Sorry for the delay but the pause was simply because the GM didn't respond, so I would say unless Chui is waiting then the armor remains in Alex's pack.

You pause to listen at the double doors and sniff the air in the area. There is nothing but silence from the room beyond but there is slight scent of decay, though the whole area smells similarly

Chui darts forward 15 ft. so that he can see the full extent of the atrium.

Moved my avatar 15 ft to the east; I only want to go as far as is necessary to peak around the corner to the north.

I tap my finger against my chin as I look at my botanical bodyguard, sizing him up and mentally preparing to make the necessary adjustments
because of the difference in anatomy.
We will definitely need to adjust the elbow joints. Oh right, yes, well I sometimes get ahead of myself, we need to wait for our fearless feline to get back. I haven't heard the trap on the door go off so he must be doing a great job. And I don't want to get caught mid-change, that would be embarrassing.

Chui moves forward along the wall and looks around more carefully.

Chui:
Three of the doors in the atrium are ajar letting light in and allowing Chui to make note of them.

The door to the room to the west is fully open but from this angle Chui cannot make out much. The doors to the east seem to be some kind of bedrooms and this is the source of the scent of decay.

As Chui takes all this in, he ears turn swiftly to a noise coming from the east rooms, then a second noise. It sounds like the leathery wings of a large bat.

The doors are in fact open, and should be seen through on the map. And I should be more clear, the northern most two sets of doors to the east are open and the noise comes from one then the other set.

Chui moves to rear of the nasty floating creature.

Stealth:

Natural +10 for stealth, +20 for moving while vanished, -5 for not having Fast Stealth = total mod of +25, correct?

He then attacks with one of his claws.

Ignore this if I get perceived moving into position.

The math works for the most part. It kind of depends on how far you moved. I didn't realize but the -5 is if you move more then half but not full speed. If you move at full speed you take a -10 penalty (and this can only be done while invisible). Still, the roll was good enough I don't think either of them knew you were there.

Chui suddenly appears behind the flying winged creature and slashes with his clawed hand. The creatures touch hide resists it though and no blood is drawn.

A second leathery winged head comes flying from the northern door and begins to scream as it does. The shriek is intense and caused everyone's blood to freeze in their bodies.

Everyone needs to give me a FORTITUDE save please.

Harmini's bolt slams through the side of the beast. Blood splatters behind it as it spins slightly from the impact.

The creature would need to make a Fly check but the DC is 10 and it's bonus is +13. Bam it is your turn I believe.

As a full round action I plan a relatively harmless prank to spring on Chui in 20 years for doing this to me. This distracts me from the itch on my noes and my terrible hunger.

Bambara cries out and moves in with Chui to take down the demonic head. His sword comes crashing down, cutting deep and the best turns back toward him.

Harmini can't recall anything more specific than previously. Though you have now seen the effects of the scream first-hand.

The beast currently between Bambara and Chui lunges at Bam in response to his attack. Its mouth is full of vicious looking teeth and its tongue drips with viscous fluid. The teeth sink in deep though the wound is minor over all.

The bite burns for a brief second but then passes without further issue.

You also hear something whispering to Harmini but it is unclear what is being said.

Chui disappears but quickly reappears next to the vargouille. He catches it completely by surprise and rips into it. Teeth and claws ravage the beast and Chui is left dripping blood over the corpse lying in tatters on the floor.

The second vargouille takes little notice of its companions fate and seems to be focused on Alex's frozen body. It flies over to her and seems to hug her with its leathery wings. There is a wet sound and then Alex mumbles a scream, as though her mouth were full when she was attacked.

Alex:
You can tell the vargouille has clutched your head and its cursed lips are soon covering yours. Its vicious tongue forces itself into your mouth as you regain the ability to move.

Please give me a FORTITUDE save.

Harmini, you may go. Then Bambara.

I can move? Instead of a Fort Save, I want to bite his tounge. If he is in my mouth I automatically hit. I understand that this isn’t by the book, but maybe I can sweeten the deal with a hero point? Or even better, can I use my breath weapon on him? What would that even do to him? Its a 60 foot line of caustic acid straight into his mouth. If we are lip locked, is that dude is just going to pop like an balloon?

what I do is dependent on if alex can do what she wants so I will wait for gm to make a call there before I take my turn if that means that I have to delay than that's fine.
