Seaumus looks from his bow to the shortsword laying on the ground. Shrugging his shoulders he quickly draws two arrows and fires at the zombie caddy corner to him. His hands shaking bad enough the arrows fly the wrong direction almost hitting Howard.

Dakash seems to have gotten worse over the night. He seems even weaker and more feverish and the black spots have spread to all over his body.

"I'll see what I can do. Donations to help the Brairstone Asylum refugees would be most appreciated."

She then channels grey healing energy into Dakash, trying to drive out the disease.

I should've been doing that ages ago, just didn't realize that I wasn't lol! Please deduct 1 point of dmg from all of the hits on Claude earlier before this - using it 1 handed PA should give only 1d8+6, not 7.

Vincent is only down 17. It's Claude that got the worst of it.

Each of the zombies is in magistrate guard armor (studded leather armor), and has a masterwork longbow and masterwork longsword. The room does not have anything of importance.

Overlooking the fort’s courtyard, this spacious room is fitted with bunk beds, small chests, and stools. A rancid smell lingers in the room. Searching the room yields nothing of value.

There is an open door leading to the courtyard, which the party had seen the constable go through. The party follows.

The fort’s courtyard is muddy, with patches of grass and weeds sprouting from the soil along the walls. A brick well stands at the center of the courtyard and a grate for grilling food stands against a wall to the south. On some crates piled by the side is a heap of half eaten dog bodies. A nauseating winged creature combines the features of a carrion bird, an ant, a bat, and a decomposing human in a most hideous manner flies in the air and the party identifies it as a byakhee, but this one seems more muscular then the one they encountered earlier. Basically advanced template There is no sign of the constable,but there are footprints leading to a closed door northwest.

He burps and then looks around, "Alright, let's go. We have 50 minutes."

Vincent studies the creature, steps back 5ft to the right and up, and stabs the thing.

The party goes to the room where they saw the zombie dissappear into. Vincent checks the door and finds that its not trapped, nor locked.

This L-shaped room is mostly empty, but holds a few neatly stacked piles of military-style camping gear sitting against the walls. A case of arrows sits near each of the arrow loops. An extinguished hooded lantern sits on the floor near the arrow loop in the western wall.

There are 4 of those zombie guards in the room. One of them is the one Dakash slashed at.

Seamus init: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
Howard Init: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Dakash Init: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

Two of the zombies shoot their longbow at Vincent, while two of them move up to strike at him

Longbow: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15

The arrows bounce off his toughened skin.

The other two zombies move up to strike at him. One of them manages to cut him in the shoulder. 13 dmg to Vincent

dmg: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
longsword: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Basically green shot, yellow moved up and shot, then red and white moved up

Party up, 11 dmg done to green already.

For those happy whackers - there is cover if you're not standing directly at the doorway. I.e Red and Vincent have no cover, White has cover to Vincent. Red has Cover with Claude. Claude cannot hit White, but can hit red with cover. White cannot hit Claude either.
