Turel Garaldo
Turel is not interested in any of the remaining items so he will bank his share of the loot.
Keep in mind, his offer to give his share to any other player for extra goodies is still good :)

Harmose's player's brain is at GenCon because she signed up as a Tier One GM. The rest of her body should arrive at GenCon on Wednesday, but she sent her brain ahead to save on shipping.
So keep that in mind with anything I say here.
____
Given that Harmose has almost never had his share of loot... I think I will take up Turel on his offer of a loan and get that Charisma headband. If the group thinks that something more useful should be bought, OVERRIDE me.
I seriously have no brain bandwidth right now, and likely will not see a return to brain power until approximately August 21.
Yours,

Take the money, Harmose.
I still have 1900 of unspent gold. If anyone is crying out for something, just let me know.
Harmose Al-Nefer
I am taking a GenCon-related leave until August 21st. By then, I may have a brain again.

My internet returned to me! It abandoned me for a little while and I was sad but then it came back! Bringing joy along with it :D
Take the headband. I honestly do not know what Deseri wants other than a wish spell. I know I want that protection from evil wand, extra saves against enchantment spells and bonuses to both ac and the saves are brilliant. Unless others feel the coin is better spent elsewhere.
I love the potential utility and shenanigans the gloves of reconnaissance can allow for. But the haversack is so freaking useful.

One day I will go to GenCon.
*stares into the distance*
Polux
Polux final purchase list will be:
-> +1 upgrade to his Longspear
-> +1 Adaptive composite Bow
-> Bits and pieces I am working on

By the way folks, my posting *might* be a little slower than usual for the next couple of months as PbP Gameday VI kicks off this Friday and I'll be running a PFS scenario for each session as well as playing in a few games. Since those games will be on something of a timer, I'll be giving them higher posting priority until we're done - especially the games I'll be GMing. So while there shouldn't be a true interruption of service on my end, it might be a little slower here and there :)
As this game is one of my more relaxed ones regarding posting rates I don't think there'll be a noticeable difference but I wanted to let you guys know just the same!

You know it!

I am here but... I am off on vacations until... The 11/12th September!! Wohoooo!!!
I will most likely be able to check the boards, but don't think I will be able to update any of my games, due to large amounts of sun, water (pool and sea), grilled fish and meat (plus accompanying beverages) with which I will gladly have to deal with ;)
Feel free to bot me if needed.

So the wand costs me 750g and the handy haversack is 2000gp. Did anyone buy that? Cause I will happily spend the rest of my coin on it.
also who has the cure wands?
Qari Falexia
I tried and couldn't locate a haversack. I have an additional 1900 gold, if needed for purchases.
Kito the Scholar
I think we should spread the two wands out. I don't care who takes them.
Kito still has nine charges on the original wand.
Kito the Scholar
Samy,
Could you please change the link for the campaign from the Sanctum to Empty Graves?
Also, I will be at a local convention this weekend. Updates may be slow to non-existent.
Feel free to bot her.
Kito the Scholar
I didn't read far enough along. Now I see Empty Graves at the end of the list.
Harmose Al-Nefer
Thanks Samy! I will be at the same convention as Kito this weekend!
Hmm

It should be fun.
We are going to play the StarFinder special on Friday night.
The rest of the time we will be GMing, either StarFinder scenarios or the PFS Special Assault on Absalom.
Qari Falexia
Got to be honest, I'm not particularly feeling Starfinder after a couple of weeks on PBP so far. It seems to be getting rave reviews from everyone else, so I suppose it is just me not being a big fan of the SciFi type of game. I'm going to go a few games further, but its not really caught me yet.
Everyone else loving it?
BretI
Not everyone loves it.
I figure it is like any other media. There are going to be some things you like and others you don't. It is really a matter of personal taste.
I like most types of speculative fiction: hard science fiction, science fantasy, fantasy, steam punk, alternate history, and various mash-ups of those. I don't like most horror.
Overall, I think it will be a simpler game to GM once I make the adjustment. I don't think it will be much of an adjustment for the casual gamer, but some of the rules changes make it difficult to separate the systems.
In any case, don't stress if it isn't for you. Go with what works!
Aleris Somciel
I've not tried it yet; thinking I'll wait until closer to Christmas and buy the PDF and/or physical book and then maybe jump into some Starfinder Society games once I've read over things and made a character. I had an invite to play in the Dead Suns AP but full dance card notwithstanding I figured it'd be a bad idea to make a commitment like that without having actually tried the system first.

I got the CRB but rules-wise I think I'm just gonna wait until someone produces a quick reference document for what's different from PF rather than pore through 500 pages and try to remember for each sentence if it matches PF or not. By and large the changes don't seem big to me, so if I like PF I expect to like SF rules-wise.
Setting-wise I would've rather had a pure sci-fi non-magic setting. I guess having a Spelljammer or Shadowrun style magic-tech hybrid is more unique, but I've never really been a fan of mixing the two.
Still, none of my problems with SF are big and I'd be happy to give it a try and see if it would grow on me.

Samy, poke around in the PBP GM Kit in my header. I think what you're looking for may be there as file 14!
I really love the adventures that have been written so far. As a GM who loves to bring out settings and characters, I've had loads of chances to show off!

I did not bot Polux here, as he should be back by now and his posts are more fun than mine!

Polux is not fun. He is grim and bleak.

King of darkness and brooding you are not dear. You have a lot more to go. More like a lazy kitten in a room with no lights ;)
I doubt I am going to get to try Starfinder so I ignore it. I like sci-fi but it is gothic horror I enjoy more. Though aeither punk is wonderful. I want my magic normalized. Ebberon is a place I only had a shot time in but it was an amazing setting. My live table is not interested.

Gothic horror? Then I bet Frog God Games' The Blight would be right up your alley, Des! I enjoy horror too so I'm hoping to maybe to get to play in it myself one of these days :)
Deseri
Merciful Cthulhu I need this! I wanna play it and I really hope I can scrounge up money. You wicked thing :D
