bonus)
and strikes the yellow elemental.
pa guisarme: 1d20 + 11 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 11 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 15 damage: 2d4 + 15 ⇒ (1, 4) + 15 = 20

Corisan's first strike is a poor one, but with lightning like speed she swings her massive weapon around and catches the elemental with the backswing. That had to hurt. The flames flicker on for a moment and then go out.
The red elemental continues its ineffective assault upon Amina.

Lili, behind the warrior, casts Cure Mod on the fighter from her want before moving up into the air. She moves up and away from the group and ends her turn 30' up.

Droogami moves to engage the other elemental, tumbling in to avoid the attack of opportunity.

I'm going to assume you healed Corisan, but please make it clear who you can spells on. Given the 45' climb, Lini would be no more than 2-' in the air at the moment.
Droog jumps from one elemental to the second, hitting it hard, but nothing like what he would have done to a normal creature.
The ghost continues to climb a little, healing itself as it goes

Corisan flys up flys up double move - since going up is half speed that gets him 70 feet up and seven squares left of red elemental.
what is your ruling if he fails a fly check to make a turn - does he just can't turn or does he fall?
Lini and Droogami
|
About Lini's move. Her current form gives her a move of 60, and if she is still hasted so I believe she has a move of 90. Her goal was to get high enough to be abel to reach the ghost in a single move action her next round so she would prefer to gain altitude over moving any specific distance.

Seoni continues to snipe at the ghost with her magical missiles. Theodore heals virtually all the parties injuries. Narad continues to provide tactical support to Amina who manages to finish off the second elemental. It dies down to mere embers that lie dormant on the floor.

Failed fly checks. I'm going to go with the "fail by more than four and your fall" along the lines of the climb skill. So if you try a maneuver that requires a fly check and just miss it, you basically can't do that. If you fail by five or more you fall.
All flyers, remember you are also hasted. While it is questionable whether an already existing haste would boost a more recently cast fly or wild-shape, lets assume it does - it is magic after all. That will give your fly speed a bit of a boost - even when ascending.

After a quick command to Droogami Lini casts Cure Mod and holds the charge while flying up higher again. Two rounds of max vertical movement, one of them hasted. I think I should be at 60+ feet.

Not sure I would know but is the ghost healing? A few turns back it seemed to be down 50. After more damage over at least two rounds its down less than this. If its healing is there any way we could tell?

Oddly enough Narad has no real difficulty throwing his flask of holy water straight upwards. What an arm. It connects with the ghost at the same time as Seoni's missiles and Lini's touch of positive energy.
To say the ghost "explodes" would be inaccurate, but it does change.
Proud and hot tears roll down his cheeks as the ghost explains,
“In returning to my original self, I forgot who I had later become, and why I was right to do so.”
Galdron casts aside his short spear, his armor passes through him to and on the ground with a thud. The ghost clutches at his chest and seems to pull the flames from his body into his heart as he closes his fist around it. Squeezing, he forms it into a glimmering red gem which he also tosses to the ground.
“It is not weapons or armor which prevent peace, but succumbing to wrath. I see this now. I will not protect the Green Market, as others must find their own unity, unmotivated by fear.”
The Shoanti, now no longer smoldering and smoking, levitates above his sacred altar, salutes to the PCs as though raising a spear, and then melds with the stone table.
Within seconds the ghostly glade fades away as the Green Market takes shape around you again.
