As soon as the boat lets off, Kyson will drag Zstelian to the closest Church of the Sun (which I think is different than the Monastery...that's a few days travel away).
While there, Kyson will purchase a Remove Disease spell for Zstelian and confirm that it worked.
He will also purchase another Wand of CLW, if there is one available.
"We have to hurry, Zstelian! Come along and don't eat anyone until we get you cured."
Especially don't eat me.
After the trip to the Church, Kyson will hustle to the manor to help his friends save the Lady.

Oh goodies, splitting the party. Nothing bad ever happens when people do that.
The city is alive with revelers, bards and street performers happily accepting bronze coins as they entertain on what seems like every street corner.
The group quickly splits up, with Kyson dragging Zstelian toward the Sunrise District and the temple of Sarenrae there. You're able to get the scroll and the wand, and as dusk falls you begin making your way to the manor.
Suddenly, a gnome slams into Kyson and, as he rocks back, his eyes grow wide. "How dare you, you rude, oversized lout! You bumped me!" he says as he rolls up his sleeves and bunches his small hands into fists.
You notice a very large half-orc trying to make his way through the crowd coming in your direction.

The rest of the group makes for the Merchant District and Vanderboren Manor.

Bah, the forums have eaten my post 3 times now...

Kyson, the gnome stays right in your face as you try to backup through the crowd, which makes moving difficult. "If you don't want to fight, you shouldn'ta hit me, now should you? You too yella-belly to fight?"
The gnome is quite drunk.
Seka, you wouldn't be able to disable it via the skill, which generally takes some time, before it smashes into the open-air tavern filled with revelers behind you. You can give me more specific suggestions of what you want to do to stop it.

Kyson hustles away, trying to stay focused on saving the Lady and not comedic gnomes.

OK. In that case, I'll try jamming my rapier (the old one, not the nice new thundering one) through the spokes of one of the wheels, unless there's something a bit more solid nearby that'd do a better job. No idea what sort of roll I need to make for that - Dex check? touch attack?

It takes you some time, but you're able to get the wagon squared away before the pit disappears, and eventually get away from the crowd who witnessed and cheered your heroics.
Elsewhere in the city, Kyson's finally able to get away from the gnome, who continues to curse the young priest -- to the amusement of the crowds, who seems to think it's some sort of performance art -- until the half-orc catches up to him and manages to calm him down.
Eventually, you make your way back toward Vanderboren Manor. As you near the front gates, you catch sight of each other on the opposite side of a troupe of stilt-walkers who are wowing a throng of spectators by juggling daggers and flasks of oil with burning rags stuffed into them. With them is what at first looks like a dancing skeleton but which you soon see is a woman wearing a black skin-tight outfit with a fabric skeleton design stitched on. The "skeleton" performs an impressive array of acrobatic flips and leaps down the street toward the larger group of you.
A closer look makes you think the troupe of performers is up to no good. In fact, it looks as if the "skeleton" is about to attack Silvio and the six stilt-walkers are set to help her.
