I would like to know when the status of my order will be updated from pending or when I will see a charge to my bank for the remainder of the order I placed. I see there was a $16 fee charged when I placed the order that has since cleared through my account but nothing else. I would like to avoid an overdraft fee given that the remainder of the order is more than $100 and I have yet to be charged. I have already emailed customer service regarding this issue on Monday and would like to continue this discussion there to avoid sharing sensitive material. If the order wont be addressed for another week, please cancel the remainder of my order.
