Day off because of dentist... I thought it' be fun, but... My teeth f##~ing hurt! Why isn't anesthesia's effect permanent???? Argh! I even had to take a second dose!!! WHY IS IT NOT WORKING!!!
GODDAMN TEETH!!! I KNEW I SHOULD'VE NEVER GROWN YOU!!! AAAAARGH!!!!

So based on this... I think I have a final draft for Cyrus...gods willing of course. Wont have negative channeling but it's certainly got funner things to do in combat and out.
1 Good Saves free (Will)
D6 (free)
4+Int [1 pt]
All Simple Weapons (free)
Light Armor (1 pt)
Spirit(5 pts)
Bardic Performance(5 pts)
Channel Energy (3 pts)
Bardic Knowledge (3 pts)
Spellcasting:
Divine Prepared Cleric list Charisma based (5 pts with 4pt per level upkeep)
23/25
2nd Level
Casting Upkeep (4pts)
27/30
3rd Level
Casting Upkeep (4pts)
Bonus Feat: Improved Channel (2pts)
33/35
4th Level
Casting Upkeep (4pts)
38/40
5th Level
Casting Upkeep (4pts)
Lore Master(3pts)
45/45
What do you all think? I think it captures the image of a traveling charismatic priest who inspires other to their cause whilst still being capable of performing grand miracles.
Bardic Knowledge and Lore Master are mostly a background fluff ability I wanted him to have.
Since Cyrus has reincarnated many many times, but has no recollections of his previous lives, he occasionally has flashes of insight in things his other lives might have experienced. Which he plays off as having heard from somewhere but can never remember where exactly...

And what would be your feats?
Also... Wouldn't that give you just as many, if not fewer options in combat than you have right now? That build doesn't give you anything other than cast/channel energy in combat.
EDIT: I just noticed you have something called "Spirit" in your build... What exactly is that? What class does it come from? Shaman?

Shaman. Domains but slightly cooler. My other thought was to use the Ecclesitheurge's moving domains but I like the spontaneous slot that Spirit gives rather than the Prepped slot domains do.
To be fair, currently my only battle options is...channel.

So, I've been pondering over my level up. I know I want something to do that isn't "whack it", and Disarm has been of dubious value since I took those Feats. Hold the Blade has been far less useful than I envisioned as well.
Also I just realized I've been gypping myself out of a Feat this whole time. I have Die Hard as my 1st level Feat, along with that Tough as Nails thing as my 2nd.
I know I want those sweet Blinded Blade Feats, but I also want something interesting to do that's not just an attack, and options are beyond scarce in base Pathfinder.
Path of War Maneuvers would be nice (particularly Riven Hourglass, Golden Lion, and maybe Cursed Razor or similar), but I'm still not sure how to implement them into this system. The classes themselves actually have too many abilities to be built normally, I believe.
Considering running a game at some point that gives Maneuvers to any non-spellcaster.
GM Lemmy
I don't know the PoW maneuvers all that well and honestly, I'd rather not add yet another set of rules in the game (which is why I decided not to add the custom weapon generation system, despite loving it. At most I'll use it if I want an enemy to have a scythe but don't want the risk to one-shot someone with a x4 crit or something like that). It's enough work to keep up with custom class building... Although I'm fine with psionics if you want to use it, since it's basically spellcasting anyway.
However, I'm always open to suggestions, even homebrew... As you can probably guess based on the fact that I have an alias solely devoted to homebrew. You could try some Combat Prowesses or Paragon Powers too.
And if you have any suggestions, I'm willing to hear them.
Sundakan
I didn't like most of the Combat Prowesses. Not that they were bad, just that below 8th level there were very few options boosters.
Ditto Paragon Powers, but I do want to make a Hulk-type character or something based on some of those.
Something that fits the "focused warrior" theme somehow. Granting other allies similar bonuses to my own, or some sort of tactical boost (extra move actions, AoOs, etc.). Those are hard to do without LOAD AND LOADS of Teamwork Feats though, barring the aforementioned Golden Lion and Riven Hourglass Maneuvers.
There's a bunch of cool more PASSIVE options in the Weapon Master's Handbook (Cut/Smash From the Air are EXCELLENT), but I want something active.
GM Lemmy
There is a Combat Prowess that lets you share teamwork feats as a move action. And a Paragon Power that acts very much like the Brawler's ability to temporarily learn new feats (I don't remember exactly what are the differences between it and the original ability, TBH). Not to mention the good, ol' revised Rogue Talents.
You could get some ki powers and/or ki-based feats as well, between monks, ninjas and UnMonks, there is plenty of cool stuff there. There are also a few feats made to expand/improve ki-based abilities in my collection of homebrew feats & gear.
And again... I'm always willing to work a solution based on 3pp or even homebrew. I love homebrew. If you have an idea for some sort of ability or feat you'd like, we can work together on its effects, requirements and limitations.

