Alia readies casting Color Spray on the first person to come close enough without catching Scarlet in the blast. 5-foot to get into advantageous position, ready action to cast Color Spray(DC 14)

Numalar fades into nothingness after being touched by Poshment.

Just realized it's kinda too early for that spell, as in a surprise round I can't move and cast at the same time, and it will wear off before it does any good if I move now. And it doesn't look like I can 5' step either. Darn it! But I will try to stay concealed in the bush that I seem to be in.

Suddenly, the light of four torches can be seen in the trees to the south of the camp.

Using dancing lights SLA. Hopefully that will buy us some time.

That depends.... It sounds like the initial plan was to "light up the camp" which infers post dusk, however we haven't been using concealment. I'm willing to go either way (however if it is after sundown, I will retcon the concealment rolls--both for and against). As you guys are the attackers I'll let you decide.

Had hoped to find something improvised to arm myself with, such as a stick...since I kind of ninja'd that one of the bandits is playing around with my blade...I think reasonable since it may seem weird and interesting to him-

Just missing the big cat by half a whisker, he quickly falls to Celyne's summoned eagle's talons. (DOWN)

Tourque (aqua) From his hidden vantage point, another elevated hunter's blind on the far side of the broken road, Tourque takes aim and fires at the slayer who dared shoot his boss.

Zokon feels the arrow's wake upon his prodigious eyebrows.

Under Blackie's platform you find supplies some of which were obviously stolen including: a polished wooden case, 3 big wood crates, a longsword, and a shortsword taken from your dead companions, your's and Alia's weapons (aside from her elven epee), as well as your armor and other gear, a pair of saddle bags containing some coin and other valuables, a couple of sacks filled with trial rations and a few bundles of onions. There are also six tents.

Round 1

Numalar stares intently at the lights to the south, and they emerge from the woods, floating gracefully through the air, stopping just past the campfire. "There! That should put some light on the subject!"

Purple, blue, yellow, and orange are all within torchlight now and therefore we don't have a 20% miss chance to hit them anymore... but they still have a 20% miss chance against us. Also I moved Luna back to Celyne.

Numalar rushes forward, just past Luna, and his hand bursts into flame. He hurls a ball of flame at 'Golden Boy' who is directly in front of him. "Yah!"

Produce Flame attack (vs touch AC) & damage: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 51d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
I see the dice gods are still with me!

Numalar's fingernails lengthen into talons as he grips his longspear with a grimace. "Come and get me you cretins!"

Deploying claws. Will take AoO on anyone that gets in reach with the longspear and will use windy escape the first time I am hit with a weapon or any non-energy attack.

Poshment is next, followed by Zokon.

At this point, Scarlet steps out and swings at Verdigris. "Told ya this wasn't over."

That...was a practice swing, yeah.
I assume the brigands stripped Scarlet of her armor, so her AC is now 13. Yeesh, bloodrage would be a death sentence right now.

The bold may act has me not take an action in round 1? I said I would follow scarlet and arm myself...thats not really a possibility with a bandit next to me, as I would provoke if I just move away from him. So I need to alter my R1 action-

Alia carefully steps away from the bandit attacking her, towards the post with Scarlets equipment. 5-foot step
Too close. Dangerous. I need to keep track of that guy with my sword, but I can't forget about the others...

After a short moment of focusing, a plethora of colors springs forth from Alia's hands washing over the bandit in front of her.

If either the bandit falls and his weapon lands close enough, or she can reach one in the equipment post, Alia will pick it up.

Regarding R2, need to see where enemies end up so not posting before their turn. Also @Scarlet, we don't know if that bandit will still be there when our turn comes up so you may also want to hold off posting for now...

It's a touch attack (so sometimes no save). She'd hidden pretty well and was vanished on top of that. And me neither I'm heading into work soon.

The first arrow misses Orango because of your shock of blindness. Refocusing however you hear the second one hit with a solid 'thump'!

Yes you can see your bow. Since they are standing I'll allow you to grab the bow and one arrow, and fire. I believe it is usually a move action to grab stuff from the ground though.

Blackie has some cover though. He flinches back and the arrow thunks into the underside of the platform.

As Golden boy rushes in with a charge, Numalar thrusts with his longspear as Golden boy steps through it's reach.

Actually have a chance of hitting here thanks to his -2 AC for charging, but even if I hit it won't do much.

Sadly Numalar has the spear too low and doesn't raise it fast enough.

@Celyne: Your eagle will also get an attack of opportunity on Golden Boy as he rushes past, since it doesn't vanish until your turn starts.

Round 2
Numalar snarls at Golden Boy, and takes a step back. "All right, you lout! How do you like this?" He winds up with his flaming hand and unleashes another bolt of fire at Golden Boy.

Produce Flame vs. Touch AC: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 161d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Woot! Finally! That has to be a hit, especially with his -2 for charging. Produce flame is now out.

As Numalar speaks, the glowing lights move slightly.

Yellow, magenta, blue, and orange (and the eagle) all are illuminated. Everyone else (the party plus black and cyan) should have concealment (20% miss chance).
