We seem to have at least 7 active players still, so I don't think we need to worry about any of us taking over other characters. As much as I would like to build and play the archer, I think I'm going to hold off on that. I don't think we need any extra characters, beyond what we already have. However, I might work on him slowly over time, in case he becomes needed.
Also, I believe we're waiting on Itko to reply to Hamza's offer of a blood contract with him.

I just wanted to reassure everyone I'm still here, I've just been very busy with life -- I'm finishing up a biostatistics class for nursing school pre-reqs and doing a ton of overtime and my job. I just finished the huge group project that was taking all my time, so I will update soon.

FYI: I'm going to be out of town without access to a computer starting next Saturday (9/14) morning (US/Pacific time). I return the next day (9/15) in the early evening.

My bad, everyone, these last two weeks I've been going on-and-off with training an employee that's been...Somewhat more problematic to train than I'm used to, while also maintaining my usual supervising duties. It's been tiring.
If anyone from this game is interested, I came up with an idea for a campaign set in the Black in this same setting that basically came to me in a dream that I want to run.
I'd love to have some more of you participate if that seems interesting -- Amunet-Ra and Monkeygod have already expressed some interest.

Sure. Would the idea of a spellthief be applicable? I've been looking into spellthieves more, and I just love the idea of relying on external powers without necessarily being beholden to them.

Considering they're NPCs, and basically minions, I don't believe they should be built with our same rules, for starters.
The Mage Hunter PrC requires 5 ranks in Spellcraft, so they need to be at least 5th level to enter. Hamza has 2 levels in the class and is 8th level. I would like them to have at least 3, to get Strike of Dispelling, as I figure that could be rather helpful.
Beyond that, I linked the PrC so you can look it over. Let me know what you feel is appropriate power level wise for them.

I've got a few things I can do, but yeah, def. need to know what the guys before me are up to first.
updated the battlemap -- I had to change the scale to fit all the enemies in. Now 1 hex = 5ft. I think I added everyone's icon in. You can move them to where you want them.

I'm not using magic so I don't see why it shouldn't work.
Unless SU and EX abilities are suppressed as well.

Amunet should be able to see everything; all the creatures are moving in a slow circle around the Defiler's layer, so they only get +20 to their Stealth check.

Am confused about a few things:
1) Did Itko need to lower the protections from the Heart of the Earthdrake or not?
Invisibility Purge is a divine spell, so my familiar should be able to cast it with the Heart still functioning.
2) Your above reply to Amunet says that all the creatures are moving in a slow circle, but in that last IG post, you say they are all moving super fast.
Which is it?

I changed my mind as I was developing the scene -- they're moving super fast.
I already replied to the other question -- it doesn't count since it's divine.
Unless you say something, he's going to enact its powers on his turn, since no one objected when he raised that issue. That will prevent the wraiths from casting arcane spells, but also any pcs.
Also, don't overlook the note about the range of that ability -- Hamza will only be able to see half of the area covered by the villains with a 60' range, and that's only if he's in the middle of the map or right next to them, leaving him open to the very fast moving creatures getting at him immediately.