Updated Cyrus, still deciding spells prepared.

Anyone mind sharing ideas for new Paragon powers? I have to fill at least something close to a whole page before I add it to my googledoc :P
I'm also thinking about ways of allowing daily uses of Paragon Powers to be partially recovered... Like 1 use for 1 hour of rest/meditation or something like that.

Writing Jarken is fun!
My apologies to all southerners, though... Except Scavion. XD
In exchange, I promise not to be offended if you ever decide to give a character an over-the-top Brazilian accent.
Although, to be fair... I've never seen a Brazilian character whose accent actually sounded Brazilian... They usually sound Spanish.

Play competitive games... With Brazillians???
HEIWUHEWAUIEHWAEIUWAHEIUAWEHWIAUEHWAUIEWAHEUIWAHE!!!!!
Aaah...
No, no... I don't... Brazil has a lot of good things going for it, but game etiquette isn't one of them. I don't play with BR players unless...
1- I personally know them.
2- The game has no chat function or allows me to disable it.
3- Matches are really short, such as in fighting games.
Of course, I usually just mute everyone anyway, no matter where they are from. That 1% useful stuff is not worth the 99% crap. Everyone is awful everywhere...
I never liked the "huehuehue BRBRBR" nonsense... All it does is annoy other players and make Brazilians look like childish trolls. Brazil already has its awful politicians to embarrass us. No need for us to do it ourselves online as well.
/suddenrant :P

Unrelated... But I really like how in SF, Brazilian characters aren't just "generic black dude who does capoeira".
We have an electric beast-man... And an electric hot-chick.
And Sean... Who was originally meant to be American, but for some reason got changed to be Brazilian. I have no idea why, though...
Lemmy
Isn't there also a generic black dude that does capoeira though?
There is black girl who fights capoeira (Elena)... She's South African, though. And she has enough personality to not be just "generic black girl who fights capoeira".
Well... Blanka does have a couple capoeira-inspired normals, but that's about it. He was originally meant to fight capoeira, IIRC, but the developers decided that his fighting style was too different (they were right).
But let's be fair... No matter how stereotypical any character is... None of them will ever be as bland and generic as Ryu. -.-'

Hey, guys... Sorry for the silence around here... I basically had no time home in the last 3 days, so I couldn't really focus on the campaign. Literally everything I posted during this time was from my phone.
Everything should be back to normal tomorrow... So expect a new campaign post in 20h or so. :)

Yeah was starting to get worried. Though it came quite convenient as I have been pretty busy with trying to land a new job lately. Got the second interview slated for next wednesday with the manager! =D

Hello, everyone! Sorry I didn't post yesterday... But whatever little energy I had left after work was spent playing Guile on SFV!
He was one of my top 3 favorite characters ever since I first played SF2 (next t Blanka and Zangief) and became my absolute favorite once I watched "Street Fighter Victory" as a kid! He beats the crap out of both Ryu and Ken in the second episode! XD
- - -
Ah... I still remember those days... I started playing with Ryu and Ken (just like everyone else) and my cousins and siblings (all at least 3 years older than me) would beat me every time... But then, I found out I loved fighting games, and started playing all the time!
Soon... I was more than a match for them... So I decided to move to the characters I liked better. My brother and cousins always said that charge characters and characters without fireballs were weak, so I proved them wrong by BEATING THE CRAP OUT OF THEM with Guile, Blanka and Zangief... Nothing makes an older brother saltier than being piledrive'd 4 times in a row by their younger brother! XD
Good times, good times...
